It's a good place rest few hours before your flight. If you are lookong for Michelin star restaurant this is not the place, but the have decent food options, and several drink options. It's worth it if you have it for free, but if you have to pay for it more than $40/$50, I wont recommend it. Cheers! 🍺 🍻

A normal lounge to have a drink before flights. Like other Flagship Lounges, it's spacious but very crowded in the evening, and not a lot of food options in the buffet.

A relatively quiet lounge at JFK terminal 8 with a good selection of snacks, hot food and drinks. The toilets work fine too and there is plenty of seating. Perhaps the highlight is that you can see manhattan from the windows!

We stayed here much of the day 6am-2pm after our flight coming in from Honolulu, Hawaii. It was nice that this location accepted boarding passes that not only left JFK but also arrivals. There was a variety of food and beverage options which was nice. The food selection was good. But they took too long to change the food out when it's been sitting there for hours. There should have been more of a refill timeframe, esp given the cost associated with this lounge normally. Otherwise, this location is really getting four stars because you can shower there. You just have to speak with the staff working at the entrance, and get a key. There was no wait which was also nice.

This airline lounge serves American Airlines and British Airways. It's fine. They were serving horderbs and appetizers when I was there. I don't believe they serve main course entrees. Although they seem to have a nice variety of vegan food,I didn't see anything shown as kosher. Most of the other airport lounges I have been to have some kosher items

Great lounge, very spacious, multiple rooms. I love the last room. The only reason for 4/5 stars is cuz the food is not that good in both the buffet and tasting room. But you’ll find something to eat - don’t worry;) and you’ll enjoy relaxing there. Very clean bathrooms too.

Visited the Greenwich Lounge at JFK during my layover. The lounge itself is spacious and comfortable, but the food spread was just okay — nothing particularly special or memorable. What disappointed me a bit was the staff interaction at check-in — one of the attendants was a little rude when I asked for the shower key, which left a negative first impression. Overall, it’s a decent place to relax before a flight, but the service and food could definitely be improved for a lounge of this standard.

The Greenwich Lounge, though very basic, was a pleasant getaway during our layover at JFK. With heavy hors d'oeuvres, two self-serve open bar stations, and comfortable seating, it offered a nice break from the hustle and bustle down in the terminal.

This lounge is ok, I was torn between 3 and 4 star because the food choices are not particularly wide. Nevertheless, the staff are good and the seating is very good, enabling quiet working or group gathering - whatever you are looking for. Wine is on tap as is coffee. I visited the lounge on a Saturday afternoon and it was about 70% full.

Not many options as far as lounges go in Terminal 8. The Greenwich is a decent lounge with plenty of seating. It's pretty large and does not feel overcrowded. The food options can be a little better. Not much variety to choose from. I do like that it's very close to the gates, so no need to leave early to get to your gate for boarding.

I'm a little torn between 3 and 4 stars. Was here earlier in the day on Chritmass day recently. So a very quiet day, hard to judge. The team is attentive and the lounge is kept very clean but aside from that the rest was ok/meh. The facility is clean and functional but definitely dated (the red seats as you enter heavily show their age) same goes for bathroom etc. Food is ok, but maybe just one nutch above your average run of the mill Priority Pass lounges (as a point of comparison). I wouldn't write back home about this lounge. The view is ok, large windows but it's to some gates and parked planes so there is that. Nothing special

Spacious but lack character. Best is the plane spotting. Food choices slim. Liquor choices plenty. Are they trying to get people drunk? Lots of beer and wine…😆 Overall not impressive compared to Delta or Chase. Need updating.

Nice alcohol selection, not much seating for the volume of users, food choice not great at all. Curry, Salad, Brioche or Chicken. No bins to put empty cans in. Didn't feel premium at all.

I have been in better lounges than this one. Staff seemed to be rather vague & innatentive. Food looked rather jaded on the buffet area, however there was an option to get freshly cooked burgers & fish & chips delivered to tables. Drinks were good & bar service pleasant

America. airlines joint Flagship lounge at JFK has several smaller mini lounges.. named after London and New York neighborhoods. Cute idea but but bad execution. Unlike the Polaris Lounge where you can order a nice dinner there is not a good menu at any of the places I checked out. The Bridge the Tasting Room only had a choice of bites. The beer choices offer a wider variety of of both draft and cans. The lounge near Gate 12 in Terminal 8 is very large with lots of seating and good WiFi Good Wine and Coxktails choices too but very crowded
