I don’t know who’s been hired at chipotle for these past 2 to 3 weeks, but baby 🤌 chefs kiss to the cooks and the people preparing the food! I usually avoid delivery from chipotle because they normally don’t listen to your request for extra however, every single time I’ve gotten delivery in the past two weeks everything has tasted perfectly. It has been portioned PERFECTLY! I always ask for extra brown rice and extra cheese and it was actually there! All 3 deliveries! In the past few months when I’ve gone to chipotle in person, the rice has been extra salty or the chicken has been super salty or both the chicken and rice super salty. It was a terrible experience for me and my family. But whoever is in there now??? Pleaseeee Chipotle, treat them well because we deserve good chipotle every order whether in person or delivery.
It was my first time coming to this chipotle it was clean neat and had nice and welcoming employees I must say the girl in the picture below did an amazing job with portions in my burrito it held up perfectly the whole time I ate I made no mess and didn’t come apart once which is so rare anywhere I go 3 bites in and my burrito is broken apart and all the inside is out, she did an amazing job not to big or too small of a burrito she needs to teach other employees her ways bcs wow me and my sister where amazed and she’s also a very messy eater🤣 and a plus because the chicken and everything else had taste and seasoning for once 💯
Food is always great! The portions for the bowls are a bit small compared to commercials & ad sizes. If they gave a bit more the prices would be justified, but regardless its a fair price for what you get. The place is always clean and the workers are pleasant & speedy. The Deerbrook store is my goto but 45 & Louetta is a close second. Definitely will return.
My daughter and I went here about two years ago. I really enjoyed it I love Chipotle the flavor of the food and the mixture of the ingredients are really good. They are affordable for what you get. You get a lot for your money. I may very well have been my daughter's first time so that's why I think I took her .Me and my daughter enjoyed it and I just wanted to spend time with her at the time so we got out of the house and we went down near the mall and chipotle was right on the same premises. We were able to spend time together and just have some girl time.💙💙💙 Aug.8, 2021 today this time on our visit me and my daughter added another edition which was my husband. He really didn't know what to expect from Chipotle so he tried it for the first time. He said he probably will never go again. It's typical for him because he just doesn't like to get out of his comfort zone. But that's okay. my daughter and I really enjoyed ours and we will be back again next time.
The portion sizes provided are still inadequate, particularly given that I paid for additional items. This experience occurred after placing an online order, which, in retrospect, may have been a contributing factor. I utilized a promotional offer for a complimentary entree, yet the serving size appeared to be equivalent to a single portion. Furthermore, my request for extra vegetables was not fulfilled. Improvements in this area are necessary to retain my business, as I am considering transitioning to Cava if these issues persist.
This establishment is a good place. If you don’t mind getting your order wrong and getting charged for something you didn’t get. The service members were nice enough but you might need to use a megaphone if you want any of them to actually hear you. If you can, go to a different chipotle.👍 50-50 chance they actually listen
First, the first line was how nasty the restaurant was when I came in there the counter where they’re serving food behind the counter. Remind, you has guacamole, rice, sour cream, all on it not even wiping it up second thing my rice was crunchy is hell my chicken is burnt and you can taste the burn throughout the whole meal. I just bought a burrito for my son and I got a bowl for myself and that was my last $25. I am so upset and it makes me not even want to eat at a damn chipotle ever again you guys need to do better. I want my money back. I don’t want a free meal. I don’t want anything and ask any manager in that restaurant you’re not going around checking in to see if things are at a proper temp let alone seeing if you cleaned up after yourself with food on the counter where you’re having to serve customers not cool
Went in and ordered a burrito and bowl. I just can’t understand why as a customer I’m having to BEG for sides MULTIPLE TIMES. Yet alone a reasonable amount of food for an adult paying for their food. It’s good if your trying to feed an adolescent but if your hungry run. And dude at the counter dragged his booger nail across our burrito then played slow about it.
I have been coming to this Chipotle location for over 13 years, and this is the first time I’ve had such a negative experience. The manager was extremely rude and argued with me over something as simple as guacamole. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she escalated it. After so many years as a loyal customer, this was very disappointing.
This chipotle location used to be pretty good but like pretty much all chipotle locations they have become super stingy with their portion size. They only give you half the meat of what they used to give. They don't give out full size scoops anymore. The amount of meat is basically what they can fit loosely inside a side container. Everything is like half a scoop. The guac I got wasn't even a full scoop. Should have asked for guac on the side. Won't be coming back to this location or another chipotle anytime soon. And they wonder why Gen Z and millennials are not going to Chipotle anymore. It's because y'all got super stingy!
Overall the food was alright, but the service was horrible. I placed an order for pickup and not only were they late to having it ready, but it seemed like the lady behind the order counter was looking for an argument. There were 2 orders with the same first name, and instead of checking the names on the bags she handed me whatever looked right to her and then argued with me when I said the order was wrong. "I don't know what you ordered, but that's your name" and wouldn't let me even show her the name on the order. It wasn't until my spouse (who ha had the exact same issue with this employee previously) started walking up that she actually checked the other bags and found my actual order. The burrito's were incredibly small compared to what I've had at other locations, and the ratio of meat to rice + cheese was weird. Definitely won't be coming back to this location, I'd rather drive an extra 30 minutes to a location where I'm actually valued as a customer.
Asked for a chicken bowl, they forgot the chicken. Went back after 15 mins (my drive back to work.. and they told me they couldn’t replace my bowl that they had to charge me again and charge for the chicken.. didn’t offer to swap my entire bowl an if I did I had to pay for guac again and add the chicken $.. so I bought chicken 3.99$ .. technically ate a bowl that was an hour old and paid $14.90 for something that should’ve been $10.99. Spoke to manager and she plain said she wasn’t responsible for anything .
AWFUL customer service ! An employee by the name of YESENIA had the worst customer service!! All because the taco was placed on a bowl and not aluminum foil . She started yelling at the employee stating to never put a taco in a bowl the employee was so embarrassed as she continued to yell at her in front of customers . She then snatched it out of her hand and said ‘ I will make her taco myself’. There was definitely other ways to handle this situation but she didn’t care. No one should EVER be treated like that!!! I then told her how ugly and disrespectful she was towards her coworkers and customers ! Not just horrible customer service but they count the meat, beans , rice etc . Very greedy! Save your money !
RUDE customer service I normally don’t like to make posts like these but today, 03/05/25, around 6:30pm we encountered a rude and disrespectful “manager”. After I found a large long hair in my food, I went to the lady at the register to tell her and asked for her to re make my bowl when she rudely said it was my own hair since they all have their hair up. The “manager” refused to re make my food or reimburse my money as she was sure it was my own hair, it couldn’t have been mine since it was mixed with all the food and I had barely open it to start eating. She left me there talking by myself because she was on the phone. The two ladies you see in the second picture were also making fun of the situation by saying that they were not going to give me another bowl and telling me to leave as the “manager” was busy on the phone. They made this a huge deal in front of other customers and it was embarrassing. Unfortunately I didn’t get to take a picture of the hair in my food. After reading a few reviews on google I realized that I’m not the first to have a bad experience with them, so please save you money and time and go elsewhere.
What’s the point of paying for double chicken if they are going to give you 1 and 1/2 scoops and then tell you they will need to charge you for 2x double scoops if they give you the other half of your first double portion. This place is a joke and then the staff has the nerve to get rude with you as if the chicken is coming out of their pay checks! If I wanted a damn salad I would go to salata! I don’t want 5 scoops of rice loaded with lettuce cheese beans and sour cream with a pinch of protein . Of all companies going bankrupt and closing down all stores should def be this company. Price gouging! For reference hers my double chicken bowl
Dont eat here if you value your money. They're super stingy with the meat I asked the lady for half chicken half steak and she gave me as little of each as she could then when I pointed out that she hadnt even given me a true half spoon of each she said if I want double meat I have to pay, but that wasnt double it wasnt even a true single serving. Then when I asked for piko she gave me 2 huge spoonfuls and when I asked her to take some off she just threw the whole burrito away she didnt even set it aside that couldve been a meal for someone less fortunate!! So its not okay for them to give you a little extra meat but its okay to throw away a perfectly good meal? Doesnt make sense. We had 2 burritos they literally have no meat inside 30$ for guac and rice is crazy
This was my second time at chipotle and this was clearly my last. When I came in the woman that was serving the food was giving me dirty looks when I got to the register to pay I ordered some chips and cheese they had charged me for the cheese but they never gave it to me I had to go and ask for it this was the first thing that went wrong .Then I opened my bowl and found a long black hair inside my food,I went to the register and told them theres was a hair on my food if they could please re do my order they refused and they rudely told me it was mine (my hair is kinda blonde and wavy) the hair in the food was BLACK and straight they made a whole deal and ignored me,(“Manager “left me talking by my self while the other woman on the register was laughing and chitchatting with her coworker about me) I never said it was theirs it was probably already in the chicken that was prepared since a young men took my order (he was the only nice person there ) this whole situation happen with the “manager” (Really RUDE young girl) so please save your money I wasted almost 30$ to find a hair on my bowl have an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation and just because they couldn’t be nice enough to re do an order for something that wasn’t even my fault . I didn’t take a picture of the hair but I took a picture of my bowl before actually starting to eat (found it on my SECOND bite )
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle, this company is sooooo greedy wow I came in today to get a bowl they were skimping soooo much at this location the more he progressed in making my order the more upset I got. Hardly any food and then he just drenched my food in sour cream that I couldn’t eat it without gagging cause everything was basically like yogurt. This is so insane. Un fathomable truly!! So disgusting. I took maybe 3 whole bites if it looks like there’s a dent in my food after 3 bites it’s cause there was hardly any food there to begin with.
There was a leaf in my food! An actual leaf from outside somehow was in my food. That is disgusting when it’s mixed with my food and I put it in my mouth. Completely ruined my appetite and can’t finish my food. The chicken is completely burnt as well very gross food. I will definitely make sure I get a refund because that is unacceptable.
