The workers that not help to costomer and just woried about that , her boyfriend get his free sub. Plus the guy come to counter when his friend come for free / less price sub. He didnot come when they have costomer. You can cheak camera 11:25 pm to 11:49pm . December 20 . Thanks

Extremely unhappy with the store customer service. I never received my order. And when I tried to get some resolution, the store did not help, nor did doordash. Basically I did not get my food after all. And Subway does not have any way to get in touch with any human agent on any of their calling numbers. Even when when I tried to raise a complaint, as soon as I placed the complaint, they marked it as resolved without any resolution.

I ordered a tuna footlong sub via DoorDash and received a sub with no tuna and just the vegetables. I’m not sure how you can miss adding the main ingredient to the sandwich. I can’t say I’m too surprised given the current generation. I’m glad I cook most of the time. Please read the food slip and double check orders. Indians started chess so it shouldn’t be too hard to make a sandwich. I won’t be ordering from this location again 🤦

I ordered garlic chicken sub with 3 sauce but they only put 2 in it the main sauce they missed was creamy sriracha now the sub taste really really bad i can’t even eat it

Trash. The food was lukewarm and the cashier wouldn’t let me use my coupon at the checkout claiming it was supposed to be mentioned before the sandwich was made🙄🙄🙄

I never write reviews, but I came in to this store late last night, waiting for the guy behind the counter to get off of his phone and notice me, but when I saw him PICKING HIS NOSE right in front of me, I turned around and left immediately. Never returning to this location.

Night crew never follows my order. Always Never toasted or too lazy to read. Plus I order on the app so they think they can play. But I know how it’s supposed to taste. Also walked into zombies sleeping in the lobby

At about 12:10 am on June 22nd I went to the Subway restaurant in Journal Square to buy 6 cookies. The cashier put three oatmeal raisin cookies in a box and while she was reaching for the double chocolate cookies, she dropped the tongs on the floor. I was looking right at her when she patted her leg with the dirty tongs once or twice and then reached for the cookies with the tongs she didn't wash. I told her I didn't want the cookies and started walking out. She tried to stop me by saying something but I was not interested in anything she had to say. That woman was going to actually give me cookies she picked up with dirty tongues with no conscious and no guilt possibly making me sick. In the past 11 or 12 years I have eaten at that Subway more than any restaurant in Journal Square and because of what happened, I will never eat there again. Besides that, when I walked in the store, there was a large, long duffle bag probably belonging to a homeless person lying on the middle of the store with its owner nowhere in sight. I should have walked out when I saw it. Unattended bags anywhere are a potential danger to life and limb and the workers in the store saw it sitting there and were not alarmed.

Make sure going to educated young girl working at this subway than old woman who can't understand english. When you order the sub and after giving her all the details especially the noneducated older indian woman, she pretend like she heard everything but when she asks you what bread you want then you know she didn't even understood you and also after giving her instructions of how bread toasted she does opposite of what you want like toasting the bread with Tuna and then when asked, she immediately says you didn't tell me that , then other young indian co worker seems educated has told, he told already about the bread toasting with cheese first then she says OK I will make it then she removed the Tuna from the bread and then put the cheese on it and toast it. And bread got burned for keeping it for too long in the toaster and that you get to take home to eat.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered 2 foot longs, both of them were so dry. I literally added about 4-5 sauces and I could barely taste any sauce. The sub was so dry, I barely ate it. Half of the things that I added to my sub weren’t there. Like I added jalapeños, I didn’t find any and the sauces weren’t there either, barely any. I’m going to emphasize on how dry my subway was. The chicken was so dry and most of the toppings I added were barely in it. Would never eat from this location and so shouldn’t anyone.

I had a terrible experience at this location. They weren't accepting cards, so I placed my order through the app. However, their system was slow, and my order didn't show up on their end. I showed the staff my digital receipt, but the lady on the night shift was rude and refused to make my sandwich, insisting she hadn't received the order. When she finally did receive it, she canceled it and told me she wouldn't fulfill it. When I asked about the money I had already paid (which was charged to my bank account), she responded with "I don't care, it's not my problem." I will never go there again. This was the worst service I've ever experienced.

Waited for 10 minutes and none of the 2 employees didn’t even looked at me, I wish I could understand what was so important that 2 employees had to talk about to the gentleman with the red striped shirt and to top it all off the guy with the white jacket cut the line, if they are this slow at 4 am in the morning I wonder how they work during the day when it gets busier
