The restaurant has the standard look of the other locations in the chain, with plastic and bright colors. This particular restaurant has a large terrace overlooking a small avenue. The service is very quick and efficient. As for the food, it's quite bad: the chicken breast was somewhat raw, the cheese was only half-melted, and the steak was practically invisible between layers of breading.

It's getting more and more pathetic... The service and treatment from the waiters is becoming increasingly appalling. Just today, one of them got angry because we asked him to clean the table where we were seated, and he took it so badly that he didn't even come back to the table to ask us for anything. But the most pathetic thing is that if you order on the terrace, they charge you immediately, before even serving you... It's ridiculous that every time you want a drink or something, you have to pay each time... It's incredibly ridiculous and absurd that this only happens at the Inca location. Anyway, this will be our last time here, and I hope it will be the last time for others who have had this experience. And it's worth noting that, of course, since they've already charged you upfront, it's obvious they forget about you... they never attend to you again. In fact, if you want anything else, you have to go looking for a waiter who's willing to help you, because, of course, since you already paid, tough luck... Today I had to change my review that I posted 5 years ago. I was crazy about this skalop, it was the best, without a doubt, nothing like the others, but I've been there two weekends in one month, and the quality of the food has changed. In my case, the cordon bleu meat used to be meaty, now it's like paper thin. The cheese is like a slice of unmelted corn tortilla. Before, there was plenty of melted cheese... and not to mention the quantities. Now, they barely give you a handful of potatoes, before, they couldn't fit on the plate. And the service has changed, and honestly, you order one thing and they bring you something else, which has happened to us these last two times, ordering exactly the same thing. Honestly, it was a disappointment because the wait was long, the food isn't as good, and on top of that, the dishes are bad. It's a real shame. I'm adding a photo of my comment from 5 years ago. I hope you're the same again.
