Delicious Chicken, Great sides. Love coming here to grab dinner for my family, but it gets pricey. That's the only reason why I don't come here all that much. Another thing is, we've had salons and bars open for months now, Why for some reason the doors to El Pollo Loco are still closed to the public. You can only go through the drive-thru. I love coming in and ordering my food inside, where you can see the food being made. But I can't. :::UPDATE::: they're letting ppl in now, but they're door seems to be broken and I've been there twice until the last month. Get it fixed already.

El Pollo Loco is a hidden gem whose presence might have been hidden by the avalanche of ads by the KFCs and Popeyes of the world. This on the bone fire grilled chicken. You can order any combination of chicken pieces. It’s categorized as ‘fast food’ but don’t be fooled. Yes, it’s served quickly. However, this is a tasty and filling meal. Depending on your appetite- you have a choice of two pieces or as many as half a chicken. Sides includes beans, rice, Mac & cheese or a size salad. Ultimately for $10-13 dollars you can get a filling and well balanced meal. The chicken is seasoned but not spicy. I highly suggest El Pollo Loco if you are in the mood for chicken that’s not fried.

I bought a chicken taco and a cup of water on the drive thru. The food was pretty good and the service was good. However, the outside of the bag that they gave me my food in was wet. Also, the lettuce inside my taco was wet. A bit disappointing as this was my first visit in several years.

I have a family of six and went to my local pollo loco because it’s been so long and I was really looking forward to it. Especially my sides and as soon as I open the broccoli, I couldn’t believe it. Not even up to half of the bowl.

I ordered one of the burritos on national burrito day and when I say it had no flavor to it at all I mean it and for the price I could have went down the street to Freebirds that's full of flavor, which i did. I also tried the queso which tasted like powder cheese, not good at all,, I had to had the cilantro and salsa for it to taste good..Don't let me stop you from going, but I won't be ordering the burritos ever again.

Update: I have been few times and I question why other locations close.... this one I suppose will close too ... Because of the service, staff still polite but when you place an order they should tell you they are out of something. I purchase 2 birria burrito full price without the consume plus they charge me 40 cents for a cilantro sauce. You are not giving me the two consumes dips for my burritos and you're charging me $0.40 for the sauce that you could at least as a courtesy even for free due to no inform about the consume and charge me full price. And the food this time the bowl they are half empty and the burrito extremely empty I don't see the beef.... very disappointed.... I loved the food but no wasting more money. Prefer to do the power bowl in Taco Bell. Older review: Staff very polite and friendly. The original chicken bowl was delicious. The 2 pieces were little the sides frijoles charros and rice were very good. The cilantro sauce is very good. The price good. Sometimes the service is slow but the food very good

I regularly visit this Pollo Loco. This morning, I ordered a lunch burrito and a street corn chicken bowl. I always instruct them to add salsa, but they charge me without including it. I asked for unsweetened tea, but they served me sweet tea. They didn't bother to serve me correctly. This isn't the first time I've experienced this. They often serve me excessive rice and lettuce, but minimal chicken, which is often dry. They fill the burrito with too much rice to make it appear larger. The service is bad, and I won't return.

I'm leaving a 1 star review because the female employee decided to help herself by putting a piece of meat from my order in her mouth as if noone saw her. I immediately got the attention of the other workers and told them I needed someone else to fix my plate that food can go in the trash. I had to wait for more chicken to be cooked when I was trying to get to work. This employee need a write up and more training because that's unsanitary.

Review is low because of skimping or stealing portions. Got skimped on portions of the 3 sides. The sides were all less than 3/4 full but more than 1/2 full. Still got skimped of atleast a serving size in all 3 containers. I paid nearly $50 for a 12 piece family meal with large sides. Skimping is not good because now I paid for a large and received a medium or regular portion inside the large container. It's a form of Stealing.. I forgot to take the photos first but the Food was tasty.

BE AWARE! Chicken has blood and feathers 🤮 AC is -45 degrees in the restaurant, bring a jacket. Portions are small and flavor is ok. Drinks are watered. First and last visit to this scam. :(

Horrible! I’m fan of Pollo Loco on different location, but this location definitely change my mind. Super dry chicken, dirty, I ask for leg and thigh lady give mixed 🤦🏽‍♂️.

My first time trying this place. They forgot both cups of comsomé dip, this "side of chips and salsa" was 4 whole chips and 3 broken pieces and the salsa was a cup of diced tomatoes. The brisket was dry which I guess I wouldn't have noticed had I gotten the dip for it. Very disappointed .
