Me and my family enjoy eating here. Everything is basically very good. Staff are hard working, orders are very quick, and the food is very scrumptious.
Shout out to Dylan for making our day with the giant ice cream cone on 6/25. He served us with a smile and that's great customer service right there.
My 5-star review is based on the employees here, particularly the gentleman who is here cleaning today, Sunday 6/18/23. What a HARD, committed worker he is! People are utterly slobs leaving their tables smeared with ketchup & spilled drinks. He's cleaning up everything with a smile on his face and a pep in his step. I tried 2x to give him a $5 tip. He outright refused but was appreciative of my intent. I was pleased with the accuracy of my "custom" order (no pickles). The servers remained friendly despite a long line of customers. Overall I was very impressed with the crew working tonight (6 pm, Sunday 6/18). The owner of this establishment should consider themselves lucky & the manager should feel proud of hiring & managing excellent employees. Well done! CDW

Food and service were as expected. Big Mac was hot, as were my fries without salt. Salt added later. The restaurant was clean. I recommend, however, prepare to pay about $1 more for combo meals vs. other McDonald's.
Ordered drive thru. Cashier Sebastian was great and professional. Employees greet you with smile don’t make it feel like you bothering them. Order came correct and complete with all the sauce requested. Great service here. Cant say that about all fast food locations. Only thing that didn’t sit well was that the paper straw melts before you even finish the drink, bring back the jumbo plastic straws!
As a Wendy’s person I wanted to try the new Spicy Chicken McNuggets and mighty hot sauce and they was Fire!(pun intended) The food was hot&fresh and came quickly(ordered via app and curbside pickup). Friendly staff and the location has benches outside for outdoor dining. Just watch out for wasps apparently lol
I recently dined at McDonald's and had a pretty good experience! The food was up to the usual standards, with my favorites delivered fresh and hot. Used the drive through at 7pm, off peak hours. Fast service. Ordered fries and nuggets. Fries were fresh and sublime, nuggets could have been better.
It is a McDonald’s. It has a drive-through. It has those machines that take your order instead of you having to wait for a cashier to take your order. Those machines work effectively. When you use them you get your order in a reasonable time period. This McDonald’s is clean. There is nothing objectionable about this McDonald’s.

The quality of the food is always high, or basically what you would expect from any McDonald’s, it’s just that they are typically pretty slow at this location. Of course, I recognize that this is not their fault, as there are a humongous number of GrubHub or seamless type orders that they have to fulfill, and I’ve never seen their drive-through not be packed. Plus, the staff is generally super friendly, and definitely helpful.
Took my own order on the kiosk and never got a receipt but that's not a big deal. Uber eats and other food delivery systems suck because it seems like that's what these restraunts make a priority and that's annoying. Food was cold which I didn't expect for such a busy store at lunch. Guess the delivery guys get the hot food......
Mostly what you’d expect from McDonalds. My only complaint is I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the egg had some kind of film on top. Couldn’t tell if it was plastic or just cooked in an odd way so had to toss it out of caution. Been here a few other times without incident though. Orders come through pretty quick when placed in the app.

Loke most McDonalds restaurants, the food is outstandingly delicious if you are looking to shave a few days off your life every time you eat it. This location used to be more fun when it had a play place. Now its just an assembly line for big macs. The staff is lacking a friendly face mostly, though sometimes you get lucky. Don't show up 5 min before breakfast eneds looking for breakfast. They tell you they are out of everything, including the all day breakfast items... then to further kick you while your are down, they leave the breakfast menu up for an hour during lunch. Big Mac, stop being so tasty.

It's McDonald's so you know the consistency of what your ordering will be (mostly) the same regardless of the location. That being said, this McDonald's is just kinda slow...... I'd avoid if your coming during a lunch time rush. Despite the speed of the service, everyone is very nice here. This McDonald's is located in a convenient area, it is large, modern, has restrooms for customer use, and plenty of parking available.
They where super busy. I like to order at the counter (I know, old school) it took a while for someone to come to take our order. 2 sets of people that where waiting also decided to just leave. The lady that finally came over that was helping with all the orders, was pregnant so I was just happy to place my order with her. She was very nice considering she was hustling trying to help with everything!

The new McDonalds has a sleek and clean environment. It was very clean and definitely a upgrade from the previous McDonald. Huge parking lot and 24 hr opening. However I went around 11pm at night. The orders were very unorganized, it could be because they just opened ? Didnt have enough staff? There is lots of delivery service being picked up and people that ordered were waiting an excess of 20 to 30 mins for their order. I used the kiosk to place my order bc after waiting 5 mins for someone I stopped waiting. The food was hot, nuggets were crunchy and tasty. I just think they need to be more organized when taking orders and serving them. My review is withing the first week of opening. This may change after they get better.
So, the food is okay but the rest is not as amazing. The wait time was 1 hour! It took alot of time for the food just for it to be average quality. I walked into the bathroom for 2 seconds, and I already knew it wasn’t what I was expecting. There was toilet paper on the ground and pee on the toilet seat! I would only come here for an emergency.
Time for a real world review once again. People giving extra stars because of the “1950s-60s” theme inside, clearly haven’t left Staten Island in a long time and that isn’t a compliment in any way shape or form. The service is quick but the quality, even for fast food, is pretty hit or miss and most of the time it’s more of a miss. I didn’t ask for “light tartar sauce” or “light cheese” and yet I get a quarter of a slice of cheese? C’mon. And 2 spit sized squirts of sauce. Not even hot when I ate it but more of a room temperature, if your room had a window open, and that room was in Fairbanks Alaska. 3 stars for the cleanliness and the speed of the drive through.

A female staff member was smoking at the corner of the restaurant, creating an unpleasant smell. Her attitude seemed unprofessional—unhelpful and unsmiling. Management should consider hiring additional staff, as the restaurant is busy and employees appear overworked. Most staff are helpful and nice. Services are very slow and more cleaning is needed. Bathroom has no toilet paper. Garbage cans are full.
First time eating since renovation. It is nice but why does it feels smaller? I do love the kiosk. Staff seems a little snobbish/doesn’t smile or look :( I wish they’d keep tables and surroundings clean since it’s not many tables and small place. UPDATE 08/20/2024 - I have been seeing a lot of nasty work here. Like servers sneezing and not washing hands. Scratching themselves in weird areas and not washing hands. Employees go missing and offensive abrasive language by employees. The quality has gone down a lot a lot this location. STEER CLEAR IF YOU CAN It has the old McDonald’s feel as far the land setup. Big parking lot, double drive thru, clean outside for the most part. The inside has the new self service kiosk where one comes with table numbers that you take and they bring your order to the table. It has tables that anyone from young to old can entertain themselves with as it is a light touch table. The service is iffy depending on the time of day you go as with most businesses. Did I mention it’s also open 24/7 and is on a main roadway so you can locate it easy. Prime location.
Not truly 24 hours, I went at 3:45am and they wouldn’t serve anything in drive thru because they were “setting up for breakfast.” I even had cash! But nope
CHECK YOUR BAG before leaving!!! This is not the first time that something was wrong or missing from my order. It happens too often. This time, there was an order of hot cakes missing from my bag. I was charged for it, and it's on the receipt, but not in my bag. The most unprofessional and unacceptable part is that when you call the number on the receipt, it sounds like it goes to someone's private phone, not McDonalds. I was unable to go back at the time and unable to reach anyone by phone. I am very disappointed in this location. I looked up another number and left a voicemail with my contact info, and never heard back. This is not how you operate a business.
The service here was absolutely horrendous. It took them around 20 minutes to bring out my order and it wasn’t even busy in there. Furthermore, the drinks weren’t even filled to the brim. They were 3/4 filled and they gave me a large dr. Pepper instead of a large coke. My bag had no napkins which was fine since I can go to the counter and ask for some. I asked the cashier for napkins and they tell me to wait since they are helping another customer. I wait for the cashier and when the cashier was done, he didn’t even give me my napkins. He walked away and I had to ask another employee for napkins. Overall, the service there brought down the experience by a lot.
Slow and backed up Outside, inside and online orders You’ll wait forever
Last few times I've gone they've screwed up my orders. Burnt burgers, cold fries, pickles when asked for none, missing sauces, wrong drinks, drive through couldn't hear me and missed some items completely had to fix it at the window. I know not to expect much from fast food, but I at least expect to get what I paid for.
Used drive through and placed order for 3 happy meals specifically for The Mini Toys which I selected at check out. Disappointed when got home got three toys identical and NOT the Mini as requested
We stopped here for a treat. Went through drive tru. Ordered a soft serve on a cone and a sundae. Prices have gone up from last year. Anyways, they did not close the lid firmly on the Sunday and it leaked all over in the car. We only stop by here when we are in this area.
I updated my review again today because this McDonald neglect to maintain their restroom facilities such as didn’t repair the mirror in men restroom more than 6 months. Specifically, the water sink only has hot water.

Ordered the Hot Honey McCrispy but was given a Hot Honey Snack Wrap instead. This is not the first time this location has gotten my order wrong. This location clearly does not check orders.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Waited more than 20 min in p/u then I went in. Was seen and ignored by 3 staffers. Once order finally given order, no apology or excuse for delay. The evening shift is full of teenage/young adult males and they are very slow. Customer service horrible … no one greets you, you wait 15 minutes for your food and it’s cold and there’s a high chance your order will be incorrect. They need a manager present to help guide them.
I ordered a coffee and the cup didn't even feel warm so I opened it to check and took a sip and it was ice cold. I told the worker and he ltook it back but looked like he already knew that. He then went over to the machine and proceeded to make a new pot obviously I was given the leftover residue of the previous one. Then he walked away with my cup and I waited for the rest of my order and the coffee. After almost about 6 minutes I see a lady come over to see what is going on and he comes back as well with the coffee and goes to hand it to me, I said you microwaved that? He looks at the woman and I said I want fresh coffee from the pot but microwaved coffee. The woman says well I need you to pull down to the other window and wait. I said no I want my order, she says well your coffee is going to be a few more minutes, I said well I want the rest of my order (had hungry kids in the car). So she waves her hands and tells the young man to give me my order. He does and than asks me to wait at next window. I went and waited but after over 5 minutes I decided I don't even want the coffee. Now I don't trust them after serving me cold coffee, then microwaved leftover coffee, so I went in to ask for a refund. Turns out the woman at the window was the manager and I told her I want a refund. She said that we are bringing it out now, I said no forget it I just want a refund, you served me cold coffee then microwaved, then made me wait and honestly I don't like your attitude towards me. She then proceeds to say, "Well I am only reacting to yours". I said, "Excuse me? That's not how it works." She said and I quote "In this century, that is how it works" I said, "Really? Well I am going to write a nice letter to your boss" and she said, "Ok you do that.".
The service is terrible ever since they renovated it. I had to go back TWICE... They gave me a frozen coke instead of a regular coke, and once I left, I realized they also forgot to put my burger in the bag, (Cold fries too)... I had to go back and get my double cheeseburger. Once I got back in the car AGAIN, I realized they didn't even give me the double cheeseburger I ordered... They gave me a regular cheeseburger! So I had to go back AGAIN! Also, why did they make it so small now? It used to be so big inside! No more play place either, which this location has always had since the 1970's. Now there's nothing. It USED to be a really cool McDonald's, but not anymore.
Missing items that I paid for and charged for through a mobile order for pick-up on the McDonalds app. Also very long waiting times around 9pm to 10pm upwards of 15-20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru.
This place drive through window 11pm 12/2/24 Horrible!! One car in front pull up after ordering, I am the only car there a guy says I’ll be with right with you.. returns 4-5 mins later to take my order … now there are 4 cars behind me. I drive up to the payment window and wait 15 mins for a guy to ring me up for a Big Mac and a McRib sandwich… inside looks like Kaos and under staffed … I get my food which was sitting by the window for 10 mins while no one attended me. Food was ice cold !!!A line of 5 cars lined up behind me all probably wondering what is going on! Ridiculous I just left
This McDonald's actually used to be really good I don't know what happened. Just ordered two double cheeseburgers smothered and ketchup looks like somebody crumbled up it into a ball. Got no onions on it. Like if you hate your job that much just leave.
This place is the worst!! I rarely come here but when I do they can't get my order right. The service is the worst. I order 6 meals through the Kiosk and they give me a bag of napkins and 2 sandwiches. Numerous time I had to drive back 4 miles round trip) to get them to get my order complete. They should reimbursement for gas or give me a free meal for compensation. They are totally clueless. I saw the girl behind the register (not taking orders of course) picking up receipts from the floor to do the surveys from angry customers. I guess they know how horrible they really are. I have a glimmer of hope the next time I go they get my order correct on the first time.
This place a joke! Every single time I go to this location there’s a problem. They have the worst service and Customer Service is non existent. When they aren’t just taking cash or their system isn’t down or they tell you they’re closed (at a 24 hour location) Employees don’t listen and take the wrong order the majority of the time. Food is cold when you do get it. Don’t you dare ask for napkins that you should have already gotten, you’ll inconvenience the kid at the window. Lines are long and take forever. If you go to the far lane to order you’re skipped over by several cars. Waste of time of time and money. Go elsewhere, I am.

So basically what happened was they denied service to me. And my friend, just because we were under 18. Kids after school are not allowed to enter the McDonald's without A parent. But this happened almost at 4 o'clock. That's nowhere near school. My school ends At 1:50. While me and my friend were waiting for someone at help Because we didn't have a credit card and we had to order online. We waited for about 30 minutes. And while we were waiting, a girl came up and Asked to Used a bathroom and they denied service to her, too. That's like, really unfair. I just want to some fries. It's not that serious. Me and my friend waited about 30 minutes. And then just left. Because they said they were gonna get someone to help us. And no one ever came, and they had a standing outside for 30 minutes In 80° weather.
I wanted to rate no star if there’s such an option. It was me and my son first time ever waiting for almost an hour for a McDonald’s meal. First, We waited for 40+ minutes at the table because I entered the table number for table service. At the meanwhile, I walked to the counter to check for my order# for multiple times. Eventually the manager told me that they lost my order, so they had to reenter the items for me and gave me another order number, which is another 15 minutes of wait or so. They focus on the drive-thur line and the pick up pads. The long line of cars waiting on line really make a scene. There’s a problem of service capacity for dine-in. If you really want to dine-in or pick up at this place, you better stand by the counter and ask for your order number frequently for them to know your existence.

I go here 3 times a year, and everytime I go I ask for extra pickles and extra onion. And everytime single time they put extra pickles but ZERO ONION. THE FRIES ARE ICE COLD. And premade from the Jurassic era. The people that work here are slow and they get orders wrong constantly.

This McDonald’s is consistently the worst at customer service. Multiple times I’ve had to move up to a different window. They have just to wait an extra 10 minutes for a cup of coffee that they made iced instead of hot so I had to wait even longer. Ordered a Big Mac with two Mc chickens and sauces. Only got 2 mc chickens and one of the sauces I ordered with a drink. With Uber eats total and tip payed about 50 bucks for two mc chickens. Dude and dudedudettes never order from this places especially Uber eats. It’s trash and I essentially got robbed. It’s says 24 hours but I guess the service at night is terrible. Uber eats only refunded me 15 bucks Lol what a joke of an app and a place.
Tired of spending top dollar at this McDonald's in the drive thru to go home and be disappointed. Sometimes no hamburgers in the buns Sometimes nothing in the egg mcmuffin except a English muffin. Wrong orders or coffee grounds in the coffee not even a little, an obnoxious amount in both regular and iced coffee. I understand fast food. But there needs to be someone to check the orders as they go out. I hate to complain but it's not fair we are all paying for this food. Please try to correct these issues with staff. Thank You!
What is going on at this location?!?! I totally understand when things get busy and being understaffed but 3-4 cars on the line and each car had to wait 10 minutes to get to each 3 windows. 30 mins on line at 10:30pm with max 4 cars on the line is insane. Also the order is never right and I didn’t get the sauces that they charged extra for! Came out cold as well. This location clearly doesn’t have proper management or no management at all. Causing a major inconvenience for so many customers.
First time here for me and waited a long time for the food. It was made badly and cold. Hot Coffee was cold too. Had to get a refund. Never coming back here. Needs new management ASAP.
An item was missing and I couldn’t contact them, I tried calling but apparently the service is “not” available
I was at Hylan McDonald's this morning. 1 No. 9 wheat medium for breakfast 1 No. 6 wheat medium Bought 2 pieces. Order number is #229 The counter woman was unfriendly. She did not smile and spoke almost inaudibly. Even though I said good morning and said hello... The clerk called out my order number and gave me two envelopes. I took two coffees. I asked for a cup holder and she gave me They gave me a cup holder. I take them to my car I gave it to my wife. My wife asks why there are two in each bag. When I checked, the bag wasn't mine. I immediately took it in and said it wasn't mine. He said and returned it. However, the counter woman and manager treated me like a thief, saying I had taken it. I got angry and shouted. But there Three young people and an employee with a broom threatened the victim with a broom and told him to leave. I had no choice but to come out. I feel really unfair and angry. My age is 62. But being treated like a thief by teenagers?
This place used to be one of the best McDonald before the remodel. The workers over there are always polite and respectful. Let me give you a perfect example , the worker back in the time , serving customer w free ice cream from time to time . And last night I placed an order over the app, I picked the drive through . When I pass by the window to pick up the food , the high schooler kid said it’s a ten piece order , let’s run the drill. Out loud . I said :” run the drill?” He passed the order to me , I found out there were 7 piece chicken nugget in there . This place is going down hill. I will never order from this location ever again . The McDonald by the forest ave is much better w server , their fried are always full loaded . One more thing , hopefully they would not run the same drill w other customers. I would take my business somewhere else . May god bless u.
This McDonald’s is terrible the service is terrible and t he y can never get my order correct I pay for items and don’t receive them they give you want they want to give you not only that I found hair in my food I’m so done with this restaurant
Genuinely disgusted by this establishment, I used the pick up option to buy food for my siblings and I only to find NOT ONE BUT 2 HAIRS in different parts of our meal, service is mediocre and inefficient.
Worst McDonald’s. Never sends the orders correctly. Always missing items. No phone number to call. Food comes ice cold all the time.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Requires Corporate Attention I am writing to formally document a consistently poor experience at this McDonald's location. It took me almost 1 hour to get an order. The overall condition of the restaurant was unacceptable, with visibly dirty tables, unclean floors, and a general lack of basic upkeep that raises concerns about cleanliness standards. My order was incorrect and incomplete, and the food that was provided was cold and poorly assembled. This reflects a clear lack of quality control and attention to even the most basic service expectations. When the issue was brought to the staff’s attention, there was no apology, sense of urgency, or attempt to resolve the problem professionally. What was most concerning was the attitude of the employees and management on duty. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, as though customer concerns were an inconvenience rather than a priority. This is not the level of service expected from a brand that positions itself as a global leader in quick-service dining. Given the frequency of these issues, it appears to be a management and training failure rather than an isolated incident. I strongly recommend corporate leadership review this location’s operational standards, employee training, and cleanliness protocols immediately. Until meaningful changes are made, I will not be returning, nor can I recommend this location to others.
absolutely horrible staff and horrible service, dont know how to serve right and doesn’t pay attention to the food being served. i bought $20 worth of food and went to sit down for 5 minutes and got up to get my order waiting for at least 20-30 minutes only for staff to say my food was “already taken with a receipt” even though i was the only one who had the receipt also not to mention the staff almost always somehow forgets parts of your order and when you try to ask about it they all ignore you, and when you add the choice for your food to be delivered to your table you still have to go get it yourself because apparently giving the food to the correct table is too hard
They're right, it's the worst McDonald's. I placed my order online, went to pick it up, and to my surprise, they had given it to someone else, and they simply offered no solution. I ordered again using the self-service machines, waited for an hour for my order, and they gave me whatever they wanted. The attention and service are terrible!!!!
Worst McDonald’s ever, ordered for curbside, parked at spot number 2 but unable the enter the spot number. The app advised to pick up via counter or drive through, tried to explain the whole situation but staff was just blaming me for not staying at the spot, refused to listen to the whole situation and fixed the issue. Wish I can give 0 star.
UPDATE: 12/8 Had an issue with my order and tried multiple times to provide feedbacks on the website yet time after time my feedback can’t be submitted. What a coincidence. Truly starting to be disgusted at this location. Every time I try to collect their collab meals or happy meal I am either met with the same item over and over again or better yet not receive a toy in the happy meal or a toy from cycle previously that no one wanted. Don’t advertise you have that happy meal if the toy will not be present. It was not display on another where that toy was sold out or unavailable. Truly the 4th or 5th time this has happen this calendar year alone. And that’s just my opinion on the toy. Food is a different issue. Hamburg is never consistent. Nuggets as well. Fries are never seasoned. Half the time it’s limp and cold. Time after time, my orders were always wrong. Whether my kids’ happy meal is missing the toy currently advertised. Or missing an item. Or even being served stale hard fries. But this time, I received a burger with a patty…… ordered a McDouble for their $5 meal deal. Asked for no American cheese and 1 patty. I received none. Not sure when I’ll be return again. Literally feel like I’m just wasting money at this point.
Over one hour for takeout for an iced coffee. Where then I went full-blown lunatic and screamed at the poor manager and over worked staff (heart felt apologies) who advised me she could not shut off Uber eats or DoorDash. Clearly, this is part of the problem . The order machine was spitting out yards of order tickets. THIS IS A GREEDY OWNER, WHO DOES NOT DESERVE THE VOLUME OF BUSINESS HE HAS. NOTE: THIS IS THE FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW I HAVE EVER GIVEN ON LINE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! I am tired of owners not being present and leaving that volume of work to people that are probably tired and underpaid
Why do you even hand out table locators if you’re not going to use them? I waited 25 minutes before checking on my order, and-surprise-it had been sitting there cold on the counter for over 20 minutes. Fantastic system. Really impressive Your staff completely ignored me. I was literally holding my receipt in front of them, saying I’d been waiting almost half an hour, and they just walked past like I didn’t exist. In the end, I had to go behind the counter and grab my food myself, because waiting for someone to pass a bag from one meter away was apparently too much to ask And by the way, just take a look at how this burger was assembled. Beautiful, right? Since it was already cold and the cheese had hardened, it was impossible to even fix it or put it back together. Enjoy!!!
Every time I order from this place they just conveniently leave something out of the order and I have no way of calling for it to be corrected so here I am. I need to be refunded for my whole order today otherwise I’m gonna flame u guys with bad reviews. Just got my order with no fries and no ice cream….again…really weird since I paid for it? Need a response otherwise I’m gonna co e to the store tomorrow and speak with a manager because this is a regular thing
This is probably by far one of the worst ones on the island. It’s always crazy with the kids always a mess. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The orders are never right if I try to place an order on the app to be picked up something suddenly out of stock for instance today I’ll try to place an order for pick up for a happy meal and it says unavailable, but I can do it on DoorDash. I also can’t ever get happy meal delivered off of the app. They move slower than a snail if there was one closer to me I’d go there try explaining to a 4 year old why McDonald messed up her order or didn’t give it! FIRE ALL STAFF GET NEW PEOPLE DOOO BETTER!
