Un ambiente ideal para ir en familia. El lugar te transporta a una estancia Argentina sin demasiado esfuerzo. La atención es inmejorable. Los platos muy bien presentados y muy sabrosos.
Todavía estoy aquí, frente al olivar, en el salón con la terraza acristalada. Degustando el recuerdo de hace unos minutos mientras espero el colofón en forma de milhojas con dulce de leche. Las vieiras, el carpaccio… Y luego, solomillo él y lomo bajo yo. Nuestros dieces al chef y a la vaca. Volveremos a menudo. Muuuuuchas gracias!

¡¡ESPECTACULAR!! Llegamos de casualidad buscando un sitio donde comer al que pudiera ir mi hermana que es celíaca y llamamos para preguntar. Una vez en la mesa ya le indicaron que su pan sin gluten estaba en marcha. Pedimos varias opciones del menú para compartir y nos maravillosamos de lo delicioso que estaba todo. Una calidad buenísima, una atención extraordinaria por parte de todos los camareros que fueron súper atentos y amables, el lugar es precioso. Vamos que nos parece una pena tener este lugar tan lejos de Valencia porque iríamos a menudo. Ya estoy deseando cualquier excusa para ir a esta zona solo para volver. Más que recomendable.
Si te gusta la carne, el carpaccio y una atención inmejorable, este es tu sitio. Un restaurante muy bueno si estáis por la zona, con un personal muy amable y atento. Id sin dudarlo!

Restaurante con mucho espacio, rústico , con buen parking, y mucho encanto, donde te crees que entras en un asador más y te deleitan con platos Tailandeses y unos T-bones de ternera tierna y de un sabor que jamas has probado y con una Atencion y servicio por parte del personal muy educado y con cierto glamour. Otro restaurante donde si vas es imposible no volver si tienes la posibilidad de visitar la maravillosa bahía de Xabia en la costa Blanca!! Un diez al personal, a la atención y sobretodo a la exquisita comida con la que son capaces de deleitar tu paladar y donde vuelvo a repetir, volverás de nuevo si tienes la oportunidad!!
Restaurante en el que recomiendo pedir carne. El chuletón es el que probamos y estaba espectacular, los otros platos también tenían buena pinta. Tanto el sitio como el personal es agradable y tienen una terraza que puede estar bien para aperitivos. Lo único que no me gustó es que los acompañamientos (verduras y patatas) me parecieron un poco escuetos.
Excelente servicio con muy buena comida, sobre todo carnes a la brasa. Calidad con buen precio. Buen ambiente y siempre está lleno, hay que reservar.
El sitio es encantador, el ambiente muy bonito y la atención inmejorable, todos muy atentos y amables, la comida espectacular, la carne tierna y en su punto, todo lo que comimos estaba buenísimo!! Carpaccio, Camembert, Brochetas, Lomo Alto... Para repetir 100% recomendable y los precios muy accesibles!!!
El lugar un 10, la comida muy buena y el servicio genial. Por decir algo negativo, no se si era por ser el menu (el de 32€ del T-bone en este caso) pero al pedir refrescos como Cocacola o Fanta nos los sirvieron ya en un vaso (sin enbotellar) y sabian peor que los del Mcdonalds. Pero bueno, 100% recomendado!
Estaba buscando un sitio en Jávea en el que comer carne y me salió El Gaucho entre las recomendaciones. Importante señalar que está a las afueras de Jávea, pero vale muchísimo la pena ir. Debéis ir en coche o en taxi, según vuestras posibilidades. Todo lo que comimos estaba delicioso. Recomiendo la ensalada mediterránea y las brochetas. Una comida para dos personas con entrantes y bebida puede ser alrededor de 50 euros. Está muy bien y no dudaría en volver. La atención de los camareros es maravillosa, siempre atentos y amables. Da gusto visitar un restaurante así.
Pedimos el chuletón a la piedra para dos. Sin duda una carne espectacular. Los camareros super atentos en todo momento, nos sentimos muy cómodos. Sin duda volveremos.
Hemos venido a probar este restaurante y solo puedo decir que está buenísimo. Hemos pedido de primer para de pulpo y secreto, super tiernos los 2. Y después lomo alto, que tenía un sabor increíble. Además hemos podido entrar con nuestro perro. Repetiremos!!

espectacular trato y servicio..comida de 10 a un precio bien .nos sirvieron con detalles.no teniamos reserva estando lleno pero permitieron esprar un poco y fuimos colocados.volveremos.
Love the T bone steak, superb!
Another 5 star experience. We had the menu of the day and what a treat. My wife had the mussels in Thai sauce and I had a beef and chorizo sausage. For mains I had the entrecôte cooked over wood charcoal whihc was sensational. She had the slow cooked lamb shoulder, again excellent. We had to take the deserts away as we were too full but would thoroughly recommend this restaurant. It's in a nice setting also.
Me and a friend went for lunch, we got great service and the food was amazing, the steaks were cooked to perfection. The steak is so tasty I would highly recommend with a peppercorn sauce

Absolute perfection!! We came here as a family and had a 3 course meal but you get some complimentary bits also and every single dish was delicious and brought to you with top class service- I had the mussels to start and they were were honestly amazing- and the steak was just mouthwatering and one of the best peppercorn sauces I have ever tried- BOOK IT you won’t regret it 😍
We eat here every year when we visit Javea. They are usually quite busy but have always found us a table without a reservation. The food is excellent quality and we love the little extra mini courses while we wait for our steaks. Service is friendly and very efficient.

The food was excellent: we had a perfectly cooked piece of meat, juicy and full of flavor, exactly how it should be. The service was also outstanding. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was taken care of. Truly a great dining experience!

We had been meaning to go to El Gaucho for years but have only just managed to do so. We booked for a Sunday lunchtime and arrived at 1pm. We had asked for a table in the conservatory area. It would have been nice outside had it not been so windy. It is easier and quicker for me to simply say that the service was excellent, the food was good as we had been told it would be AND there was some atmosphere - an element sadly missing from many places, however good the food is. We were surprised to see a menu del dia at the weekend, and as the dishes we would have had were on the mdd, we chose that. Three courses, a small soup amuse bouche at the start and a sorbet, bread and alioli and half a bottle of wine each for between 27.50€ and 33€, depending on the main course choice, is outstanding value. In addition to the famous meat options, there are fish, chicken and two vegetarian dishes. The only one negative is that when the chateaubriands are put on the metal hotplate, the fat creates quite a lot of smoke and if two or three tables are having it, it is not all that pleasant. When we go again, we will make sure we book at a time of year when we can sit outside. But apart from that, it is the best restaurant we have been to in the seven years we have lived here.
Best steak I've ever had. Relaxed atmosphere and great service to boot. Small appetisers and pallet cleansers thrown in are a little bonus. Highly recommended.

Traditional steak house with excellent food with a nice ambiance. We had an excellent dinner at this restaurant. After nice amuse, my wife had the Paletilla Menu and I had the T. Bone menu. The food was excellent and the whole meal was up to a high standard. The staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was that all courses were served very quickly after another so the whole dinner did not last for more than 1 hour 15 minutes. That was really a shame. The price was OK though.

We have been here many times and is our go-to restaurant for Sunday lunch steak while in Denia. The menu of the day is excellent value and offers soup, a choice of starters, sorbet, a choice of steaks (varying prices and usually a fish option), desert, bread and ali-oli and half a bottle of wine. My preference is always fillet steak which doesn't appear on the set menu but they are always happy to offer it (higher cost of €36 but still very good value). There is also an extensive menu but the menu del dia can't be beaten. The service is always good and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommended.
Para celebrar las bodas de oro de mis padres, decidimos visitar el restaurante Gaucho en Xàbia, y no podríamos estar más contentos con nuestra elección. Fue una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. De entrantes, comenzamos con unas deliciosas alcachofas, una pata de pulpo perfectamente cocinada y un steak tartar lleno de sabor. Los platos principales ofrecieron una magnífica variedad de carnes y pescados, todos preparados con gran cuidado y calidad. Aunque trajimos nuestra propia tarta para la ocasión, también degustamos algunos de los postres del restaurante. Terminamos con unos cafés, perfectos para cerrar la comida. El servicio fue impecable: el personal fue amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a atendernos con una sonrisa. El ambiente del restaurante fue acogedor y cálido, ideal para una celebración tan especial. Por una comida tan completa, el coste no llegó a 50€ por persona. En resumen, el restaurante Gaucho en Xàbia nos dejó un excelente recuerdo de las bodas de oro de mis padres. Sin duda, lo recomendamos para cualquier ocasión especial o simplemente para disfrutar de una comida inolvidable.
La comida bastante bien y el lugar también . Servicio bien pero se olvidan de cosas pero es normal cuando está lleno. Lo único malo el ambiente si te toca cuando hacen no sé si el entrecote o que carne es porque no me he fijado pero si te tocan mesas cercanas que piden eso se forma una nube de humo y malestar tremendo ya que hay poca ventilación y han sido 15/20 min bastante agobiante por el humo que iba a los ojos a la hora de respirar y a la hora de poder comer tranquilo podrían poner alguna solución para que los demás no se traguen ese humo. Por el resto todo bien.
Very good food in Javea off the beaten path. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the salad to the cochinillo al horno, the steak and the garnishments! Service was very good too, it is clear that the wait staff is very well trained! We're certainly coming back.
Gaucho is a great classic Spanish restaurant with live music. Tonight, a Spanish guitarist who was really good. The meat and sauce was perfect. However, the calamaris were too soft and large and the chorizo was good but not great which is why I give the food 4⭐
Stunning location. Well presented. Good service. Great food. Up with the best steaks I have had in ages. Rare to see a large steak included in a menu at just €26 that was basically 5 courses! House red very nice. Another first as had not heard of the Bobal grape from the Valencian wines area!
It is a beautiful & rustic venue with top notch food. Service is very attentive, helpful and polite. Only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 from me, was the too short distance between people now during COVID-times. I understand it's measured from table to table and not chair to chair, but when I can feel someone flick their hair on my back, it's too close during times like these. But that's such a tiny issue and could be easily fixed. We had a lovely time, live music was excellent and the food sublime. Can't wait to go back!
Reasonable (fillet) steak, cold/unsmiling/inattentive waiters [the food was just plonked on the table - no words, explanation, presentation or engagement], no view to speak of, dark and dingy decor. Overall, would not recommend unless you're a meat fiend and you don't care too much about other considerations in a restaurant.
