Had a stop there with the familj. The scrocchiarella with ham and the ine with salsicca tasted amazing.. the break was perfect and everything else!

Dry and empty piadinas. The elderly lady at the register collects the used trays and even the trash can to reuse them for other customers. How sad...poor thing. Don't stop even to get water; the lake water is definitely better.

A disappointing experience. The vegetarian sandwich was extremely dry—just dried vegetables, no cheese, no sauce, no seasoning whatsoever. But the real problem was the owner's behavior. Two young people were kicked out of the restaurant simply because one of them was eating a pizza al taglio (purchased elsewhere) sitting at an outside table. The other wanted to order and eat there, but the owner refused to accept his order. Both were abruptly and unjustifiably sent away. This episode deeply annoyed us and ruined the experience for us too. We immediately regretted entering a place run by such rude and unwelcoming people. There were two of us. I'd ordered two pizza slices at another place a few minutes earlier. My friend came in to order here. We wanted to eat together, so I sat at a table outside and waited. Not even a minute passed before the owner came out and said, "Go eat at the other place!" He wouldn't listen to reason. I explained that my friend was the one in front of him to order; I was just waiting... Bottom line: we left, my friend left without ordering. What's wrong with these people?

Incorrect receipt and hygiene We ordered two waters (€1 each), a "Piada Raffinata" (€7), and an off-menu seasonal pulled pork sandwich (€8.50). The lady at the register took our order and charged us the full amount (€17.50). However, the receipt she gave us was for €9, and I pointed this out to her (thinking she might have mistakenly given us a previous customer's receipt), even though it looked exactly like our order, minus the pulled pork sandwich. She quickly dismissed me with a "there's no pulled pork sandwich button on the register" and served the next customer in line. While I'm still astonished by the woman's cunning, dishonesty, and manners ( What would it have cost her to name another sandwich of the same price and explain to me why she did it?!) I see that, after handing us the tray of pulled pork sandwiches, she herself returns to the kitchen and, with the same hands she used to handle the cash register and the money, without disinfecting them or wearing gloves, takes the bresaola, arugula, and the other ingredients of my piadina filling—without even using cutlery—and puts them in. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I wanted to point out the above so that the owner can take action, because I wouldn't recommend such treatment to anyone.

We were here today and they had problems with the ventilation. We wanted to order a piadina, we ordered one and they made one for us. When we left we wished him good luck with the problems with the ventilation. The guy went totally mad out of nothing and wanted to kick us out. He was screaming to us and wanted to beat us up. Don’t go here, this guy is crazy. This is not how you behave to women or just customers at all!!!!!!
