We went there for Dinner. It was quite full but the service was very quick and we got our order very soon. Double Double and chesseburger were excellent and fries fresh. Always a nice experience here @ In-N-Out. Great service, as we asked for some milk and got it for free. Good job.

It is one of the representative hamburgers in the U.S. Since it was not in Korea, I tasted it with high expectations and it was really good. Customers feel like they are eating steak because the restaurant does not leave the meat frozen, has a refrigerated patty, and then serves it to customers on time. It doesn't feel like eating sliced and ground meat. The potatoes also don't feel warm because they are ordered raw persimmons and fried on the spot. It has a bit salty taste compared to other hamburger brands, but it didn't feel plain, so I remember my family eating it with great satisfaction. I highly recommend it. The choice of toppings is simple. You can talk about cheese and meat, double if you want two, triple if you want three, quadruple if you want four. The menu is very simple. We have a double-double, a cheeseburger, a hamburger, and fries. If you like something with a lot of meat, please order the In & Out secret menu. When you order a burger, you can choose either raw or grilled onions. With yellow peppers, it corrects the greasy taste of the burger, which makes it taste better. Animal-style burgers and animal-style fries are also great. Freshness is the key to its success, as in-and-out burgers, which only have burgers, french fries and drinks on the menu. It uses refrigerated patties, not frozen ones, and french fries also cuts and deep-fried whole potatoes on the spot. They're very affordable, so there's no pressure. As the taste is a little salty, it's the best way to taste the spices. Although not on the menu, the animal style that puts grilled onions and cheese on a french fries and the $6 burger with four meat patties are also popular. There is no single overseas store, and you can only taste it in California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona, so I recommend you to try it if you're traveling in California. There are about 40 stores in the LA area alone, and many are located mainly near highways for the distribution of fresh ingredients.

In-N-Out at Irvine University Center holds a special place in our hearts. Of course, In-N-Out is always the best, and my kids never say no to eating there. Their first visit was in the early 2000s, and since then, it has been our favorite spot every time we visit California. The burgers are consistently delicious, the fries perfectly crispy, and the milkshakes irresistible. The quality and freshness of the ingredients shine through in every bite. The friendly and efficient service adds to the overall enjoyable experience. In-N-Out at Irvine University Center continues to be a beloved destination for our family, providing not just great food but also cherished memories of our California trips.

Great service, very friendly and helpful employees! They really go above and beyond (even taking your empty tray off your table). My only complaint is that the fries were cold every visit except for one day. The fries do not taste good when they are cold so if they were piping hot or at least warm, it would taste better. If it’s your first time trying in and out: I recommend trying it with the chillies they have displayed by the ketchup. It adds a nice layer of spice and extra crunch to your burger. I also love adding pepper to my fries. The animal style fries were pretty good, the cheese fries were okay (a bit too cheesy for me, but that’s subjective to your taste) and the regular fries taste good when they are piping hot. It’s free refills as well, so you can have a drink during and after your meal :) Overall, I really enjoyed these burgers and cannot wait to eat them again.

This was my first In and Out experience and it definitely checked all the right boxes for me. The prices are great (probably one of the cheapest places to eat in all of Irvine), the staff was very friendly and professional, and the food was amazing! I got the “animal style” on my fries and I have to say - that’s the way to go. Another thing I’d point out was how clean this place was. A lot of other burger joints aren’t nearly as clean as here and I could tell that the management runs a tight ship here. I can’t wait to come back and eat here again!

this is probably the staple food for everyone. the burgers are fantastic and fries is very good. this is our comfort food

Super cool IN-N-OUT location. Plenty of seating. They still overcharge for cheese fries. Not animal fries, jusy simply melting cheese on my kids fries. They more than doubled the price. They blame their system for not having a botton for it. So they charge for animal fries and exclude the onion. Come in IN-N-OUT, use technology and update your touchscreen.

First time in and out experience. Absolutely loved the single burger with a light coat of the sauce, lettuce, tomato, added sauteed onions and pickles. Tried the animal fries which were good but I'm going to stick to the regular fries which are great! Will definitely repeat this place!

A In-N-Out for the first time and I was very impressed with the burgers and how delicious they were. I was even more impressed by the pricing, especially in Los Angeles at how cheap it was the only thing that was lacking was the fries. This location also was very busy so it was hard for them to keep up with the tables and so all of them are mostly dirty. They honestly just need a worker to be cleaning up after which is crazy because that’s how busy this location is Customer Service was great.

I hadn't been to a In-N-Out in a long time and circumstances dictated the need to eat on the run. This restaurant chain is popular for a reason. A considerable value, especially when you compare it to other fast food competitors who don't provide the comparable food quality that they do.

In-N-Out Burger has a cool vibe, and the building itself is pretty dope, but that's where the good stops. The wait was ridiculous--20 minutes for a simple order. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less, had zero personality, and weren't exactly the sharpest. The lack of manners from both the employees and some of the other customers made the experience even worse. To top it off, they forgot my animal fries, which was super frustrating. The only saving grace here was the location and the fact that my food was actually good when it finally came out. So, for that reason, I'm giving it 2 stars. This place really needs to step it up.

This has to be one of the busiest innouts in the nation, especially because it’s next to UCI. So obviously during lunch hour, it’s very busy. So they need to send out staff to clean and clear tables every few minutes. They don’t do it. I don’t know why. And their lemonade machine is not working. I don’t know why. I usually enjoy In-N-Out, but today’s visit was very disappointing. I ordered a Double-Double and found a bug in the lettuce. This is completely unacceptable for food safety. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their ingredients are thoroughly inspected and cleaned.
