Subway is usually a sure thing… I'm really sorry because a few months ago I went to this branch and everything seemed excellent. However, I went back recently and the service was unfriendly, which is understandable; we're not always in the best mood, especially after many hours. I ordered two rib subs and everything was fine until the first bite when I realized the meat felt almost frozen. I was so hungry that I decided to eat half and go home to heat it up. The problem came later when the person I was with got a severe stomach infection, which we can't attribute 100% to this food, but it's definitely a big plus to serve pork at a low temperature. We know it's not the norm and we shouldn't punish an entire chain for one bad experience, but we will definitely keep it in mind if we eat there again.

Terrible service, they send the wrong orders on Uber Eats. It wasn't even hot, even though my delivery person was very quick to deliver it. They retaliate and discriminate if you point out the mistake. If you have the chance to order from here, don't. They made my delivery drivers wait for several minutes and then didn't deliver anything for an hour. I expect these crooks to refund my money. Also, one of the ingredients gives me an allergic reaction and was inedible.

I bought a combo meal today: a long teriyaki chicken and 12 cookies—6 white chocolate walnut and 6 blueberry—to go. They only gave me 10 cookies!! When I got home, they only had 2 left!!!!! Diego served me.

I just drove there, and the parking lot was completely full. I couldn't get in because the valets are busy getting parking for Cruz Azul game-goers. There was only one table at the subway station, and the Movistar parking lot seemed super quiet.

Terrible service, super despotic, not even a greeting when you arrive. You have to wait for them to decide to serve you before they even speak to you, even if you've already said hello and asked something. Honestly, I won't go back there. They treat you as if they're going to give you food or pay for it out of their own pocket. Also... all the tables are super dirty!!!

Be careful if you order delivery. This is how they serve a double-meat Subway Xtreme with cheese. September 23rd at 8:30 PM for delivery. I hope the manager does something about this.
