Excellent place, a varied menu, everything delicious
Beautiful place to relax and very clean, I loved that it's pet friendly
Beautiful place, the decor is very nice, well located
An excellent place to eat at any time, whether you're staying at the hotel or not. The food is delicious and offers good value for money. The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is good. The portions are generous. If you're exploring the area and happen to be passing through Jilotepec, this is definitely a great place to stop for a meal.
Excellent value for money in a very pleasant setting with exceptional bar service. Highly recommended.
Great food... Highly recommended
Freshly squeezed natural juice, top-notch service, delicious flavor, and a great price. I ordered a chilaquiles combo with fried eggs, which included fruit. I also ordered tea instead of coffee, orange juice, complimentary bread, and they gave me delicious butter and very tasty bread. The combo cost $195, which I thought was a great price for everything included. The place is beautiful. I highly recommend it. Pablo served me, and I give his service 5 stars—very kind, proactive, and attentive. 10 out of 10!
The place was very nice, the service was great, and the food was delicious.
Very nice place after its remodel. The food is delicious, but the hibiscus water lacks flavor and sugar; it's very bland. The waiters provide good customer service. There's one waitress who's bad-tempered about everything. She rudely hands you the menu and asks you questions in an arrogant manner, as if she were charged for friendly service.
Good
It's a very beautiful place, and while it is a bit expensive, some of the dishes are pre-Hispanic.
I went for breakfast, but the pot coffee included in the package was very bland and tasteless. It doesn't include Americano coffee and costs 65 pesos. My dish had rotten fruit and bread that wasn't fresh, and for 220 pesos, I was expecting some delicious eggs. The place was very nice, and the waiters were excellent, too bad!
The food was delicious, but the service was poor. Even with a small number of diners, the food took ages to arrive, and even worse when asking for the bill. Overall, it was good! They could greatly improve their service and attention.
The Good and the Bad GOOD: -Excellent location -Parking available -Variety of dishes, meats, appetizers, enchiladas, salads, soups, burgers, sopes, desserts, and more -Good seasoning -Beautiful country decor with lots of wood -Bar area with a good selection of drinks -The decor features paintings and historical artifacts from Jilotepec -It's popular with large groups as it has approximately 20 tables -The staff is uniformed -Sunday buffet until 1 pm. Buffet price $290 pesos -In season, escamoles and grasshoppers are available -One table in a green area -Children's playground BAD: -Too many tables for too few staff - Due to lack of staff: Dirty tables, it takes a long time to set the table, it takes a long time to take your order, and it takes a long time to prepare the dishes. If there are a lot of people, they take much longer. -One waiter had very dirty fingernails. -The buffet is only on Sundays and is for lunch only. -The buffet ends at 1 pm, and by 11 am, dishes are already running out. -There is no buffet service for lunch. -There are no vegan options on the menu. (The garden soup is vegetable but has cheese.) -For the price of their dishes, they should have more staff serving.
The place is nice, and it has space for children to play, which I think is its best feature. However, when you arrive, it takes a long time to get the menus and order; they're very understaffed. The service is slow, but that's because they're overwhelmed with work. There are only two waiters for the entire place. The food doesn't taste good, and the exorbitant price is unjustified. I don't think I'll be back.
The service was slow; the waiters took a while to take our order, but they were very attentive. I didn't like the food. I ordered Baja California-style tacos, and they weren't at all. They weren't battered; it seemed like they'd just rolled them in flour, fried them, and put them on the tortilla (which, by the way, was flour tortilla). They weren't seasoned, and they weren't prepared properly. They cost 200 pesos for three tacos, a high price for something that wasn't well prepared. The place itself is nice.
