I attended a dinner with colleagues. The typical Piedmontese cuisine was very good (a trio of appetizers, plin pasta with roast gravy, braised beef with potatoes, and dessert). The dessert was especially delicious: a small homemade panettone with cream and dark chocolate. Excellent value.

First time this evening. Beautiful, welcoming, modern, clean, and classy venue. Soft '70s music plays in the early evening, allowing for conversation throughout your dinner. Excellent, high-quality, and beautifully presented food. The owner, Riccardo, carefully supervises everything to ensure guests are comfortable. Good value for money. I'll be back soon, especially in the warmer months, as the venue offers an outdoor terrace overlooking the Dora Baltea River.

Aperitif and then a quick dinner with our furry daughter. We ate well, three first courses, all three very good, but for me, a bit of a traditionalist, the agnolotti take first place. Thanks for the service, especially one waitress in particular, who with great kindness, patience (a lot of it), and respect, proved herself to be a true professional and a true lover of her job. I visited this restaurant for the first time since the reopening under the new management, for a disheveled dinner on February 22nd, and I was amazed. The staff was young, very helpful, and friendly. The cocktails were also really good, not to mention the quality of the ingredients. The agnolotti with 3-roast sauce and tartare were truly excellent. The prices were in line with the quality of the food; the wine list was truly extensive, with bottles ranging from affordable to high-quality, thanks in part to the vintages and wineries offered. I will definitely be back. Congratulations to everyone.

We chose the agnolotti, the tagliata, and the veal with tuna sauce. Everything was very good. Excellent food, and the tennis was also excellent this evening.

Since its opening, the restaurant has undergone a major transformation... A new style, more modern, clean, and in step with the times. The menu is simple, with dishes ranging from the simplest Piedmontese cuisine to more "high-end" fare, while still maintaining a reasonable price. Naturally, there's a well-stocked wine cellar, where, if you're not an expert, the waiters will recommend something based on your tastes. For those looking for a post-dinner drink, there's a wide selection of à la carte cocktails, or you can let the bartenders create. I've tested their skill several times, and they've never disappointed me with new, on-the-spot creations. Aperitifs are also available, with appetizers prepared fresh from the kitchen.
