I spoke to Cesar the owner today to prepare a heart shaped pizza for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. My daughter is having twin girls in 10 days. So as a proud papa and Grandpapa they accommodated my request to say that my daughter posted the dominos pizza on instagram which went viral!! My sincere thanks to Cesar and his team for their above and beyond accommodation to this dads and soon to be Grandpapa of twins!
Domino's on Key Biscayne "Caesar" comes up on the online pizza tracker. Their thin crust pies taste way better than any other Domino's I've had. Much better than the Domino's Pizza at 453 SW 8th St in Miami Brickell area. Brickell Domino's thin crust pizzas taste like cold cardboard. Key Biscayne pizza are perfect and delicious.

Cesar provided outstanding service over the phone today. It was so difficult to order food while we are a state park in Key Biscayne and he was accommodating, kind and so professional. He even said his driver can meet me at the entrance of the park. 5 stars and thanks so much!
One of the best locations in all of Miami! Great service! The staff is fantastic! Very friendly staff! And of course the pizza is delicious!
My Fav Pizza y the Key. The thin crust is soooo good, Always Half Pepperoni and Half Hawaiian 🌺 is my go to. Quick and easy. I ordered over the phone (I know is son 1980’s ) but my son ordered through the app, he prefers not to speak with anyone.😎 Love all the good people who work there! Thanks 😊
Every Dominos I have ever ordered from have been amazing, but these guys are top notch. Food arrives in time, the staff is friendly and the food is fresh. We order frequently from here for work and they always do such a great job.

He acknowledged the issue with his store manager not being properly trained and offered a full refund plus a free pizza. Happy to see people owning their mistakes and doing all they can to make it right, so I'm updating the review. ____ Stay away. Store management doesn’t honor Dominos satisfaction guarantee. Horrible pizza and horrible customer service. Definitely not the Dominos we all know...

It’s very unfortunate that the person who picks up the phone at this location can answer with such an attitude. I’m trying to order some food not your attitude if they didn’t want to be at work or pick up the phone they didn’t have to. I didn’t get to catch her name. Although she’s sassy speaking in Spanish.

On a normal weekday this location is decent but unfortunately on the weekend (or at least this weekend) the service is disappointing. I ordered a pizza and was given my order with toppings missing, the wrong style crust (was given thin NY style instead of hand tossed), and no crust seasoning (I requested garlic crust). I called the store to notify and see what can be done. I was told because the guy working was not the manager and because he was not the one who took my order that nothing can be done. I asked to speak to a manager, no manager was available. I was told I can bring the order back for them to cook the toppings and then add them to my pizza. Due to being on a 30-minute lunch break this was not possible (it would also over cook my pizza). The conversation ended with "maybe" they can take a few dollars off my next order but as of right now, they cannot provide any compensation. This is what you would call robbery. Avoid this location on weekends.

Ceasar must have been in a bad mood. Instead of handing me my receipt, threw it down on the counter. The rest of the staff in the branch when I went were great. They said hi and welcome when I walked in, but Caesar killed it when he displayed such petty passive agressive bigotry as to print out my receipt and blatentely throw it in the counter. Before I picked up the receipt I asked him if that was for me. He smiled and said yes. As if to say, ofcourse that disrespect is for you. The hate is real, and if you don't believe it... Come down and ask Caesar.
Slow service and rude staff. I will never order from this place. It takes 1 1/2 hours just to deliver 1 item!! Poor service and don’t recommend this to no one. It best to order from other dominos that are faster!
They never even attempted to deliver my order. The WORST Dominos anywhere. Stay away or at least do not order with a credit card, because you even have to fight to get a refund.
The pizza I picked up from here was crazy dry and wasn’t good. I had to trash the pizza. called to complain about this and I was promised a refund the day of order. When I called the next day the guy who spoke to me was very rude and disrespectful. He said “I cut the pizza. How will it not be good?” Really? If you cut the pizza would it be good? It’s me who tastes the pizza. Never have I experienced such bad customer service from any other location. With this customer service there should be a negative rating for this location.

Diana was completely awful. I for my wrong order and called less than 10 minutes after the food arrived and she told me she wouldn’t correct the order because I had it for an hour! I had the time stamp on my phone and was willing to come in and show we my phone from the time I called and when it arrived. And it was only 50 minutes total! So I obviously did not have my order for a full hour before I called to correct it. First they told me I said the wrong thing, but then they told me they didn’t have what I had ordered (boneless hot wings. They only had “bone in hot wings”) which is also not true. Awful customer service and very rude. Don’t order from here
Please train your employees how to use gift cards. They are clueless every time I come in.
The person who tooks my order was very unhappy, I had the impression to disturb them and didn't understood a word of what I said. I leave in Miami and work with clients everyday and I don't think I have ever had this kind of difficulties to speak with someone!!! After 15 min over the phone just to order 3 pizza, I had decided to get off the phone before it takes me 30 mins!!!
