Food is excellent, service is perfect, and the view is beautiful
I had the most amazing Tomahawk pork steak here — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. Honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The terrace overlooking the lake made the whole experience even better. Sitting there with that incredible view while enjoying such a great meal was unforgettable. The service was friendly and relaxed, making it feel welcoming without being rushed. If you’re anywhere near Lago d’Idro, this spot is a must for anyone who loves good food and a beautiful view.

We've been visiting La Terrazza in Tre Capitelli for several years now. In the past, our experience was usually just average — nothing particularly memorable. But this year, things have truly improved and it’s been a real pleasure to come back. The food is genuinely tasty, especially the Diavola pizza, which stands out with its perfect balance of spice and flavor. However, what made the biggest difference this year was the exceptional service. We want to give special recognition to Niccolo, who went above and beyond. He is incredibly polite, always attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. On top of that, his English is excellent, which made communication effortless and enjoyable. Niccolo's professionalism and warm attitude added real value to our visit and made us feel genuinely welcome. We sincerely hope this message reaches the management — Niccolo deserves to be recognized and rewarded for the outstanding job he's doing. People like him are the reason guests come back.
we stumbled upon this restaurant on our way to a mountain, a very nice restaurant with super lake view. Food is good, the staffs are friendly and the price is reasonable given its location and view.

Meravigliosa! Wonderful restaurant owned by an Italian family. Delicious food, risotto and pizzas are highly recommended. Great lake side location with friendly waiters. Very reasonable prices and take away service available. Dogs allowed and soft play for children. Highly recommended!

Ok food, but don't expect too much. Avoid the mixed grill, unless you like eating grilled wiener sausages. Also, it filled with tourists from holland, there must be a camping next door or someting (nothing wrong with that of course but it might affect your choice).
View is OK, but stay away from the mixed grill (unless you crave grilled weener sausages). We both had some stomach issues afterwards. Full of Dutch people. Service is a bit slow.
Great view, but the food is so so.
First time dinner after the renovation. At least the restaurant looks better. Overall a very bad experience. 3 of the 6 members of our company became really sick after eating here and suffered a severe food poisoning! As this cannot be dedicated to one ingredient, the hygiene in the kitchen should be abysmally bad or there were some leftovers from before the renovation. Also service was terrible. Even though we do not speak fluently Italian (still learning), not a single person of the staff did bother to say more than one word at the table. Be aware If you go here for dinner!
One of the worst ristorante's on our trip. The pasta had sliced tomatoes that didn't even seemed cooked. I had the scaloppa milanese with fries. The fries were already cold. The service was mediocre. We had some friendly waiters but some were terrible. I won't advice this restaurant to anyone. If you still want to go order some pizza that you can't do a lot wrong with. I almost never leave a bad review. But they treated us like we were some dumb tourists that wouldn't care if our food was bad.
