I stopped for an unexpected lunch break. Salmon, asparagus, and saffron risotto was truly excellent, accompanied by a good local Vermentino. To finish, a shortcrust pastry and a coffee. Courtesy, a smile, speed, and a worthy value for money. Congratulations

A welcoming, if not particularly large, place. In the warmer months, however, it has a spacious outdoor area in a lovely little square. Friendly staff, and both the coffee and lunches are excellent.

A lovely place in the city center, with tables in a quiet, pedestrianized square. Excellent aperitifs with delicious appetizers. The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

A café in Imperia that's been well-known since its first opening. Back then, it stood out for the quality and professionalism of its service, which we're finally experiencing again. Yes, quality and professionalism have been rediscovered. The central yet secluded location overlooks a small square with outdoor seating and Via Monti (a pedestrian area), lined with shops of all kinds: from stunning lingerie to master hairdressers. The cuisine is excellent, as are the baked goods, both sweet and savory. A well-stocked wine cellar is thoughtfully designed for the establishment.

Over the years, the place has changed hands a few times, with varying degrees of success. The current one, in my opinion, is doing a good job. Excellent coffee and a nice variety of baked goods, both sweet and savory, for breakfast. I also tried it for lunch for a quick bite to eat. Good variety. More than decent, but not exceptional. I've never tried it for an aperitivo. Reasonable and reasonable prices. Recommended.

Always smiling and kind (a rare occurrence in Imperia), so it's a pleasure to serve them. (2018) After a few years, I have to lower my review. Perhaps their friendliness was and is reserved for new customers (like I was a few years ago when I wrote my previous review). For those who have become regulars, I have to say that they simply serve them. The efficiency of the service is still excellent. (2022).
