My husband and I went in Thursday morning as it was our first time here we did not know about the buffet option the young lady that helped us was so helpful she explained how it worked she was so friendly so big shoutout to Jesica we will most definitely go back soon!

I love this place. Me and my friends go quite often their crab legs and garlic butter sauce are everything actually everything on the menu is good but those crab legs fire anything I’m getting I’m putting the garlic butter sauce on their garlic butter sauce is amazing.

Amilcar was our bartender. He was very nice and knew exactly what food would be right for us. The restaurants outside is a little ruff around the edges but don’t let that fool you. Food is top notch quality and very authentic Mexican food. Seafood here is so good and the shrimp tacos are to die for.

Landed at LAX, and headed straight to this gem of a spot! The tacos some of the best I’ve ever had, calamari is amazing, portions are large, margaritas are generous and authentic! We were greeted with home made tortilla chips and salsa right as we sat down service is prompt & friendly, and the restaurant is clean and well kept! Highly recommended to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food! Thank you for the amazing food and service! We will be back again!

Very reliable spot. The pizzas are pretty good and I like how crispy the crust is. Their options are not out of this world but they're very solid and allow you to try different flavors of what they offer: pizza, salads, sides, drinks. Bunch of Lunch is what I typically go for, and I like how they were playing sports games on the TV's. My dad recommends the fried chicken because of the crispiness, and I like the pizzas (obviously). One of their pizzas was okay, but the rest were very tasty, and definitely try their deep dish. If you have kids that get bored easily, there's an arcade for you guys to pass time at in the back too.

It is a nice place to eat, but sometimes the Spanish and English conversations can be challenging. The atmosphere is exotic and the servers have always been friendly. A Hispanic, seafood and American style menu. Breakfast, lunch and dinner have a variety of foods for every customer. A great spot!

Dude just got off the plane and shakeys pizza came up so i took my family total of 6 there and they had a buffet and i paid over 100$ for us and it was nasty. Not one of my kids like it i felt bad because i made them eat so we didn't waist our money. But never would i recommend coming there nasty food and way over priced! The only good thing was the lady that came and got plates from your table she was really nice.

Came to eat and see the soccer games, but they have talk shows, and the news on tv, they should have live sport games at all times. I didn't ask the manager because she look likes a Karen, not so friendly, ask for a plate and she looks like she hates this place, food super good.

Ok so I haven't been to this place in over 20 yrs. The mojo potatoes are really terrible now. The chicken was average. I got a pepperoni pizza and that was really good (pan pizza) I also ordered a pitcher of modelo and it was not cold enough IMO. 90 bucks for a whole chicken and medium pizza plus a pitcher seems way to expensive for food that was just ok. The place was empty and our server was watching TV instead of getting our table ready. I don't recommend this place.

First time at this location. It was pretty busy. Seemed like they had only one person cleaning tables. Had to clear our own table and wipe it down. Pizza was decent. Wings and mojos needed more seasoning, I had to add salt for some taste.

Most of the food was good. They messed up the order a few ways. The service was ok. There were some drunks making a scene but seemed to be friendly with the waitress. A 40ish dollar tip was automatically added to the bill and I didn't think they deserved it. It was a whole thing to remove the mistakes and tip from the bill. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is that the food that was correct was pretty good. But the experience left a bad taste unfortunately.

This review is regarding an extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience my family and I had at this location. I brought my mom and stepdad for dinner, excited to enjoy Shakey’s after a long time, but from the moment we arrived, Brianna H. greeted us with negative energy and an unwelcoming attitude. During the ordering process, Brianna appeared visibly impatient and dismissive toward my mom, who was simply trying to decide on her order. To help move things along, I took over and completed the order myself, which made the process smoother—but it was clear that Brianna lacked patience and professionalism. A short time later, my mom went back to order a salad. While serving herself at the salad bar, Brianna left her register and approached my mom in an aggressive, loud tone, asking, “ARE YOU OKAY???” My mom was simply using her non-dominant hand to serve herself because she had her purse on her dominant hand. There was absolutely no reason for Brianna to intervene, especially in such a rude and condescending way. I calmly stepped in and reminded Brianna that my mom was doing nothing wrong—she had paid for her salad and was free to serve herself as she pleased. Brianna then admitted, “You’re right,” and walked away. Despite this, the situation left us feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. We chose to ignore the incident and finish our meal since it was already late, and we didn’t want to drive elsewhere. However, upon our exit, my mom took a quick photo to document our experience for this review. At that moment, Brianna began mocking us and shouting rude comments as we were leaving, which was completely unprovoked and unprofessional. That’s when I began recording for our protection and to ensure accurate documentation of her behavior. This was by far the most unpleasant dining experience we’ve ever had. Brianna’s actions were inappropriate, disrespectful, and not representative of the Shakey’s brand. I expect this incident to be reviewed and addressed promptly, and I am requesting a full refund for our meal. No paying customer should ever be treated this way. The worst pizza I’ve ever had, I’ve had pizzas from many other shakeys and never had a pizza that doesn’t taste like pizza, literally feels like when I had covid and couldn’t taste anything, it was BLAND, no seasoning, nothing. Don’t know what happened, spent almost $100 on 2 L pizzas and some mojos. Never again.

2nd time at this place, and the last one was worse than the first one. The lady took my order wrong, she didnt write down the order and we were 4 people. I order, shrimp fajitas and she got me the mixed fajitas. The meat was so hard to chew it and I couldn't swallow it. My husband also got his drink wrong. Shrimp cocktail had too much onions and like 3 shrimps. Food is over priced, overall, bad experience I will not return to this place.
