First time at this location. Once I arrived I placed a mobile order. I was given an estimated wait time of 12 minutes. My strawberry matcha loaf came out immediately. The citrus mint tea took about 10 minutes. Ambiance was nice… I chowed down on the loaf as I waited and took my tea and hit the mean streetz of NYC.
These is my first time coming to these place and the atmosphere is beautiful very friendly with everybody they are doing a very good job for the customers. Great job Guys
Sean is a great person very nice to talk to and my favorite barista and never got my order wrong and is fast with it
Shout out to Kristina and Chris they were phenomenal. I genuinely laughed the entire time and felt completely at ease. Their hospitality was on point kind, sweet, knowledgeable, and naturally welcoming. Beyond their professionalism, they’re just fun people to interact with. They made the whole experience smooth and memorable. They absolutely deserve raises for the energy, skill, and joy they bring to their work. Highly recommend.
Super clean store and really friendly staff. One of the better Starbucks experiences I’ve had.
This is not the usual store I visit, but I will make it my go to. The energy at this location on my last visit, Friday was truly outstanding and the young lady made my drink so GOOD!
Chris and his staff were amazing. Greeted me soon as I walked in. Made our orders within 10 mins and they were AMAZING!!! Will be back very soon! Love it here!
Everything is always 10/10. The baristas never fail to put a smile on my face ❤️ and typically I don’t wait long for my drink.
It was my 1st time over there… the girl on the front her name is Rebecaa…. She is real good… she suggested me a drink Frappuccino…. That was amazing… other staff is also really nice….🎀
I had a great experience at this Starbucks with a barista named Amyra i was having a bad day and she brightened it up and on top of that she made my Pink drink so freaking amazing i had to tell all my friends thank you Amyra for your great customer service.
Been to this location a few times now, always good service with kind smiles, and making the drinks well and tasty. Good location to visit and come back to :)
Overall the service well i appreciate the cashier at closing shift she was very patient and polite . It was another employee i felt couldnt care less to bare a polite attitude. Drinks always excellent but one flaw .
It was my first time in this location & it went pretty good. The staff was very polite and had lots of patience. I was on the phone before ordering so the barista/cashier didn’t mind to wait when I was ready to order. He listened when I said I wanted my caramel frap with crunch and more ice so my drink would come out thick and crunchy! I enjoyed it but I had to ask for extra caramel because it I barely tasted the frap! It was still very yummy and definitely a thirst quencher!
I always go to the Starbucks located at 118-24 Queens Blvd, and I’ve never had any complaints. However, about two weeks ago, there was a young woman taking orders who had a very bad attitude. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Today I went back, and the same girl was working as a barista. I ordered a decaf cappuccino and a plain butter croissant, but her attitude was even worse this time. Her name tag was not visible. What a terrible customer service experience. I don’t like to make these kinds of complaints, but I believe that not speaking up would be unfair to the company.
One of two starbucks in the area that failed to catch the memo that Starbucks is supposed to be a nice place to visit to compensate for the mediocrity of their product. Ugly and uninviting, this one gets a lower rating because it's the place in the area that I'm most consistently caught up in the crosshairs of somebody on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I don't even know what they should do about it, but I shall avoid.
I ordered through Grubhub 3 drinks and 4 items. There great. Unfortunately I ordered 2 egg and cheese protein boxes. You only had one left. I got a nice card with my order. I was told to contact delivery provider for a refund. Grubhub won't give me a refund. Even though I order daily. I got too many. Whatever that means. It ridiculous when I have evidence. So I am out of 8.55. I won't order delivery from you guys again. Since you don't know the stock amount.
The cashier Amariya (however you spell it) is disgusting, foul and inhumane! She should be fired immediately. No lack of respect or compassion and extremely rude. I tried to order, greeted her with a polite smile and good morning but was met with hostility for no reason. She was staring at my disabled child like a freak because of the little stimming sounds being made. I had to wave my hand in the air saying umm hello can I order just to get her to stop staring at my child for a good 2 minutes and she was even more annoyed. I asked her if she was okay because what is the reason for that uncalled behavior. Not only did she not respond when I put my order in, I even said thank you and got a (mmm hmm) sound. That was it. Then the order, a frappe was pure watered down. Literally nauseatingly awful. I couldn’t finish it. The other staff was at least kind greeting everyone that walks in. I don’t care how bad of a day you’re having, there is something called proper etiquette, especially when it comes to customer service and you definitely don’t stare at disabled people let alone a child, like they’re freak of nature. This location is right next to the CIDY Office that represents disabled people in New York, the audacity to have this kind of behavior all while not properly servicing this community is insane. I will never step foot in that location again and I hope that this “person” will never work there again.
6.95 for a tall latte that's watered down? Yea never again. Also barista told me off for riding my scooter in through the wide automated doors while the store was empty. Like nobody got hurt and surprise surprise there was no one in there. I guess they lost another customer and the way this company is going down , they can't afford to lose customers. But they deserve it. So be it.
Amariya is the worst barista, she is a very disrespectful person and judges you just by how you look, her customer service is terrible, and it seems like she doesn t care about her job I don t understand why this person still works there if she doesn t like her job, and why Starbucks employers haven t fired her despite so many negative reviews against her
As mentioned in a previous review about Amariya, she truly needs to be retrained or let go. She made my friend’s drink while being more focused on talking than on preparing it, and she ended up adding way too much powdered ingredient. The drink came out terrible and undrinkable. When my friend, who was very polite about the situation, didn’t like the drink, Amariya started making rude comments about her and even stared at her in a disrespectful way. I sat there watching the whole thing unfold, and it was extremely unprofessional. Thankfully, another staff member remade the drink, and she was an absolute sweetheart—so kind and helpful. I’ve noticed Amariya repeatedly mess up orders because she prioritizes chatting with coworkers instead of paying attention. The rest of the staff are wonderful, but Amariya consistently comes across as careless and with a poor attitude. Management should seriously reconsider whether she is the right fit for this team. It’s sad that people are in need of jobs but act so poorly
Has anyone ever told you the definition of insanity? Well the definition of insanity is “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.” Unfortunately, this perfectly describes my repeated experiences with this Starbucks location. Despite giving this store multiple chances and keeping my orders simple, the results have consistently been disappointing. Basic drinks are frequently prepared incorrectly, and when I’ve politely asked for them to be remade, the response is often far from professional. On several occasions, I’ve noticed that instead of addressing the mistake, baristas have substituted decaf espresso for regular espresso, seemingly as a form of retaliation or spite for the error they made. In some cases, they’ve used cinnamon to mask the fact that the drink was not prepared with the correct type of espresso. Additionally, attempts to discuss these issues are met with excuses like “you arrived too early” or “you arrived too late,” or claims that a drink should be “90% foam”—none of which are accurate. I am not writing this review out of frustration alone, but from genuine exhaustion with the ongoing lack of quality and accountability. It’s concerning that such a consistent pattern of poor execution and unprofessionalism has been allowed to persist. While I acknowledge that I may be partly at fault for continuing to return in the hope of improvement, it is reasonable to expect competence from employees in any service industry. My hope is that this feedback is taken constructively, and that management will invest in better training for their staff. Until then, I will not be returning to this location. For those in the area looking for a quality coffee experience, I recommend visiting a different Starbucks or local café. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. And one final note: it’s ten shakes, not eighteen.
The baristas here consistently make an iced matcha latte with foam even when no foam was mentioned in the order. In fact, it's not even an option on the app. I thought it was just my imagination the first time I ordered here and they gave me a cup with more foam than drink. But I came back here a second time and they continue to make my iced matcha latte with foam and this time is a different barista. I have never had an iced matcha latte with foam in any of my visits to other Starbucks around the world. These baristas have no idea what they are doing and I will go elsewhere now for my iced matcha lattes. Update (2/5/25): This time I asked for no foam and I see NO improvement on making this simple drink. The second picture is supposedly my drink with no foam, which you can clearly see has foam. This time was a different barista from the last 2 times I went here. Only difference between this time and last time is the barista tried to stop the foam from going to the cup by blocking most of the foam with a spoon. So, at least my drink has less foam than the other 2 times I've ordered. But still, other cafes and boba tea stores in the area know how to make this simple drink without foam better than these buffoons here. One of the baristas even asked the one who made my order if they knew how to make a matcha latte without foam. Unbelievable. This place REALLY REALLY sucks.
