We went here for my birthday. As residents here we know how getting a reservation can be difficult because they’re so busy. I planned ahead, and made my reservation well in advance. When we arrived, it was a beautiful day so I knew the sunset would be beautiful. I was hoping for an outdoor table. We actually had the best table outside. A few people said that as they walked past us. The food was amazing of course. But the atmosphere and the sunset was just spectacular. I got the Key West pink shrimp carbonara and my husband got the grilled center cut tenderloin. We both started with the French onion soup. Our server Alanna was also excellent. She regularly checked on us and was very sweet. Just a beautiful experience. We will definitely be back!

We went for a late night dinner not knowing what to expect. The food was great, the staff was very nice and stayed on top of everything. The atmosphere was one of a kind. We had an outside table sitting under the palm trees over looking the water and listening to the slight waves hitting the rocks. You need a reservation so plan ahead. It is definitely worth a visit for a one of a kind experience while in key west. You also get to enjoy a private ferry ride to and from the island. We will be back again.

Interesting experience! Booked it one month earlier. It’s required. Boat cruising crossing the island. The view from outside was nice, enjoy the sunset breeze. Everything is well-managed and very nice hospitality. Nice plating food. Taste good. Started with Onion Soup and Lobster Bisque. Following Beets with Apple Sauce (delicious sauce), the Crabcakes was full of lumps of crab meats, Grilled Octopus grilled to perfection. Pineapple Salad needs a lot more pineapple, but they didn't hesitate to bring more pineapple to the table. Lobster Risotto was amazing. A Little too sweet for the Skirt Steak. The only setback was the restroom. It really need more attention. But overall was a great experience!

Sunset views, great vibes, and food that actually lives up to the view We visited Latitudes on Sunset Key for an event supporting Michelle’s Foundation, and honestly, the whole evening felt like Key West showing off. The setting alone could win awards, but the food and service totally kept up. The dishes were flavorful without trying too hard — the kind of plates where you take one bite and immediately slow down because you want to remember this. Service was warm, attentive, and somehow perfectly timed even during a busy fundraiser. Every staff member seemed genuinely happy to be there, which added to the whole “is this a postcard?” feeling. The event itself was beautifully organized and it felt good knowing the evening supported great local causes. Sunshine, ocean breeze, good food, and a mission you can actually feel? Hard to beat. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best for: date nights, special occasions, and anyone who wants to impress visiting relatives. Bottom line: A gorgeous location made even better by food and service that shine just as bright.

If you are looking for a special night out, this would be the place. it starts with a beautiful boat ride to a island paradise. Sitting at the bar is breathtaking and is one of the only times I don't mind waiting for a table. The food is amazing as is the service. You must have a reservation and they have a pretty good waiting list so give yourself a few weeks ahead.

Really nice place to take my wife for our anniversary. The boat ride from key west is a nice touch, sets an exciting tone for the evening. The service was good, the food was great. We had a great time and took a little stroll around sunset key before returning on the boat. Will def come again.

This beautiful restaurant is probably the best point of Key West. If you want high quality dining, nice atmosphere, delicious food and nice experience in Key West, I can say Latitude at Sunset Key is the best point. A ferry takes you from the pier and brings you to the restaurant within 5 minutes. Prices are in the normal wedge but considering the quality of what you’re eating, I think it is lower than the average in the Key West. I also appreciate for the excellent service by Kate, she really made the experience special.

We had a really nice experience coming to this place for our anniversary, the service was really good, our waiters went over the top getting us free dessert due to the occasion! The food was good, very different flavors and my steak was super tender very well cooked. We were satisfied with our meals and everything in general.

We took the ferry over for lunch at Latitudes Sunset Key. We had a wonderful time. Ended up spending three hours at our beachside table. Enjoyed delicious food, and drinks. The Ahi appetizer was best I’ve had!

Well Latitudes is simply breathtaking. You begin your dining adventure by taking a ferry to the restaurant. You then walk into this exclusive restaurant with million dollar views. I recommend making reservations well in advance for the prime seating. The yellowtail snapper was utterly smooth and rich in flavor. Its accompanied with the lightest rice I've ever eaten. Of course I had to partake in The Key Lime Pie for dessert.

The ferry ride was a delightful experience, and the staff provided exceptional service. The key lime pie was truly reminiscent of a cheesecake. The ferry departs at a quarter past and a quarter till the hour from the mainland, and on the hour from the island. Passengers are not permitted to travel to the island prior to their reservation time. Reservations are required.

Someone that I met at the Kinky Carnival party took me to Latitudes bar for a martini in the afternoon. He was a guest at the Sunset Key Cottages, splitting the cost with his friends. On the day that I was returning home, I made a breakfast reservation online using my phone. The Key West ferry took me to Sunset Key with the breakfast reservation. I sat outside to enjoy the outdoor scenery eating my Blueberry Pancakes and coffee. I cannot afford to stay at Sunset Key Cottages but I can indulge myself there eating breakfast. Vhuntermassage LLC

Always 5 star food, service and views/experience. This place is great for a romantic dinner as well as a family gathering. The filet is exquisite. The espresso martinis are BOMB! The views are ALWAYS dreamy.

There's really nothing bad I could possibly say about this experience! Latitudes was top notch dining in the most beautiful setting imaginable. I could've stayed there forever! This is a resort on its own island where people vacation and the restaurant is part of the resort. So, you will see guests of the resort hanging out on their private beach, in their bungalows and fancy cottages... and you will be jealous! The emerald blue waters around sunset key are what you dream about when you really need a beach vacation. We pulled up on the shuttle boat and were swept into that dream! It included delicious beverages, specialty ingredients, imported foods... it was a true culinary treat from beginning to end! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The atmosphere is elegant, from the view, the decor, the bathrooms with the fancy, thick, branded hand napkins! Yes, it is pricey... but we went at lunch to save and it was very reasonable because you get what you pay for and you can't put a price on an amazing experience making memories with your loved ones!

Latitudes was the ONE required stop on our trip to the Keys! Such a unique restaurant and one of the best kept secrets in FL! We went for breakfast and ordered the breakfast tacos and key lime french toast... WOW did they deliver! I have not stopped thinking about that french toast and have even tried to recreate it at home! Our friend ordered the crab benedict and absolutely raved over it (I got a bite, it was INCREDIBLE). Will 100% be back when we visit the keys next!

Decent food. Overpriced and several in our group thought their food lacked taste. My Swordfish was really good. Very irritating that we had 9 in our group and they wouldn't break our bill by family. DEALBREAKER for the future. Very expensive for one person to pay. Will not be back.

We went here for our honeymoon, and oh my gosh, the view was absolutely stunning! We’re from Florida and are used to living near the water, but this place is truly a gem. The food and service were fantastic! If you decide to come here, you have to make a reservation. Your reservation time is your entry time onto the ferry. The ferry ride is super smooth and takes less than five minutes. Trust me, you don’t want to miss snagging an outdoor table to really soak in the beautiful view and feel that lovely coastal breeze!

What can I say?? The food, I would rate a 9 out of 10. But, the ferry ride over, the outdoor bar, the outdoor seating, the beach, the palm trees, the sunset, all of it…… 10 stars!!!! This place is absolutely worth every dime that you will spend there. I always start with an espresso martini, and they pack quite a punch! Love them. I’ve been there for lunch and I’ve been there for dinner and both experiences are exquisite. If you go for lunch, you will spend a bit less, but the food will still be fantastic. If you’re lucky enough to NAV, a sunset, dinner reservation, they could serve me whatever they want, the entire experience makes it worth it!!! My only complaint- and I’m sure there’s a reason that they do this, but I just wish they would allow us to take the ferry over 15 minutes before our reservation, so I could sit at the bar and have a cocktail before I go to my table. But other than that, zero complaints. It’s definitely an unforgettable experience .

This is a "must do" when in Key West! Take a short boat ride to the restaurant and you are greeted with a beautiful setting for any occasion. Service is exceptional! Very knowledgeable staff, drinks are never left unfilled, and you never feel hurried. Try EVERYTHING! The apps, salads, main course, and dessert were all excellent! Don't miss this place!

A fine dining experience that was fun for at least once. Make reservations well in advance. This is a resort restaurant. A short boat ride before arriving at the restaurant on a private island. We enjoyed the food and the sunset was spectacular. The boat back leaves on a schedule and we nearly missed it because there was a system issue and we couldn’t get our check. There was a lot of broken glass under our table, which they were happy to clean up after we notified them. As we were departing the boat upon return, the boat staff complained that we were holding up the line as an elderly member of our group needed assistance to get up and off the boat, which left a sour and unappreciated taste for me. Seating indoor and outdoor on sand or patio. Garage parking near the marina.

Latitudes Restaurant is truly a gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality. The entire team was welcoming and friendly. A special shoutout to Aziz, our server, who was attentive, kind, and made our experience even more enjoyable. The manager also checked in to ensure everything was perfect — a great touch! The food was absolutely excellent — every dish was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. You can tell the chefs take pride in their work. If you're looking for great food, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Latitudes is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Went to latitudes on 5/28 to celebrate my birthday which turned into my surprise proposal!!! The food, atmosphere and service were top tier. I can’t thank Latitudes enough for such a fantastic night with fantastic food and big shout out to our server Alex who was in my proposal and took a video of it for us and brought out champagne to toast. We will definitely be back.

Latitudes is a beautiful restaurant on Sunset Key! Book early to get your reservation. We wanted to beat an incoming storm, but was told that we couldn’t ride the ferry boat over until the next one….which was our reserved time. The ride over is quick and easy. When we arrived, the sky was beautiful so we took pictures on the dock. We went to the restaurant and were seated outdoors. The ambiance was amazing. This is a perfect place for date night or a special dinner with family/friends! The service was good. There is not a ton to choose from on the menu and it is pricey, but we knew that before we went. Bread and butter came out, and it was good. Then our food arrived, and it was good.

Did the Valentines dinner here for 2 and it was nearly worth the $585 CAD we paid. We would return if we're back in Key West again.

Great experience for lunch glad we tried it. The ferry ride was super easy. Your reservation time is actually the time of your ferry ride. Was worried the restaurant would be warm in the sun and hot. But there are nicely shaded areas to sit. Not a bad seat in the restaurant. The restaurant itself is very nice, clean and upscale. We had the lobster bisque which honestly is the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend it. We had the fish tacos and blackened yellowtail snapper. Both were pretty good. Drinks were great. I would go back again for the lobster bisque and atmosphere. Very nice.

We went for breakfast and really enjoyed. You take a very short ferry ride over from across the water and are sort of escorted from their dock to the restaurant. Seating was great outside looking right at the water. Food was excellent too as we enjoyed an egg power bowl with quinoa/Vegas while my wife has an avocado dish. I did get a smoothie that was so so but wife got a good latte. You are paying for a nice view and we even walked a bit around the restaurant as we waited for the ferry back. Feels like a private romantic island. Well done.

This is an exceptional experience and an exceptional meal. I would change absolutely nothing, it was perfect. The ferry ride for our 5:15 reservation was stunning, the views from the table were mind blowing, the food was mouthwatering, and the service was present when needed and absent when not needed. It truly was the best meal we’ve had in quite some time. We enjoyed: Crab cake, octopus, beets, shrimp, arugula salad, and a killer grouper / chorizo / yucca / apple main. I recommend this highly, 10/10!

I have been coming over 15 years. It truly is one of the top places in the world to stay to dine, private ferry brings you from Key West Island to Sunset Key reservations only. If you could catch it before sunset that's its own experience. Overtime menu items have changed. This experience was good. I got simple chicken donor and a really great version of French onion soup a very thick consistency in the bloody Mary but nevertheless very sour tangy and good. Eugene was an exceptional server. The desserts were OK atmosphere deserves more stars than five this time around. I came in holiday time and it was decorated elegantly, tropical paradise

My wife and I are both in our mid-20s and recently took a vacation to Key West, where we decided to splurge on a truly special lunch experience—and this place absolutely exceeded every expectation. Without hesitation, this was a 10 out of 10 experience and one of the highlights of our entire trip. If you are looking for a high-quality, upscale lunch experience that feels exclusive and memorable, this is the place to go. The restaurant is located literally about 15 feet from the ocean, creating an almost surreal beachfront dining experience that feels both relaxed and refined. My wife deserves full credit for finding this gem and coordinating the logistics. The experience begins with a ferry ride from Key West, which is very easy to locate near the marina—simply searching for the ferry pickup location on Google makes it straightforward. The ferry ride itself is short, approximately 15 minutes, and takes you directly to Sunset Key Island, where you are dropped off at the same dock used by island residents and property owners. That alone makes the experience feel exclusive and unique. From the moment you step onto Sunset Key Island, the ambiance sets the tone. As you walk in from the pier, you immediately see the restaurant’s beachfront patio and seating area, with stunning ocean views that instantly make you feel like you’ve arrived somewhere special. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, featuring rich mahogany wood that gives the space a warm, elegant feel. We visited close to Christmas, and the décor was exceptional—tasteful holiday decorations, garland, soft lighting, and thoughtfully arranged tables. Each table had a fresh rosemary centerpiece paired with a small yellow dandelion, a subtle detail that showed how much care goes into the overall presentation. The food itself was outstanding. I ordered the blackened grouper, while my wife chose the yellowtail fish. Both entrées were incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. The grouper had a firmer texture with bold, well-balanced seasoning and was served as a sandwich, which made it hearty and satisfying. My wife’s yellowtail was noticeably softer and sweeter, served as a beautifully plated fillet, and was equally delicious. While the textures differed, both dishes were high-quality, flavorful, and thoughtfully executed. We were especially glad we chose to go for lunch rather than dinner. We personally prefer heavier meals earlier in the day, and the lunch crowd was significantly smaller, allowing us to enjoy a more relaxed, intimate experience without feeling rushed or crowded. It truly felt like a peaceful escape. Finally, a sincere thank-you to the management and staff for making this such a memorable experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. A special shout-out to Erik, who is young, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in providing great customer service. His attentiveness and professionalism stood out and added to the overall experience. This lunch was well worth the splurge, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key West who wants a refined, scenic, and unforgettable dining experience. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity and would absolutely return.

This was a great experience. Meet at dock 29 to take the boat shuttle over to the island. Our waiter was very polite and informative. Food selection was good and very well prepared. Great date experience with amazing sunset. Book your date and time early!

The MAINE LOBSTER & JUMBO LUMP CRAB CAKE was amazing! (We split for 2). Then we ordered the PAN-SEARED YELLOWTAIL SNAPPER & KEY WEST PINK SHRIMP CARBONARA to split as entrees. The snapper was good! But the carbonara was AMAZING. Very heavy. But so good. The water taxi over was included & we didn’t have to pay extra! The atmosphere was so pretty. We got lucky that the Christmas lights were still up!! Of course the service was 5 star. If you don’t drink, it’s a pretty reasonable place on prices!!

Latitudes on Sunset Key is honestly such an experience. Getting on the ferry just to have lunch makes the whole thing feel like a mini-vacation before you even sit down. Everything we ordered was amazing: • Lobster Bisque: Super rich and creamy with a good amount of lobster chunks. • Key West Shrimp: You can tell they’re fresh; they had that perfect snap and local flavor. • Latitude Burger: Surprisingly juicy and high-quality for a "beach" burger. • Buddha Bowl: This was a great lighter option—really fresh ingredients and super filling. It’s definitely on the pricer side for lunch, but between the boat ride, the white sand, and the views of the Gulf, it’s worth the splurge. It’s one of those spots where you’re paying for the atmosphere as much as the food, and in this case, it actually delivers.

10/10 recommend- especially for the atmosphere! This is one of the most scenic restaurants I’ve been to( only second to Altius in Pittsburgh). My hubby surprised me with this place for our 1st year anniversary and I was in awe! It’s definitely a vibe! Now, we are foodies so we know good food, this place was good but not exceptional on the food scale. We ordered the lobster risotto, the wagyu steak, crab cake, and octopus. The lobster & crab cake and steak was my husband’s favorite besides dessert. The octopus was very tender and flavorful. This was a wonderful experience!

Visited for dinner during our stay in key west. We parked in opal resort car park, $7 per hour for parking. Online had advised that parking is validated by the restaurant but they advised this stopped in 2023. Instructions to find the slip aren’t great but essentially it’s directly behind the Opal Key Resort. Your reservation time is your boat time over, it’s a quick 10 minute lovely boat ride over. Gorgeous views for sunset. Food was delicious, cocktails were delicious. Definitely on the expensive side but a lovely treat.

We had a lovely dinner at Latitudes Restaurant. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the sunset made the evening even more special. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors. The indoor areas are divided into several rooms, all with glass doors, so you can still enjoy the view no matter where you're seated. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the night. I had the chicken with whipped potatoes and spinach — it was well-prepared and flavorful. After dinner, we moved to the outdoor bar and enjoyed a delicious lavender cocktail to end the night.

Food was great...The Key lime pie french toast, the bree, the breakfast fondu as apps was topped off with the shrimp and grits. Our server was sub par at best.

The veiw is beautiful. The boat ride over was super cool. It's a beautiful place. However, it's overpriced. The food was exciting really in the menu. But seriously Now , I know I can make dry French toast and with one large strawberry and cut it up put maybe a few fresh blueberries, Maybe a tablespoon or two of Whipped cream powder sugar and charge $ 23 ish for 2 peices cut in half. $ around 8 for Orange juice. ( which was actually really good , sweet and fresh). My husbands family was saying that their food was cold, and the service wasn't good . I wouldn't go back myself. Overpriced over rated .

We were very excited to go and check out this beautiful place, and really it is gorgeous. But dining experience wasn’t so great as ambiance. Service seem to be very slow even it’s hard to believe since it’s still off season and it wasn’t very busy. Also, “mistake” by our server Atash, ringing the Snapper entree from the dinner menu charging us $48 instead of Lunch entree (we were there for lunch) which was $36. That was very suspicious and seemed like trying to scam us. Saying that “they changed the price but didn’t change them in the menus”… very unprofessional. P.S. on the menu on the web site you could clearly see that the prices were transparent and correct. Food was big dissapointment, odd combination of flavours and chicken on the cobb salad was extremly dry and overcooked, impossible to eat. Snapper was just okay as well as Lobster bisque. It is a big shame for the establishment like this.

The atmosphere at Latitudes is absolutely stunning. Taking the boat over and arriving at the beautifully lit outdoor space really sets high expectations it feels luxurious and special. Unfortunately, that’s where the magic ended for us. We were seated around 8:30 PM and didn’t receive bread or drinks for over an hour. It was difficult to get our server’s attention, and when we did, the service felt rushed and disconnected far from the elevated experience we were expecting. When our food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, like it had been sitting out for too long. The flavors were just okay nothing memorable. The chicken lacked depth and seasoning, and the brussels sprouts were the biggest disappointment: hard and bitter in the middle, soggy on the outside. I ended up boxing most of the meal and throwing it away later. While the setting is beautiful, the service and food fell far below the standard this restaurant seems to promise. I wouldn’t return, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it based on our experience.

W
Willie Abreu

I agree with several other reviewers about this restaurant — you’re mostly paying for the scenery and views. My wife’s salmon was hot, well-seasoned, and delicious. Unfortunately, my snapper filet was cold, dry, and overly salty, and it was served floating in a citrus vin blanc sauce. I specifically asked the waitress if the vin blanc contained butter or dairy, due to my gluten and dairy allergies, but she couldn’t tell me what it was made with. She took my plate back and re-plated it on a new dish, but by then my rice and fish was even colder than before. The fish itself was so dry that I could barely eat it. Our reservation was at 8:15 p.m., and it felt like the kitchen was rushing to finish for the night so staff could catch the ferry. As we were leaving, we saw a large group of staff, including cooks, boarding the ferry. For the prices they charge, the food and service should be better. And what’s the point of keeping the ingredients of your vin blanc a “secret,” especially when a guest asks because of allergies?

We booked Latitudes for Valentine’s Day expecting a high-end, special experience. Unfortunately, it fell well short—especially at $185 per person. The preset Valentine’s menu (appetizer, entrée, dessert for $185pp) was not disclosed during the online reservation process. That lack of transparency was disappointing from the start. Appetizers were the highlight—both were very good, and the crab cake was excellent. After that, it went downhill. The grouper was overcooked and dry. The lobster and shrimp fettuccine had great flavor but was extremely skimpy—very little lobster and just three small shrimp. Dessert looked nice, but the chocolate-covered strawberries were made with unripe, flavorless berries. From a service standpoint, this is where things really missed the mark—especially for a restaurant positioned as “high-end.” The experience begins with the boat ride over, and the host checking guests in was not welcoming. Additionally, despite having a reservation time that coincided with sunset, we were seated inside while multiple outdoor tables remained open. It seemed like a missed opportunity to prioritize seating guests with sunset reservations accordingly. After dinner, we sat at the bar for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the bartender and eventually left. One final frustration—the suggested tip amounts were calculated on the total including tax, rather than the pre-tax subtotal. Suggested gratuities should be based on the pre-tax amount, especially at this price point. The setting is beautiful, but that alone doesn’t justify the cost. Overall, a very expensive and disappointing experience.

We hosted a corporate retreat in Key West this last week. Latitudes was the dinner place chosen for our last evening of the retreat. When planning this event I tried to make reservations well in advance, so early in fact that they would not take my reservation until the dinner was 90 days or less away. On the 90th day away from our dinner I called to make our reservation. I shared what the event was for and specifically spoke to the manager about sitting outside and chat about what the best time would be to enjoy dinner and a sunset. Based on that conversation and recommendation from the manager is when I made the reservation time for. Upon arrival, we were sat inside in a "dining room." We could not see the sunset at all. When I respectfully asked the host about sitting outside as requested, an older gentleman chimed in and let me know they didn't have outdoor accommodations for a party our size and that I shouldn't have been told they could do that. The experience overall was disappointing. The food was just ok and the service wasn't much better. I think this is probably a place best suited for a romantic dinner and not a large group. I suggest finding somewhere on Key West that focuses more on quality food and service than just a pretty view.

Don’t believe the social media hype! We planned this trip 6 months ago, waiting to book here patiently, got our reservations, we were stoked, sucked in by the images of the great key lime martini, conducive atmosphere and 5 star quality service. It’s quite frankly not any of that. Food; My wife had roasted beets for a starter all 3 bits of it, I had the burrata, the cheese was good quality and tasted nice but it was so cold it was borderline line frozen in the middle. Then the main course; my wife had a Caesar salad which she said was excellent, big portion ( too big really for fine dining) and dressed very well. She liked it I had the 74 dollar tenderloin (medium) it comes with steak cut fries etc. The plate was arranged so the meat was almost buried in the sides, it’s supposed to be the star of the meal, it was tender and tasted lovely but over cooked, there was no pink to the meat at all. The steak fries were huge wedges of potato Which fell apart when cut open, and the cauliflower cake thing was just a gooey mess, the au ju was nice but not enough of it. In all it wasn’t worth 74 dollars! Service; very poor, our passive aggressive waiter was not attentive, he all but threw menus at us and when asked for a drinks menu we got a walk by toss of what is a heavily bound book. we were left sitting with out drinks for a long time having to ask 3 different servers for help, while we watched out waiter go back and fourth to a large group with their drink orders. ( I guess that’s where the tip is). After asking someone in charge we were told the bar is busy, the place was only half full, and then our waiter came and sad the barman was slow, that was the explanation. Sounds like their problem not mine. We checked the time for the boat leaving in the next few minutes, paid the 250 dollar check ( they did remove our late drink charge but never e planned they had) and hopped back on the boat. The key lime martini, their flagship drink, cream, and some kind of green liquid with an after kick like screen wash, not a hint of lime, but very pretty to look at. Not even close to the hype. An absolute waste of a journey, and hugely disappointing considering how far we had travelled and it’s supposed to be a 50th birthday meal. If you want to be surrounded by half drunk cackling groups of people who obviously don’t understand how to behave in “decent” restaurants this is the place for you, no decorum at all, so you can’t enjoy a conversation. Just an absolute tourist trap, average food, terrible service. But looks nice, and the boat crew were fantastic.

Even if the service had been exceptional, the food was extremely lackluster and unimpressive. Unfortunately, both food and service fell short of expectations for what this restaurant claims to be. We were seated at what was likely the worst view in the house. Drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive, and it was another 20+ minutes before our server returned to take our order. Starters were further delayed—soups and salads took another 20 minutes. The French onion soup was mostly crouton and cheese with very little broth. The burrata came without tomato, and the lobster bisque was unexpectedly spicy. Entrées were another 30 minutes after that. The snapper was completely uninspired—served with plain white rice and a cold cucumber spiral. The short rib was tough enough to require a knife. After speaking with a manager, even desserts still took 20+ minutes to arrive. Our 7:45 pm reservation had us leaving at 10:23 pm, with delays stretching the entire evening. We actually ended up on the same ferry as the closing manager and four cooks at 10:32 pm. While the manager did remove two entrées from our bill, the overall experience was simply not worth the hype. The atmosphere is beautiful, but the meal and service were the most disappointing we had while visiting The Keys.

N
Noah Body

Completely changed menu for the worse. There’s is not anything special about the new menu. They removed the key lime French toast. No more breakfast fondue. Now it’s no different than any place on key west for breakfast other than the view. Do not recommend and taking time to come out and eat when they can’t update their menu online to match what you’ll see when you get to the island.

One of the most awkward interactions I’ve had happened in this restaurant. I booked dinner date for my husband and I more than a month in advance. The atmosphere when we walked in was already off. We were not greeted, all I got was ‘name?’. They sat us next to a big family with kids. We asked to be reseated and the restaurant refused to give us any other table, mind you 90% of that restaurant was empty. Their solution was to put us outside on some patio furniture set with wet seats in bar area. There was just no way for me to eat $50+ meal on a patio table from At Home. We decided to leave. This place is beautiful and it has potential, but they do lack proper customer service. 0/5 don’t recommend
