Fast service, attentive waiters/waitresses, a bit greasy, but they'll help you if you ask for it without the grease, consommé is included, average price. I would only suggest turning down the music a bit, as it's difficult to have a conversation, and parking is limited. They offer delivery service.

With all due respect to the opinions of other diners... In my case, everything was fine, just a detail with the lady who served us, she seemed very distracted. We had to ask her several times for what we needed (at least 3 times), and she would have let us know if the place had been full, but it wasn't. There were only about 3 tables occupied. I don't think it was her day.

I'll start by saying that the place's hygiene is very poor: the bathrooms are dirty, the tables are dirty, and the napkins looked like they'd been there for a while. The waiters were very friendly, although they were obviously quite distracted. The food isn't bad, but the place's hygiene makes me doubt it.

The truth is, their barbacoa tacos are really good. I tried the soft ones, the crispy ones, the consommé, and a jericalla. I definitely recommend them. As points for improvement and suggestions, I would recommend the following: Serve chopped onion separately from the cucumber; personally, I like them with just onion. Have a good chile de árbol salsa, since they only have a tomato salsa with chile and onion wedges. The presentation is important; they brought me the jericalla wrapped in plastic with a lot of sticky candy. It would be better if they removed the wrapping and presented it to you without it; it looks bad. Overall, I liked the atmosphere and the flavor. They have natural flavored waters.

The service was incredibly slow with only two tables; the waitresses were constantly on their phones, eating, and serving. There was no hygiene, no onions, and no roasted chili peppers. Awful.

I've ordered through Rappi several times, and when I call the branch, the people answer incredibly rudely, apparently they're women, and they get defensive and even hang up. They also forget to add water, and it hasn't happened once or twice. Honestly, the people answering the phone lack customer service. A bad experience.

Terrible delivery service! It took over an hour and a half, and the tacos were all soggy when they should have been nice and crispy. One time they charged me for drinks but didn't bring them, and another time they brought tacos that looked like they were from the day before. If you can, don't order from here!

The worst cappuccino branch. They have the worst staff. Lazy people who don't want to work. They don't even come to the tables to ask if you need anything. They just sit and chat, look at their cell phones, criticize customers, and don't have any change. I've been to at least three other branches, and they're all in good order, but this one takes the prize for the worst. Hire good staff, not the first ones who leave applications. They lack not only good service but also manners.

The manager doesn't know what customer service is, the waitress was clueless, overall the service was bad. The manager practically gave us a free meal for ordering "natural" tacos (i.e., without fat) and then rudely pointed out that those were more expensive. Terrible attitude, we'll never come back.
