I see some of the previous reviews and it seems maybe there’s been a shift. Because the service was amazing from the moment I stepped in, even while we were seated. My food was seasoned so well, fresh, and well done like I ordered. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had a wingstop!!
I wanted to leave a great review for this Wingstop Location. When I arrived the staff got me my pick up order and I decided to dine in. When I told them that they double checked that I had everything to enjoy a great meal. Then towards the end of my meal the cashier checked on me to make sure everything was great and even offered to take my trash for me. While I know they don’t get paid to be wait staff those two small check-ins caught were so nice while my common interactions at quick serve restaurants are generally met with no interaction or human element from the staff. Thanks Wingstop for hiring and training people to be kind humans and provide great customer service. A little goes a long way.
The employees at this location are really friendly, whether it’s placing an order over the phone or dining in. Kaleb was really nice taking our order over the phone. Tray took care of us when we dined in! Very clean store too.
Kyle was very sweet and upbeat. She made me feel welcomed and she was happy to do her job and serve. Definitely a vibe and helpful. Smiles, happy, friendly and positive. 🥰 Atmosphere 10/10 Service 10/10
Visited this location today. Matthew was amazing! He greeted us with such a big smile and so much charisma, you could tell he genuinely enjoys his job. He welcomed everyone the same way and made the atmosphere so warm. He even came by to check on us to make sure our food was good (which it was delicious!). This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Kyle was also such a great person!
DoorDash driver here. Walked in and they were super friendly. Had the order ready and gave me a free drink as well. Assuming it was a manager, but didn’t get a name for the real friendly guy. Tall and skinny w glasses.
This is definitely the best wingstop I’ve had in the entire metroplex of DFW. It’s always fresh, they don’t overcook the wings. They have great speedy service with a good attitude. I haven’t had a bad experience and Id put this store up against any chain.
I was nervous to visit this location due to the reviews; I have it a try and had a positive experience. The person at the register was approachable and eased my concerns about customer service and a good experience. The location was clean and the kitchen seemed focused on cooking more than socializing; great. Maybe the experience is based on time of day and week.
Perhaps it was the time of day but I was disappointed with my boneless wings combo. I picked it up around 12:30, there was a wait but they were short-staffed and busy. I generally don't mind waiting for fresh food so long as it is cooked properly. Unfortunately, some of my wings weren't fully cooked and my fries were hard and crunchy. I don't usually eat at this location but was in a time crunch. One of the workers was very frustrated and overwhelmed. Management and franchise owner need to address the issues. I won't be going back to this location as it has put a bad taste in my mouth, literally 🤢
Food was alright but the employees were in the kitchen playing inappropriate music singing along with it. I’m pretty sure one started twerking and the other was grabbing his chest in a weird was. it just made me super uncomfortable ( I saw this thru the window in the kitchen) and I told them my name for the order was Pedro but they made it Pedriana idk what made them do that but I felt disrespected. What made me feel even more sick was that there were children and family’s that had to hear and see them sing along to inappropriate music and inappropriate body language . then I asked for extra ranch but they only gave me one and when I went to correct them they gave me attitude for getting my order wrong. overall I’m just disappointed,disgusted I miss the old staff and what this place used to be, do better.
This will be my last time coming to this location. The past couple times the wings are cold, employees look like they bearly want to work. This place has gone down bad. Management needs to do better.
Date: December 4, 2025 Time: 9:43 PM It used to be a good location with great service, but not anymore. The employees working at this branch seem completely uninterested in their jobs. As soon as I place an order, I hear comments like “OMG, that’s a big order,” which is extremely unprofessional. This is the second time this has happened. The first time, the cashier asked me if my order was going to be big, as if she didn’t want to take it. I considered making a complaint then but chose not to. Unfortunately, today she did the same thing again, making me feel unwelcome at this location. I was a walk-in customer, but I could clearly see how poorly she treated delivery drivers as well. This will be my last time visiting this location unless the service improves and the staff receives proper customer-service training.
I don’t know which franchise owner is responsible for this location, but he or she should be held accountable on behalf of the unprofessional employees, the poor service, food, and atmosphere (loud, obscene music). My friend ordered wings for us tonight, and it took nearly an hour for them to prepare overly fried wings and a barely-there fry basket. This is our last time patronizing this restaurant. I do not recommend.
terrible experience every time i come i don’t even know why i give it a chance. food is never well done even after its requested inappropriate music playing, always saying unprofessional things in the kitchen music is also very vulgar. when my husband called to place a order he was called babe and sweetheart by a young man at the register which made him feel very uncomfortable. don’t ask for well done it’s a 40 min wait for something that she be already well cooked. terrible experience they need a new staff or manager or something. Terrible
So my boss bought wingstop for our department . We wrote down what we wanted. It was very simple. Well.....our orders were all wrong. Flavors were missing. We were missing wings. I told our boss to avoid this wingstop going forward.
I am sorry but I have had a bad experience my bone in hot wings I only got drum and I rather have the wing but because my supervisor was with me I couldn't complain. The worst is it's very expensive the total bill was $35.00 ridiculous it's not a restaurant of steak or seafood. I don't recommend this place at all.
Worse Wingstop ever. From the food to the employees! Placed an order online. Went to pick it up, get all the way home and was disturbed by the crap in the black box. After driving back up there I see why my food turned out the way it did. The clueless employee's are just as bad as the food here. Asked for a refund after being told this how it was “supposed” to look. I order from Wingstop occasionally an have never been served anything that look remotely close to this. Let’s not begin to discuss the amount of grease that absorbed the wings. They really need to close this location. It has always sucked!! An to the very poorly trained employee who advised he couldn’t give me his name just in case I need to follow up for the status of my refund. Here you go!
This used to my favorite wingstop location. Over the last year I've noticed quality and customer service go down. The last few orders have been really dry, customer service was just okay and the orders weren't even correct. Today I placed an order for delivery through the app. I never received the order. I tried calling the restaurant for almost 30 minutes (separate calls) and no one ever answered the phone.
Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 2 10 piece meals with two voodoo fries and a third voodoo for my daughter. One 10 piece was supposed to be garlic parm but we got lemon pepper. And they stuffed my half and half 10 piece into a tiny box that was opened!. Staff was very rude and not attentive, got ignored by 5 different employees when I first walked in. Im a restaurant general manager and if this happened on my watch, I'd fire each of them on the spot. Normally when I come here,order is correct and I don't have to wait no time. This wingstop has gone down hill.
They cooked like alive chicken. I saw the raw vein and blood inside of chicken thighs. I’m not a big fan of raw foods except for Sashimi and sushi. But thank you for giving me a new experiment! The raw chicken is incredible.. I felt like I was eating alive chicken very fresh blood and vein.
