A very positive experience. The waitress was excellent: she took the entire order by heart, and the dishes arrived on time and in order. The food was good, with a welcome discount on the grilled meat. The atmosphere was excellent, especially for those with children, thanks to the dedicated playroom. I'm very picky, but I admit that since it opened, it has continuously improved. It makes sandwiches that are perfect, really good and well-made, even in appearance. McDonald's has been a distant memory for months and months now 😂🤘 well done

If you want a different experience than the usual fast food, this is the place for you. The quality of Roadhouse's food is unquestionable, consistently excellent for a restaurant of this type and with a strong American influence, certainly better than the more well-known fast food joints. Thankfully, the menu isn't overwhelming, so you don't get lost in the choices, and it's packed with photos, so you can quickly see what you're about to eat. It goes without saying that the photos are slightly enlarged compared to the actual size of the dish, but that's nothing shocking, so there's no need to raise your pitchforks over that! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. A final word of praise goes to their app: in addition to always having active discounts to use, it allows you to collect and redeem points for a discount on your next visit! 1 euro spent = 1 point! Spend 50 euros on a meal? That's 50 points, which equals a 5-euro discount for your next meal there, and so on! Highly recommended!

We went for lunch on a Sunday without a reservation, and even though there were 27 of us (we're a basketball team), they immediately made us available and accommodated us. We certainly livened up the dining room a bit, but the staff, especially Naomi and Ludovica, were incredibly kind and helpful, meeting the needs of our girls and those of us parents.

The welcome tacos were very good and always appreciated. The mixed grill for two was very good, with crispy fries and delicious, well-fried cheese balls. Coffee and various sweets. Total 45 for two, eating very well and earning points on the app that correspond to a 10% discount. Special mention to Naomi, the new store manager, always smiling and super friendly. Chapeau!

Good food considering we're talking about a roadhouse with numerous locations throughout Italy! Attentive and fast service, the staff is always attentive to every table, but most importantly, they pay attention to the customers' needs. Unfortunately, I had trouble swallowing during my meal, and they helped me right away. They had an ambulance arrive within 5 minutes for any further assistance. Fortunately, the problem resolved itself, but thanks to the ambulance's intervention, they verified that everything was fine. I must truly compliment the entire staff for their attentiveness and courtesy, and for immediately understanding the emergency and then handling the emergency promptly and professionally. Kudos to all the staff for how they handled and cared for the customer in this case!!! Well done, well done, well done!!!

Decent food. The salads are a bit meh, they seem to have been taken straight from the bag and placed on the plate. The meat is definitely better. The prices aren't excessive, and the weekly promotions you can see by installing the app are certainly interesting. For a fast food restaurant, it's definitely worth it. Special mention to the tall, almond-eyed waiter: he made a positive impression on both me and my partner, so much so that I'm writing this review for him. His manner was super kind, caring, and gentle, without seeming fake or intrusive. We came to the conclusion (hopefully correct) that he's a real bon bon, even outside of work. The girl who gave us the bill and explained how to use the app was also very nice. Overall, you could see from the way they interacted that they're a close-knit team, which contributes to a relaxed atmosphere. They accept Edenred vouchers, even if you exceed the limit of 8 vouchers.
