We tend to get the standard pepperoni, so I can't speak to other varieties. The quality of the pepperoni that Mt Mike's uses is outstanding, compared to most other pizza places! Their sauce is very good and their crust is even great! If you happen to catch the 40% off a large, it's a fantastic value, too!

This is a great spot for a group. We had a large family get together here and everything went exactly as we would hope. Lots of pizza options were ordered by the group; each and every one tasted delicious (I personally recommend piling on all the toppings!). Good value on pitchers of beer to share and good choices in the soda fountain for the kids.

I ordered a couple large pizzas and 2 4-pack mix soda for my team in the office via door dash a coupe of weeks ago. I only received 1 4-pack soda. Door dash driver was blaming the restaurant even though driver confirmed she didn't check the items before leaving the restaurant. I called the restaurant and explain. I believe I heard manager, who was in the background state "tell him I'll bring the sodas right now." I felt he spoke with a little passivity. However, 10 minutes later, he was at my door with an apology. My point is, no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. It's how we respond that speaks to our character. Needless to say, I'll be ordering several pizzas today for my team function. Thank you for keeping your word.

I called to see if they could handle our party of 25 for the lunch buffet. I was a last minute work lunch and we did not have a lot of time to wait for them to make pizzas and stock the salad bar for that many people just after opening. They said they would be ready and when we arrived 15 minutes later they were. Our group did not have to wait on pizza and the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. Thanks for the great service!

Mountain Mike's always makes consistently good pizza. The place is a little older and feels worn down when you get there. But, don't let the interior fool you. The Pizza is really good and they always have coupons available to. They don't have a lot of coin operated games for the kids, which is also a nice benefit for parents who don't want to keep giving their kids money.

Pizza was pretty good and the beer was cold. Not very busy and our small party was able to be seated right away. Salad bar was closed down, as expected. The pizza is a bit pricey for the quality offered. Only bottled soda was available but we were able to buy pitchers of beer. Go figure.

Pizza is always good, prices just never are. But, that isn't localized to this location because that is how all mountain Mike's are. Because of that this store is exempt. Service is good and the kids have a few video games that can keep them busy. Sporting events can be watched on the big screen in the dining area. Staff are always polite and will help accommodate you to put in your game. This place is one of the better choices around here to have a party.

I've been here twice, and because I really like the Mountain Mike's near home, I really wanted to like this one, too but but it falls a bit short. I've been here for the lunch special, but the salad bar is always in need of replenishment. The salad greens themselves were more pink than green, probably because they sit in a lot of water. The pizza that comes out is really good, but the problem is that it doesn't come out often enough and what's left is usually the stuff nobody likes, and it's cold. Fix those couple of things and I'll go back. The folks who work there are super friendly!

Doesn’t seem like the cleanest place. But the kids wanted pizza and it was late. Pizza was really good until we found a hair in the pizza!! Called the waitress to show her and she said “ oh I’ll take that” they didn’t do nothing about it. She walked off and acted like nothing was wrong. As we were leaving, realized no one in the kitchen was even wearing hair nets! So unsanitary, wouldn’t go here again.

What on Earth could they have been doing that took 50 minutes to make a single pizza?? I called and placed an order for a carry out pizza at 5:22 PM. We were told "30 minutes" over the phone, but didn't get our pizza until 6:15 PM. When we finally did get the pizza, it wasn't even particularly hot like it should have been if it was straight out of the oven. Further, when the cashier handed it to me, there was no "sorry for the long wait", and no "here's a discount for next time", and certainly no "let me comp the pizza because you waited so long and this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers". The pizza is good, but yikes the management needs help. As I was waiting, I got to see why others are complaining about cold pizza. The one delivery driver I saw (who seemed to also be the manager) had a customer's pizza on the counter in a hot bag for maybe 10 minutes while he fielded customer complaints over the phone, all before finally taking it out to be delivered. This was our first time trying this place, and we wanted pizza tonight because my wife and I were both short on time and thought this would be a quick solution for dinner. Next time? I think I'll stick with Roman's Pizza or Round Table.

Venue was not a good place to host a large party. I had a sandwich, which was burnt and only had like 5 pieces of sausage in it. This location isn't up to the standard of other Mountain Mike's in the area.

Not a good experience. Ordered 2 pizzas and one of them was wrong. We ordered a gluten free and we got a regular crust. Then we were told it would take 10 minutes for the correct pizza we ended up waiting almost 1/2 hour. Also, bathrooms were disgusting. Been to other Mountain Mikes and had no issues. Maybe they were just having a bad night. Will give them 1 more try and if the next visit is bad we won't be going back.

The manager wouldn't come out and I couldn't understand the language they were speaking. Finally the girl came out and opened the register and said "I'll give you $10 dollars." She gave it to me with an attitude and no apologies. I like Mountain Mike's pizza, but I found their behavior so offensive that it is beneath my dignity to go to this place again.

They were very unprofessional high school ir college kids they didn't pay attention to what we were ordering at all. We waited over 30 minutes for a to go order. We had 2 large pizzas chicken wings and cheese bread. My combination pizza came out 20 minutes after we ordered then we waited another 25 minutes for a 2 topping pizza wings and bread. Well when they brought out the combination pizza it was cold so they finally brought out our other stuff it was cold and it wasn't even what we had ordered. When we told the kid that took our order he didn't know what to say. I ordered a combination very light red sauce & a garlic white sauce chicken& Canadian bacon pizza. Honey garlic wings cheese bread. The chicken pizza had red sauce and vegetables. The combination was cold and had heavy red sauce. They bread was doughy and no cheese wings were cold . The food had sat back there until the manager asked wh we had been sitting there forever. We gave them the food and got our money back. There was a big party of people there ordering and they complained about flat beer dirty cup's and plates. This place is just a night mare to visit. The manager didn't come out to try and make it right or nothing. I will not be going back here.

Poor customer service so expect not to be welcomed. Staff was hiding in the back majority of the time arguing. I'm not one to complain but this one was bad 😕. Pizza is edible I would not recommend this place stick with midtown or the one by csus. These guys give mountain Mike's a bad reputation.

We ordered a spicy chicken pizza from this restaurant easily thinking everything would be alright , later after taking s while we get our pizza and how is it that the chicken is replaced with Pork! , how do u replace that , we called them back told them how they had replaced our order and pls put chicken instead of pork. They came and brought the pizza and took our old one back. Then we open the box and the pizza is just chicken on cheese . Seriously !!! How do u just do that we have ordered so many times before and this is what they do . Extremely poor service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order at 5 PM on a Saturday night. I'm home alone with a gaggle of 10 year olds for a birthday slumber party. After I place the order, I get a confirmation email that shows it'll be delivered. An hour passes and I'm getting nervous so I give the restaurant a call. It turns out that they weren't' paying attention to their computer and therefore, didn't get the order. I explained my circumstances and they said it'd be another hour before the pizza can be delivered. Are you kidding me?? They weren't willing to do anything to expedite it... I live less than 5 minutes from the location so there is NO WAY it would take an hour to make three pizzas and deliver them - 30 minutes MAYBE. I asked to speak with a manager, but there's no manager working. What? Really? You leave a pizza joint manned by clearly incompetent people on a SATURDAY NIGHT with NO MANAGER? They offered NOTHING for their dropping the ball - no discount, no expedience, just a half-hearted apology. Whatever. I ask for an immediate refund of the $80 I had paid for the three pizzas - yeah, $80 for three pizzas - over priced AND incompetent. But it turns out that they cannot give me a refund, it has to go through corporate and that'll have to wait till Monday. I am so blown away by their lack of intelligence and customer service. I would not patronize this place again for anything. UPDATE: Now I wish I could give negative stars. I just received a call from Sandy who I was advised was one of the owners and she clearly couldn't have cared less, she just wanted my credit card number to process my refund. She offered lots of excuses, such as how that night was the busiest night since the beginning of time, etc, etc, etc. This organization needs a lesson on customer retention. Thank goodness there are other options for people who would prefer to spend their money with a company that appreciates the patronage. I sincerely hope that this business moves on sooner than later and thus, making room for something more interesting.

Good service and friendly. However the pizza is not to my standards. The crust was overcooked and not very tasty.. I thought I found a pizza place. I'll just have to search for one I can go to. Response to their response... I paid good money, hoping to have the other half, for another meal. You cost me about $23 dollars. You can fill me once, but not twice... Never coming back. .

I never and ever go to this place anymore. I went there with my family, and the person responsible for customer services and the cashier mistreated my family and me. She should get trained on how to talk to a customer. I didn't say anything except to show professionalism and left even before finishing the pizza. It was a horrible experience.

As I walked straight to the front counter at this location, there was one young cashier standing around; he left me waiting for at least 10 minutes before taking my order. In the course of waiting for 25 minutes for the pizza to be ready, I sat down at a table and looked around. I was astounded by the state in which this establishment was in. This was an absolute filthy place. The floor was littered with dirt and food, and the fountain machine was filthy as well. The entire time waiting in this pizza place I seen watched the same cashier wipe down one table slowly, then sit down at barstools along the window on his phone, leaving me at the counter to wait for the pizza and my soda. I find it inexcusable that worker can observe you standing at the front counter without acknowledging you. This Mountain Mikes is the dirtiest pizza joint I have ever seen or I have never experienced poor customer service like this in my life. I will not return to order again unless the place is cleaned up and the cashier is motivated to do their job. Just rude!

With me being a guide, I hope this post save some people the trouble I experienced. Ordered a large McKinley and didn't know that the 30% off also reflected the toppings. No exaggerating, I may have had 3 slices that had more than 1 piece of pepperoni and sausage on it... Pizza was covered in onions, Bell Peppers and a ton of chopped tomatoes????? People you need to avoid this location at all costs, I think they are hurting for money and don't mind making your pizza skimpy. It barely had cheese and sauce on it. I still can't get over the amount of chopped tomatoes on it. They should close their doors, it's embarrassing to be called Mountain Mike's. NEVER AGAIN....
