Truly love pizza and for all the pizza lovers out there reading this or soon will be this place tops any pizza food chain no matter where! The workers are so friendly and kind, greets and awesome hospitality in and out, ordered online and they brung my food out in the rain with no jacket! (Customers come first I guess) seen plenty of commercials of these folks pizza and was recommended a few times but actually trying it man was it the best 🙌🏾 (I got all meat pizza) but there is so many toppings in flavors so choose out of what you like! Take your first date or your family here the prices are high but the quality is like no other👌🏾

Great pizza and sides, especially love their cheesy bread. Free additions to customize your crust, e.g. garlic butter, parmesan topping, etc. Well-priced and the quality/taste is better than many of its competitors. Will definitely order again!

Delivered within 20 minutes. Delicious XL Deluxe, incredibly fresh salad, can’t ask for better. Not the first time either. Keep such service and win the day, forever.

Was new to Marcos as the pervious states I have lived in never had one. But my oh my has it grown to be one of my fave pizza places in Texas! Pictured here is a small cheese pizza, parm cheese crust with mushrooms topping 😋

Me and the hubby stopped in for a couple of pizzas along with cheeses ticks. We had a pepperoni and jalapeño on one side and pepperoni, black olives, and banana peppers on the other side. Along with just a pepperoni pizza. Everything was fresh and tasty!!!! I told my sweetman it's Marcos from here on out!!!!

I've had delivery from this establishment and the pizza was very good. They used an Uber Eats driver for delivery, which means capitalism finally killed the pizza delivery guy to save a buck. Aside from that, the food was great and I'll be ordering from here again.

Today is June 23, 2024 the young man who helped me at 12 pm was the absolute best. He has a spirit of excellence, he listens (very customer service oriented and professional) and made the most delicious pizzas all on his own. A great employee!! Take care of him.

This is the ONLY pizza that can "out pizza the hut". This is hands down the best pizza we've had anywhere and we've tried many places in nearby multiple states and this place is the best. BOGO every Tuesday. We saved $20 with this incredible deal.

This review is for the young man named Aldean working at Marcos on riverside drive! My wife and I love pizza! Cheap pizza too! Marcos is really affordable and tastes better than dominos or papa John’s or any of the other chains. This is one of the few times we have had a mishap on our pizza, where it didn’t come out right. I brought the pizza back up and Aldean was happy to fix it for my wife and I. He said “ well I’m sorry this came out this way, could I redo it for you man?” I replied and said “that would be great!” All of this with a smile on his face and a demeanor that said I was happy to do so.Aldean’s customer service skills and friendliness are top tier. This is why we are recurrent customers to Marcos on riverside drive. They care about the customer, and they care about what they are doing. Thanks Aldean!

I like how you can actually sit here and eat! Staff is friendly! This one of the few marcos i like to get my pizza from because it's usually the same tasty pizza!

Ordered and delivered in less than 40 minutes. They had a good deal for a medium specialty pizza, medium one topping, and cheesy bread for $24. With tax, delivery charge and $7 tip, it was $40, fed 3 of us with a lot left over. Well worth it to not have to leave on NYE. It was so hot when it was delivered that we had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down which is awesome. The only thing I didn’t like was a lot of the bacon was real fatty pieces. Everything else was perfect.

The bathroom in this place has never cleaned. I didn’t even want to eat the food. The people there didn’t look like they showered either. The guy taking order was rude. Be careful people. I’ve had Marco’s before and loved it. This location is a health hazard.

I don’t know what kind of training the employees received or what kind of drugs are consumed before the shift but this is not how a small pizza should be cut. This location is inconsistent and I’m starting to wonder if it is because of poor training or employee incompetence. The boxes never come with a safety seal and this is how the pizzas look every time I order one. I won’t be ordering from here again; Not until the employees receive better training and drug testing.

Anyway I ordered two pizzas for me and my friends who came to visit from Maryland and one of my pizzas was cut weirdly while the other was normal? Weird because i didn’t ask for it to be cut like that.. the garlic butter i asked for on my crust for the steak and green peppers pizza was missing in action . The Pepperoni Magnifico I’ve ordered before and this time it had no garlic sauce on the crust nor was there any romeasean seasoning. I didn’t tip on the website because I like to tip in person but by the time i even got to my door the delivery driver was gone. Sadly… I’m happy I didn’t tip because this was a disappointment.

I’ve been a regular at Marco’s Pizza, but after this experience, I won’t be back. The employee was extremely rude and dishonest. Every time I’ve ordered before, ranch was included, but this time, he told me I had to pay—despite not receiving any at all. I wasn’t asking for extra ranch, just the one that normally comes with the pizza. When I questioned him, he lied, refused to give me his name, walked away when I asked for a manager, and even yelled at me as I left. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

While I was there, he messed up multiple orders, including mine. Mistakes happen, but what really stood out was his rude and sassy attitude instead of taking responsibility. A good manager should handle issues professionally and with a positive attitude, not make customers feel like an inconvenience. This was disappointing, especially since this location has always been great. I hope upper management addresses this
