At Bosio in Bosio, you'll find quality service and friendly, welcoming staff. The meat is excellent (the sweet and sour chicken pulled meat is fantastic) and they offer tips on how to best reheat it at home. The side dishes are worthy of the rest (the flavorful potatoes are excellent).

We went Sunday morning to get a little bit of everything and try, oh my, how delicious! Pulled pork, what a delight. Chicken, Brescian spit, salami, roasts, and a ton of other delicious things. Fair prices, fast and efficient service, and everyone was very friendly. We heated everything up in the air fryer and they came back as if they were freshly made. Amazing, congratulations! 👏🏻

UNPARALLELED by the competition. We tried everything this Rosticceria offers, from pulled pork to Brescian spit, pork shank, porchetta, and ribs, and not a single dish failed to deliver a WOW effect. Excellent ingredients, impeccably cooked, perfect for a carnivorous lunch. I recommend booking and arriving early, as word has spread that this is something unique, with excellent value, and Gianmaria is a true connoisseur (it's no coincidence this success).

This rotisserie has been open for about two months. Previously, it was located along the main road leading to Iseo, not in a restaurant but on a van, as they also have a presence at many markets. Wide selection of meats and other products. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and available to explain the various products. Sincere compliments!

I went out of curiosity. I follow an 80% carnivorous lifestyle. I tried the cherry-cooked ribs, the Brescian spit, the steamed chicken breast, and the wild boar pulled pork. I must say I found everything very good, despite having to reheat the meat several times. Upon request, they reheated some of it on site so I could eat it right outside with the cutlery they provided. Unfortunately, the only negative for me is the prices, which aren't in line with my budget. The ticket for waiting in line idea was a good one. The organization of the reservation was excellent. The meat was top-notch!!!

Overrated place. I expected something more from a meat-focused rotisserie, let me explain. I had half a wood-fired chicken, some ribs, a sample of pilled pork, and some chicken wings. Everything tasted good, certainly above average for takeout rotisserie restaurants. Unfortunately, the cooking was always a bit underdone, when in some cases 40 minutes more would have been enough, and in others even an hour (except for the wings, which were perfect). The staff is attentive, friendly, and welcoming, without skimping on product information, including how to store, reheat, and handle them.

I'm sorry to give it only 3 stars, but my expectations were high, and I didn't find all the hype on social media and all these excellent reviews in what I ate. I bought ribs, salami, skewers, and pulled pork, and I found everything to be very average, in fact, too flavorful for the added spices or flavorings. In my opinion, if the ingredients are good, all it takes is a good cooking, a pinch of salt, and that's it. The meat should taste like meat, not flavored. Not to mention the very high price.
