Excelente lugar para almorzar, cerca al Parque Caldas, la atención es estupenda, es recomendable llegar temprano, pedí el almuerzo del día y trae hasta postre, ¡Delicioso!

Gran restaurante, comida italiana muy bien hecha, la lasaña, pizza y sopa de tomate son deliciosas, todos los platos vienen acompañadas por una ensalada fresca, qué la sirven como entrada, muy rica y con una vinagreta muy bien hecha. Los jugos son muy ricos, el de mora es delicioso.

Excelente comida y atención. Tienen platos a la carta y almuerzos del día, muy recomendados estos debido a que traen su respectiva sopa, plato fuerte, jugo y postre pequeño. Buena opción para comer en la zona a un costo no muy elevado. El servicio a mesa puede tardar cuando se pide del menú pero vale la pena la espera. Pago en efectivo, transferencia Bancolombia o tarjeta. En ensaladas recomiendo la mediterránea. Excelente ambiente, con buena música.

Excelente restaurante de comida italiana, también tienen platos de otros países de Europa. La pasta es deliciosa, es un sabor muy auténtico, te sirven aceite de oliva y vinagre para aderezar el pan o la ensalada. El lugar es pequeño pero acogedor y tienen un muy buen servicio. Sin duda lo recomiendo

Un muy buen lugar para disfrutar la pasta y la pizza, los platos son deliciosos y la atención es súper buena, si van por la noche no encuentran tanta gente, el ambiente recuerda los restaurantes antiguos de los 90', la música es muy buena sobre todo ese jazz instrumental que ponen. Tienen dos pisos para ubicarse. La pasta y la pizza son muy buenos.

Such a nice find. The ladies were super friendly - had good recommendations for the food. We had two pizzas, and two juices - received a friendly Limoncello as a digestif. Everyone was very attentive and the pizzas were tasty. We also liked the sauce that came with the side salads (which we didn’t even know would come too). The building / room could do with a few more paintings or decorations but it is still nice. What we liked was that it seemed like a women-run business. Can recommend and would come again.

One of our best experiences in a restaurant in Colombia in 7 weeks. We've had a Pizza Vegetariana and a Pizza Francesca, both delicious and generous (pequeña equals medium/large size in Switzerland), with a small salad included. The service was great!

We were happy to find this gem of a restaurant. The food was fabulous, we went for the almorzar on day and then went back twice for dinner. We highly recommend the cheese fondue and the pepper steak, both were very flavorfull. My husband is from Switzerland and the owner is also Swiss so it made our visits there even more special. We may go back for a fourth time before we leave.

Excellent place. We went twice in as many days. First we had the cheese fondue, which was delicious and tasted exactly as it should, despite the distance from Switzerland. The second day we had pizza and the beef medallions in creamy mushroom sauce. Both portions were huge and made with great quality ingredients. Also, on both days the staff were lovely.

Outstanding from beginning to end. Pizzas we're thin crust, very flavorful. Salads crisp and fresh. Beer was cold which is not the norm in Colombia from what I have found. Service was very attentive.

Tanto la pizza, la pasta y la lasagna es deliciosa y fresca. La pizza destaca por el sabor de la masa que hace la combinación ideal con su salsa pomodoro e ingredientes frescos; la lasagna es muy rica, con abundante queso y el almuerzo ejecutivo ofrece opciones deliciosas entre semana a un precio asequible. El ambiente esta lleno de detalles antiguos con un toque personal que te permite disfrutar de un momento tranquilo y agradable.

Gran variedad en el menú y deliciosa la lasagna, sin embargo los precios se me hicieron un poco elevados. Para ir de afán no es muy recomendable si van a comsumir algún plato de la carta, pues los preparan al instante y son demorados (aprox 30 mins). El sitio es muy central, a más o menos dos cuadras del Parque Caldas. Manejan menú del día con muy buenas opciones a $13.000.

Es un lugar muy pequeño, se siente un ambiente tenso, pero me decepciono el servicio, dos veces tuve que repetir que me faltaba la bebida y bastante que se demoraron, y en la comida muy normal, pero me pareció que los precios son excesivos para lo que ofrecen.

Los precios son altos, un almuerzo para dos, más de $100.000 pesos. Si buscan comida italiana en Popayan, recomiendo ampliamente este sitio, eso si, alista el bolsillo por que el menú es bien costoso.

Delicious pasta puttanesca made directly by the Swiss owner and a nice/unique Eduardo Santos dessert which I tried for the first time. The skeleton crew running the place was overwhelmed with customers however and took quite some time to even bring us our drinks and eventually our order.

A very popular restaurant and with good reason. The food is good, the staff friendly. They managed it to serve a table of 16 and with different dishes in a way that we all had ours almost at the same time. Price is according to quality but not expensive. Good.

2 friends and me went there today and were disappointed, considering the good ranking. The lasagna tasted only like meat, the pizza s tomato sauce had 0 taste and was boring overall, the pasta sauce with capers was super sour and unenjoable. Considering the price we excpected a lot more! I would not recommend this place to people that appreciate good italian food.

It was ok, but the dishes took a loooong time to get to the table lol, also they never brought us our starter, we asked for some bruschetas and the waiter didn't listen at all, he brought some salad and he said that those ones were the bruschetas lol

All the classic Italian fare without the real Italian flavor. Pizza was very basic and the crust lacked any flavor. Asked for sausage and mushrooms with extra sauce and received ground beef on top of salty mozzarella with no sauce. A consolation was a free salad with a basil scented garlic paste for sauce. The menu and pizza box state "authentic Italian pizza" either they are dillusional or intentionally deceptive. They do deliver but the phone was not answered at 4pm so we walked over to order and had delivery to hotel. Took 1.5 hours to deliver a 3/4 baked pizza 6 blocks. A must try if you have literally no other options!

Nicely decorated and the food was okish, but service was terrible. They asked different people what food they wanted at different times. I ordered pizza and my family all ordered meat/rice/soup. They didn't bring my pizza until after they'd brought out desserts for everyone else.

The food here was OK, but it is served cold and the main arrived before the starter and the waiter kept forgetting things, he seemed overwhelmed and confused. It's quite expensive by local standards, there are better options I think.

It's a tourist trap. It's expensive for the area, incredibly noisy and overcrowded. And the food was mediocre. I had Lasagna bolognese and a pizza to go. The Lasagna was OK, but I'm not even sure it was prepared there. And the pizza was horrible, undercooked and doughy with not nearly enough sauce. Honestly it taste like gas station pizza

Ok. This pizzeria appears in many travelblogs as one of the top restaurants to visit in Popayan. However, I do not recommend it. I frankly do not understand that despite most or all ingredients being readily available in Colombia you can still be so much off. I ate a Margaritha. I highly recommend to not get misguided by these travelblogs and search for alternatives. Admittedly there are not many since mot places are a cafe but some have one or two more substantial dishes on their menu. Service was very friendly

I am surprised about all the good reviews on here. While the service is very friendly, the food is not really worth the price. The pizzas and pasta dishes are quite pricey, and really not worth the money. It was my first pizza in Colombia, so I have no comparison as to what is standard here, but you could eat better and cheaper pizza in most countries. Not enough tomato sauce and below average ingredients

Das Restaurant ist nur der Name, das es italienisch ist. Die Spaghetti Carbonara war nicht genießbar, weil die Nudel nicht gekocht waren. Auch Carbonara war es nicht. Nur Sache im Übermaß. Nicht zu empfehlen. Wenn sie dort hingehen selbst dran schuld. Ein Glas Wein kostet soviel wie in Europa und es war nicht mal ein guter Wein. Eine Gabel auf den Tisch zu legen, die total verbogen war. Einfach schrecklich. Ich weiß nicht wer da 5 Sterne gibt. Entweder haben die Leute keinen Geschmack oder sind gute Freunde vom Restaurant.

La lasagña deja mucho que desear, salieron huesos de pollo, era como una "sopa", muy liquida la supuesta salsa y para colmo muy acida ...... sentias comer como una sopa de tomate acida y NO lasagña..... decepcionante para su costo ... Impecable el servicio y la atención del mesero, muy atento y servicial....

Tourist trap. Food is way too expensive, even more than Rome downtown and not even close regarding flavor or ingredients. Even a simple beer it's overpriced. Service super slow and the place needs some care. I definitely DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL By the way. It's AMATRICIANA not Matricciana, some investigation about the food you want to sell it's the base.

The food at this restaurant was the worst Italian food I have ever eaten in my life, and I have eaten a lot of Italian food. The ravioli tasted like soap. They were swimming in water, obviously not adequately drained. The service was lousy, as well. Don't waste your money.
