It's upsetting, that they're more worried about your portion than giving you your portion, and feeding you. There meat portions are hardly any amount, dare they give you anything rounded in size, shake it down and off. Had things, such as sour cream not even on their food bar because the truck hadn't got there yet, makes me wonder,what else wasn't there,that hadn't been put out yet, but they damn wellies charging me for my bowl...to say the least Not happy :-(

Big disappointment, should have walked out before ordering as a previous customer returned their burrito with a hair in it and the girl making mine didn't have a hair net, her clothes looked dirty as did she. I had to repeat myself several times because she didn't listen, the drink machine was out of 75% of the products and when I choose one, it spit all the syrup on the side, not in the cup. Ate half of it and threw the rest out

Was told a 15 minute wait on rice, 35 minutes later we finally gave in and went to Skyline Burrito in town. Highly recommend Skyline, won’t give this Moe’s another opportunity. They’re always out of everything.

So I got to the store tonight 9 o’clock on the dot and the grill and everything is completely shut down even though they’re supposed to shut down at 10 o’clock so you tell me why are they shut down an hour early? And the door was locked by 9:18

Well, this is my 1st time eating at Moe's. I had a few questions about the menu items. He seemed to get upset and impatient with me. At this time, no one was in front or behind me in line. I decided to get ground beef and steak as my meats. Then a gentleman walked up behind me in line, and the server (Lewis) stated to the male, "You are going to get fresh steak." and I was like, what about me? How old is the meat? The server (Lewis) ignored me and looked past me. I guess I further upset him that I was spending money Moe's. BTW: I purchased 2 meals here.

Mediocre food tbh. Portions are really small, high prices. Like for real, $3 each for literally a shot of queso and guac? Barely any meat. Poor customer service.

I was standing there waiting to order and witnessed a roach crawl on the back of the food steam table display and one on top of the counter they use to put your food into food trays. I can not believe this restaurant is still open doing business. Obviously no one cares.

Came in at 4/3 5PM and half the options were gone. Ground beef looked like it had been sitting out for hours. Chicken was chewy. Didn’t have the birria they had advertised everywhere.

Chick, literally gave me a half scoop of chicken. Then proceed to ask do I want a double scoop at a extra cost.... This place needs to be done like chipotle... Being cheap with the meat... DO YOU SEE HOW MUCH CHICKEN I GOT.. 🗑️ Never again $10 for this bs NOT A MEAL EITHER

Went in 5/16 around noon. No taco shells, chicken was cold, no black olives, no large cups, half of the drinks weren’t available, no ice. Employee was incredibly light handed with meat/rice/beans to the point that burrito was half the size of every other burrito I’ve had from Moes over the last 10 years of eating at them. It was barely bigger than the children’s burrito. Tables were also sticky. Only one employee in front, second employee only showed up after everyone in line had waited 5-7 minutes a person.
