The first time I went, I liked the flavor of the food, but when I ordered a michelada, I realized that the person who prepared it and served the beer opened the bottle with his mouth, which was unhygienic. I went a second time, and the food was well-seasoned. The molcajete I ordered had overcooked meat. But the biggest problem is the service. They're not rude, but they don't have a good attitude when serving.

El servicio a domicilio es PÉSIMO. La atención es terrible, cuando sí toman el pedido la comida bastante mal servida, querían cobrar platillos al doble. Al momento de querer hablar con alguien sobre los problemas, nos dicen que en la mañana hay una administración y en la tarde otra 🤡. Pésimo servicio constante.

The only good thing about the place are the prices, however it seems that they make up for the low prices with the terrible customer service they provide. On one occasion they sent my order incomplete and when I called to complain they answered reluctantly. Most of the time when you go to eat at the place or to pick up your order they serve you with a terrible attitude, but today was the last straw. When I was halfway through eating my hot dog I noticed that it came with a fly on it, that was the last straw, I will not buy from this place again.

Terrible delivery service. We placed our order at a dome near the establishment and were told it would arrive in 40 minutes. We waited, but it didn't arrive. After two hours, we called to inquire, and they told us "the delivery person had left the order." We had no choice but to cancel the order. The service is definitely terrible. Why would they confirm a time if they don't keep good records?

I've eaten there several times, and the food was generally good, but the last few times it's been bad. My last order was a Caesar salad with carne asada, and the pasta was awful and a strange color; I think it was old pasta from another day. The carne asada itself was bland and seemed undercooked. This has happened three times now, and I'm not so sure about ordering again. Also, they've sent me spoiled salsas for the tacos several times.

Their customer service is terrible. You call them and they don't answer. They have two phone numbers, one landline and one cell phone. They don't answer the landline, and they just forward the cell phone call. You send a WhatsApp message to the cell phone and they don't respond to that either. The owner should pay attention to who they hire to handle customer service.

Terrible service, the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired, we often order from home delivery, but then you notice that they overcharge you and they refuse to give you a refund or take what was overcharged, since when it comes time to report it they don't tell you that it is only possible in the first two weeks and when they want to place your next order they tell you no because the 15 days have passed and that if the person who made the mistake is no longer working they can't do anything!!
