I'm not sure about the day staff, but I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich at 5:00 AM on a Wednesday, and I had a wonderful cashier who was friendly, efficient with service, and even offered me a water while I waited in the drive thru for my order. When I received the sandwich it was hot and well put together. So if you stop by on a Wednesday morning, you'll get a great staff and a hot meal!
need a quick but at 2am. this is the place. Great service and the food hit the spot. very nice, definitely going again.
One of the last Jack in the Box restaurants in the area. So if you want something late at night that's quick, you better place it on the mobile app. I may have waited behind 2 cars (after 3 decided to leave) but it was ready to go the moment it became my turn. With such a short staff, the team that worked that night (5.27.22) needs a raise. Maybe one day corporate will realize giving a raise does more than commercial air time. The young lady at the window was so kind when I would've locked up and shut down. Keep your head up honey 🙌🏼
Its been a while since Ive visited but man! Must be new management. Food was excellent and you could tell the worker was a good manager. Visited Christmas Eve at 1:15pm
Did a mobile order for breakfast this morning and ordered the Jumbo Breakfast Platter with Bacon & Sausage. Everything was cooked perfectly! I like the fact they use real eggs for their scrambled eggs (Unlike the "Golden Arches" place) and you can even request shredded cheddar cheese on your eggs! The lady working the drive-thru was super friendly and I was served promptly.
It's apparent to me that the GM & middle management at this location is trying to improve everyone's experience, of both customer and employee. The order times are kept low & when made to wait I've been given free stuff for my inconvenience. All team members seem to really enjoy working here & the food is always fresh & kitchen kept clean. Sometimes they have to shut down from 2-4 am for cleaning but that is a good thing.

I came through the drive-thru at the Wooded Acres store. Employee gave the best customer service I've ever had. The food was hot and fresh. Tasted great! I went to a different Jack in the Box on S. Valley Mills Dr and it was a perfect repeat of the previous store but with a different clerk. Very impressed with the service at Jack in the Box! I will absolutely be returning soon.
Love Jack in the Box. The Jumbo Jack is the bomb. And the people who work here are awesome! The dining room is meh, but the food makes up for the atmosphere. The staff here deserve a 5 star review.
I had a fantastic experience at the Jack in the Box recently. The team there is anlways incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting customers with a smile. They were very helpful with my order, offering suggestions that turned out to be great. It's refreshing to see such dedicated customer service.
The gentleman at the drive thru this afternoon, I think his name was Darren, provided exceptional service. He apologized for the wait when he greeted me at the drive thru (I only had to wait like five seconds, totally unnecessary apology but so kind). He had such a calm and pleasant demeanor, got my order to me quickly, and it was delicious and completely accurate, which is rare in fast food. My interaction with Darren totally changed my impression of jack in the box for the better

I just have to recognize this Jack in the Box location for their incredible kindness and customer service. Every single visit, the staff is cheerful, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about how they treat people. They’re fast, efficient, and still manage to be warm and courteous — which is not easy in a busy environment. This team deserves recognition because they consistently go above and beyond. I will gladly drive across town to this location to get the better service! Thank yall!
When I have gone there the food has always been fresh and, special orders correct. People have been kind. Inside needs some work but staff is great. Food quality is wonderful.
From 1970 until the current time, there's just something about Jack in the Box Tacos that I can't simply resist. My decision is usually whether to buy 3, 6, or 9 when I stop by. There are not anything like a good Mexican taco but it satisfies my hunger. And I usually use the drive through for convenience since I'm normally in a hurry or taking a trip.
Actually a little Christmas Eve tradition we have of picking up some burgers here. Customer service was fabulous, professional and friendly. Food was as ordered and very timely. Well done to the crew operating the store on Christmas Eve at around 7pm.
My friend and I had a very pleasant drive through experience here. The young lady working the window explain how we could upgrade our meals but didn't push us with a hard sell. My friend asked what type of drinks did they have and the young lady working the window told her she could have hundreds of combinations with the store's special drink machine. She repeated the order back in a very friendly tone and asked if we would like a few more moments to pick a desert or a shake, rather than rush us through the line. Our food was ready very very quickly and everything tasted hot and fresh and we knew it had not been sitting there for moments beforehand. A great job was done by all at this location and I would definitely return there again for a great lunch. Both the size of our burgers and our fries were disappointing for the price, but again they were delicious!!
Very good food. It was slower than waiting for Christmas-time to come back......waiting in the long line at the Drive-through. Took me 25 minutes waiting in line before the line moved up enough that I was finally able to place my order. I received my food exactly as it was ordered!
The food is ok. Personally love their burritos. Customer service can be a bit lacking at time but fast food isn't known for courtesy. Be honest it's a decent place. Reason the reviews are tipping negative is because most people who write reviews do so to complain. The average customer won't have a problem. Worth a try if you just want a snack or a quick meal.
It was actually really good. The service was great. The gentleman who took my order was super courtesy and professional. I only wish the curly fries would have been cooked a little longer. Besides that I will be back!
The first time, although it was late at night, was a success, I loved the food and my order ready in a short time, but the second time they had nothing I wanted to order and that was earlier than that first time.
The servers here are so nice. It was busy, so I was asked to move from the drive-through to the front to wait for my order. I was only there for a couple of minutes, I watched a gentleman preparing my order, and when he was done, he brought it to my car, apologizing for taking so long. He did not take a long time, and he still apologized. Many places try to make you feel that they are doing you a favor when they do their job. This is not the case here. I will be back! Thanks, Jack!
Instead of going through the drive through, I went in to place an order to go. The employees were very prompt and helpful with a smile on their face. It took a while for the order to get ready, but the drive thru was very busy
Food is pretty much the same, but still enjoyable, I think I enjoyed being around the staff more than eating. Lol. We were greeted, we were asked a few times during our meal if everything was good, we were even asked after we left if everything was good and if there was anything we needed. I believe it was the manager on duty at the time that asked these questions.
One of a few places that was open Christmas night. That crew was almost on point. My order was correct but the food wasn't fresh. The family before me had been waiting 17 minutes for their order. Otherwise they were getting things out promptly. We will give them another chance in the future.
Workers really handled the Christmas chaos that came with being the only food chain open in town. Cars were literally wrapped around the parking lot, inside was full, kitchen was jammed packed with workers. They handled it all pretty well considering!
Small inside, seating was available but tables were not clean. I placed order and got drink then they never called my ticket for food. Asked about my ticket and they had closed it. They did however get me my food.
Jumbo Jack was just ok. Veggies were soggy. Fries were cold and tough. Tacos needed sauce.
Not sure this is a problem but I ordered a Sourdough Jack but got an Ultimate Bacon Cheese Burger instead. But I ate it anyway. The rest of the order was correct but the 2 tacos we ordered were VERY LITE on everything. I guess the increase in prices don't cover food cost well enough to keep them as they were. Or the 🍔 upgrade happens more than I thought.
It's OK. The staff is super friendly, just not super speedy. It could have been the time of day but there was no other vehicles in the drive thru. I still had to pull around and wait for my one burger. Food was good
Wait time is always so long. Every time we’ve went it’s been 15+ minutes wait time and even 30+ minutes a few times. Definitely don’t get Door Dash orders from here, you’ll be here forever. They frequently forget items as well. They also look very overwhelmed most of the time. Not really friendly but not completely rude either. Needs better/more management and employees.
The lady in drive-thru was incredibly rude, shouting through the speaker when she became impatient with us. They also made not only one, but both of the burgers I ordered wrong. The only redeeming factor of my visit was that the food was brought to us very quickly.
The lady who took our order at the speaker named Jamie was extremely rude , rushing us through our order after she stopped responding multiple times. Then she was cursing over the speaker i’m assuming she thought her mic was muted. The food was hot and fresh but nobody wants to order their food and be cursed at. The manager and his assistant that were there were extremely apologetic but someone needs to handle Jamie because that is completely unacceptable.
Waited 16 mins in drive thru. 5 mins in line then over 10 in front area for fries they say we're being made. Funny that the ones I got were not fresh or hot. This location is always very slow, even if it's not busy.
Used mobile ordering through the drive through. 7-9 minute order prep time. I arrived 12 minutes later and the order wasn't prepared. After 2 or 3 minutes I was asked to pull around to wait for the order. 20 minutes later someone came out and said "I'm not sure if this is correct, but here you go" and walked away. Used the bathroom, toilet didn't flush properly, door was broken, and water was dripping from rain leaking through the ceiling. Rude staff, cold food, bathrooms disgusting. Health department got a call as I left Waco to return home.
I doordash a lot, usually at night, and I hate coming to this place to pick up an order. The service is crap, some of the people there are very rude. There was one night, I was in the drive thru behind a lady in a truck. I thought she was placing an order so I waited. I waited for more that 15 mins, thinking the drive thru was having some kind of issue. Nope, the lady in the truck was there to demand a refund. I had to call the store to ask them to check on the lady. The employee asked the lady to drive up. I told them I had a doordash order and when I pulled up behind the truck lady, they were in the middle of an argument about what to do about the lady's order that was wrong. Another 8-10 minutes go by of them arguing. She didn't get anything, not even an apology, and drove off. One of the employees was talking about her as though he knew her and it wasn't flattering. I just wanted to get the order and make my delivery but the employees took another 2 or 3 minutes to talk about that lady. I was fuming but pushed it down. I needed that order to make my tips. Wasted time is wasted money and it always happens at jack in the box during the night shift. The day shift was much better. The employees were more courteous, fast, and engaged customers quickly and gave me updates on the order. This is the same store on Bosque, next to HEB. The day crew made the order quickly and I was out the door within 10 minutes, maybe less. They even wished me a safe drive, with a smile.
Food was good but the service was horrible, they couldn’t get my order right made me wait plus there was hair in my food just disgusting and also a lady worker had a horrible attitude.
Place is far from clean, soda machine only had like 2 choices. Sprays everywhere, food was fresh and good. Took awhile for someone to take my order and I went in . Parking lot is dark and creepy. Definitely not a place to get out and go in. But I did see how gross the kitchen is.
Before leaving this review, I stopped in at this Jack in the Box location, three times. Each time, I got something different to eat and a different experience. What was consistent though, is their wait time. No matter if there was no one in the drive thru or within the store. It took quite a while before my food was given to me. The first two times I went, the food was fresh and the customer service was good. But the third time, the customer service was okay and my food was cold and stale as if it was waiting for a while before given to me. I couldn't really enjoy my meal like I expected to. It seems like the experience varies based off the time of day, who's working, and how they feel. I don't see myself returning.
Went through today and got a quick Mother's Day breakfast... However, we didn't get to eat! The sandwiches had mold growing on them. Luckily, we checked or food before eating it. After that, we didn't even bother trying the burrito. On the bright side, the coffee and hash browns were ok 🤷. Not wanting to bash the staff, just bringing this up so customers will check their food before eating. Receipt posted!
Both my burgers had hard and rubbery bread. I specifically get the buttery jack because the bread is soft. My burger should not be standing up on it’s side bun and all 🙃
Placed an online order drove to pick it up, am first told (with terrible attitude) someone had picked up my order, after figuring out that my order hadn't come through to them, I waited patiently for them to fulfill my order only not to receive the entire order, it was just a side of white rice but that what my child enjoys. After going through the drive through again, I was starred down by this woman who clearly had a big problem with me. I was never less than polite or patient.
Ordered with Uber eats and when the driver arrived at the location they were very rude to him and didn’t give him all my order. We found that out once he arrived to me so he was willing to go back and get half of the order I was missing. By the time he left I started opening what I did have and it was all made wrong and hard and cold. When he got back the second time he stated that the lady was arguing with him about how she didn’t see that I had fries on her screen and didn’t want to give them to him but he had it on his phone that I did have fries. She finally gave them to him and was having an attitude the whole time. I kept trying to call to notify someone that he was coming back in general but no one would answer. This isn’t the first time that I have had issues with the night crew and I have spoke with a manager about this situation. This defiantly was not worse the $40 I paid
Ordered 2 smash burgers combo,received wrong order,lived 2 far to go back , the food tasted like it set under the heat lamp all day, the bread was tough and the fries were old.
Didn't realize till after I got my food, that this is the only jack in the box I've been too in central Texas that charges for any sauce. Lady at the drive thru dang near threw my food at me, like she was in a huge rush, with noone else in the restaurant, and I was the only one in line at 1pm..... Horrible service, and also got the wrong order, and she never gave me my receipt, even after I asked for it. I'm just gunna have to stop coming here. I've never had a good experience at this location.
Orders are always a miss here, end up paying more than what I asked for. Will just go to a better location from now on.
My husband and I went lastnight to get some food for our Little family the woman on the that took our order was very Rude not proper at all we didn’t even get a welcome to jack in a box can I take your order instead we got a Go ahead and a lot of ummms and a lot of what you say instead of excuse me what was that we also asked for cup holders and the lady that took our order response was we don’t got none how in the world does a fast food place not have cup holders? Another time we went and they said they were closed so my question is what time is closing time? Very bad employees! Either hire new employees that want to work or shut down this jack in the box never going again and also our curly fires were very hard!
The lady who was working today at 9:40 was the worst. We asked for a few combo meals and tacos and when we went to the window we asked if the tacos were added and she said that She was not going to make any more tacos because they had already made over 200 that night already with the ugliest attitude and customer service. Will not come here again.
Ordered thru doordash twice. The first time I ordered a burger and curly fries and I woke up with an upset stomach and vomited the meal. My mom wanted to order from here so I decided to just stick with the tacos the 2nd time. My dasher waited in line for almost an hour just to be given the wrong meal. I ordered tiny tacos,2 tacos,churros,cheesecake,and curly fries and a large coffee. Instead I received 6 onion rings,2 jr.cheese burgers,and 2 small coffees + a bunch of syrup/strawberry jelly/grape jelly??? I was only able to get back $20 from the $29 I spent on doordash. Waste of money and time for both my dasher and I . Last time I visited in person we were asked to pull to the front and after about 10 minutes of waiting the cashier finally comes out to give us our meal while she’s loudly arguing on the phone. Definitely won’t visit/order from this location again. Idk if it’s just lazy workers or you guys are just understaffed/stressed but this store needs some help.
This place literally had me worst 1 HOUR and 30 MINUTES!!! Bad customer service!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I'm very disappointed with this Jack-n-The Box on Bosque Rd. in Waco. The older lady who might be a night manager is slow, rude, and very unprofessional. When you order your food, do not expect a warm greeting, but instead, expect a person to take their time to acknowledge you while waiting in line in the drive-thru. Whoever works the drive thru behaves like they are being rushed and are annoyed that you want to place your order. There's no professional customer service. People there act like they're at home talking to their own family members instead of paying customers. My advice is to either hire new people, train them appropriately, or close this particular fast food restaurant down because the service there is flat out appalling. There is a sign there that shows who the district manager is, the name is Amanda Brown. I'm going to send an email to her to share my complaint.
Went through the drive-thru line at the Jack in the Box on Bosque in Waco Tx I ordered the New BBQ BACON TRIPLE CHEESE burger, need to say order was completely wrong. I called this location an attendant was completely discourteous to me as if I was either lying about the food I had purchased, once she realize she had made a mistake an given me the wrong order she then placed right sandwich in bag that had been sitting there for as long as it took me to come back. Need to say sandwich was not fresh the sandwich was horrible, she should have replaced the entire order fresh.
If I could, I would give it a 0 star! The employee named Tanya was very rude and ghetto! Walk inside around 9:40 pm to pick my online order and was told by her that it was closed when it says they closed at 10 pm. She then said that there was no order when in fact my card was charged and not only that I was able to see my order on the screen. Then she told me to leave and go pick up my order through the the drive thru that they were short on staff. She was extremely rude, very bad customer service!!! Will not be coming back here!
Waited 45 minutes for our drive through order, waiting at the front. There were 3 different cars waiting at the front at one point and we were the first to wait. Worker came by 2 times with wrong orders that weren't ours and didn't want to take my receipt to show him what I had ordered. Everyone else got their orders besides us and we continued to wait. I finally went into the lobby and told them that we were still waiting on our order and the same worker gave me attitude knowing very well we were still out there waiting. He was rude and told me to speak up, cutting me off before I could even finish my sentence. Order was still wrong when he handed it to me but by then I was already over it and left. Never coming back to this place again.
All I'm going to say is just go and check it out for yourself. You might understand why I have it at a 1 star.
This is the worst fast-food experience I've ever had in my life. I was trying out different burger chains to mix things up a bit and for a couple of days, I was really enjoying this Jack in the Box close to the local Target. The parking's a bit too tight for comfort but the food was fast and filled my need for burgers but not today. I entered the restaurant and the first thing I noticed was the counter was a mess, covered with soda packs for the dumb soda machine with the touchscreen. I ordered my typical double meat with only onions and ketchup and when I got it, it had cheese! I told the lady no cheese but she said she didn't hear me say "no cheese." I made sure to say no cheese this time because they made the exact same mistake last time I ate there. Anyways, the meal went fine and then I left but I started feeling a bit nauseous. I needed to use the toilet and whatever they fed me gave me diarrhea! I was feeling so sick I needed to use my toilet twice because of whatever it was they put in my meal. I'm not going to eat at this Jack in the Box again. I've been there a few times long ago and it was dirty & cramped then and it's still dirty & cramped now.
Could have gone to a sit down restaurant and finished eating the entire meal before I even got my food from this “fast” food place. Slow and rude, the end.
Spent over 30 minutes waiting for food just ended up Because I had no time left do not come to this location if you want breakfast or you want food cause you might as well go home and cook yourself because it’ll take you 45 minutes to get anything from these people
Play one of the worst Jack in the boxes I've ever been to I'm doing a delivery for doordash and how do I make an order for me while I'm having to wait to the long line anyways it was like I can't order for me I'll have to go back to the Lions second time that's ridiculous and unnecessary waste of time
Worst jack in the box I ever been to. It was dead with nobody in line, they got me order wrong so I had to go back n get the curly fries they didn't put in my munchie meal, when I got my fries they burnt. I asked for 2 extra orders of tacos and only got the tacos that came with the munchie meal. I'll never go back to this location.
The night shift crew is polite, BUT that being said they were on their cell phones not paying attention to orders. Order was wrong and drinks were flat. Food was cold like the order had been made hours prior and was sitting wrapped in a warmer. 40 bucks down the drain. Don't eat here. Save your money.
Man this is the 2nd time I DoorDash and you guys just hand out any order to them doordashers, you guys need to be on point or pay attention this is ridiculous! And fix that phone cause I know you guys make enough money to pays the phone bill, I couldn’t even get in contact you guys, this is the very last time I ever eat or order anything from you guys ! And yes corporate will hear about this see if they can come and retrain or close this place down, honestly pathetic!
I always order the same breakfast burrito and add hash brown. Never had a problem adding hash brown and today when I ordered the same burrito that I ordered almost once a week the lady that took my order told me she couldn’t put the hash brown in the burrito OK that’s fine then I get to the window. She rudely tells me to go to the front and when I say excuse me because I can barely hear she just looks at me. Worst service ever probably will stop coming here now.
The first time I ordered here the cashier who attended me rushed me through my order and seemed in a mood like she didn’t want to be there (which I understand as I work too, but at least be appropriate towards others and she wasn’t). She was rude, had a mean voice tone, and just rushed and quickly dismissed me like get out of here kind of vibe. I didn’t review then because I figured she was having a bad day and shrugged it off. Several weeks later, I decide to give this place another try, as I enjoy Jack in the box. However, this cashier was rude as well and didn’t bother to show simple, friendly customer service. The guy who gave us our food displayed the same behavior. The staff here needs some customer service training or at least basic people skills. They’re all just rude. My order was messed up as well and they left out my utensils, but I just didn’t even bother going back because of the service. I learned to try elsewhere instead. By the way, I as a customer talked to the staff politely and appropriately, so their behavior was totally unnecessary.
What pissed me off the most was that I ordered x Bacon Double Smashed Jack Combo Extra Smashed Patty and no pickles with cheese! But when I tasted the food, I found pickled cucumbers and cheese! I was not given the coke in the set meal I ordered the OREO® Ultimate Cookie Bar and it was not found. The extra pearls added with the bubble milk tea were not added to me. Then I want to know. I paid to add them. Why were they not added to me? identical sauce I added sauce to my order and the sauce was not found. I asked the staff on site and was told it was all here. I was so frustrated with the staff's response and attitude that I would not be able to jack in the box in one visit.
UPDATE: Its been 6 months and the still do not have a refund! Eat here at your own risk but i am very disporting in the management and service at this location. Went to go get dinner after a long day of work. Placed the order on the app, showed up at the store and was informed they are shutting down for the night 11:16 pm and will not cook any meals even if you did place it on the app. I requested a refund, I was informed that I can call back tomorrow and try to get my money back but they aren't going to try to help me and close the window.
This place is horrible. I used to go to this location in the mornings for breakfast. I quit going because the food and service was horrible. I thought I would try it again this morning, nothing has changed. I am usually the only person when I have gone. They can't even toast the breads for breakfast sandwiches that are supposed to be toasted. The bread is just dripping with butter/oil. Hashbrowns are so greasy and soggy. By the time I get to work, the sack that the food came in has so much grease in it from the food. I will no longer be going to this place. You would think after all these years and so many complaints, the upper management would do something about these issues.
Terrible service Three Years Later: Hard to believe, but this place has managed to stay consistently terrible. The woman working Thursday night was rude and acted like she hated her life. She is clearly not suited for customer service. Management should be embarrassed to allow this person to be a representative of the store and the brand. If this is the best standard you’re willing to accept, it’s no wonder this location has such a bad reputation.

Ordered one burger meal and another burger on the app before going to this location during my girlfriend’s lunch break. They told me to pull to the front and they’d bring it out because they were refilling the lemonade. There were only two cars ahead of me who got served and left and one car that came after I was waiting who ordered and got three bags and left. I was waiting for about 30 minutes when I finally went in to check on my food. There were two women at the registers counting money and neither said anything to me until after they counted all of the change another worker looked at me and then walked off. Eventually the lady at the register spoke to me and then asked the manager about my order. My order had apparently been ready but no one brought it out to me even though two other people had gotten their orders brought out to them while I waited. My lemonade was warm not even room temp and my fries were not in the bag. My girlfriend was late getting back to work and then I went back and waited another 10 minutes for fries. Worst fast food experience of my life.
I was at this location twice today once to get dinner for my daughter after school and the wait time was ridiculous and the food wasn't even that hot when we got it. And then I was there a second time after my son got done with his practice and I ordered through the app and when I pulled up to let them know that I was there through the drive-thru line I was told that their girl was down and they couldn't refund me my money so now I'm stuck waiting for somebody to call me and hopefully I can get my money back. This location used to be amazing and now it is honestly trash and I really think they should close it.
When my family and I first arrived we heard screaming there were 2 employees arguing and cussing really loud being very vulgar up front. After 5-10 mins the lady took our order but was dry and just rude, the other guy she was arguing with was also super rude when I asked him for a cup. They need customer service skills!!!! 3/21 at 10pm
Cashier was nice but we didn’t get our food for over 45 minutes. A family of FOUR! Last time we come here. I don’t care that it’s closer to where we are. I would rather drive across town in the middle of a tornado than come here again. Seriously disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe my feelings.
Most times I'm there, at least once a week, I get good service. Last time I was there, lady at the window was rude and so was the manager who asked me what the problem was. The problem was simple. They gave me a small iced coffee instead of a large like I paid for. Got to work and it was basically sweet milk. Didn't even taste the coffee. Poured it out. Normally, they're wonderful there....not this day.
I had called ahead of time to make sure they had shakes so I didn’t drive 15 minutes there and then they tell me they couldn’t make any. Someone answered the phone and I asked them. They said they could make them, and then just hung up on me after saying so, a little annoyed at this point but hey an Oreo shake makes the pain go away and all that. I drive the 15 minutes there just for them to then tell me they couldn’t make any shakes which is the whole reason I called before hand. I can understand not wanting to clean the machine or whatever but don’t tell people that you can make them just to then say you can’t. Honestly fuming over this mainly cause of the 30 minutes total I wasted.
Just watched two employees get off work, walk outside, pour cans into their cups, and throw the cans on the ground before driving away.
I waited in line over 30 minutes for a grape soda. I would have left if I would had access to get out of the line. I asked about service recovery for the extreme wait and was told there was none. I was told that only two people had been scheduled to work and he just got there...was the only time he could get there. This occurred during the Saturday 6:30 pm evening rush. This was a horrendous service experience and I will not be returning to Jack-in-the-box for anything. Additionally, my beverage was watered down by the time I received it. Management at this location needs to be reviewed.
Avoid this location if at all possible. This is the third time in a row that our food has been incorrect. After ordering and paying for food, we were instructed to drive around to the front of the building to wait for our food, even though no one else was in line behind us. After waiting for 15 minutes, a worker came out and tossed 4 crumpled bags of food into our vehicle window and walked away quickly, without a word. Not a single item of food was correct, and all of the food was lukewarm at best. Both of the workers we interacted with acted like they couldn't care less to be there, or about customer service.
Avoid this location. They were completely out of drinks. I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with everything and it just had mayo. I basically paid $9 for a $2 burger with no drinks or fries. Poorly run. If you're out of everything, put your closed sign up and shut down.
Nasty customer service at this location. I visited 12/21/24 @around 6:30 am, the drive through worker clearly had something heavy on her mind and didn’t want to be bothered with her job at “Jack in the box”!!!!! And my tacos was cold and stale. I will never return there again.
The young lady who helped me was very nice, however, she handed me a cold cup of coffee which I believe was from the day before. It took 25 minutes to get my order, and then there was something on the bun! So needless to say I did not eat it, what a waste of money!
I made a mobile order to pick up and for some reason the inside was closed even though they had zero customers at the time and they gave me someone else’s order that wouldn’t have made up what I spent on lunch. This is the one Jack in the Box I genuinely don’t like going to anymore because of so many mistakes made on their end no matter when I’ve gone since I’m hoping they’d get better but never do.
I WAS VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE TACO'S AT JACK IN THE BOX??? IF IT WASNT SO DISGUSTING, IT WOULD BE A JOKE??? IF THEY ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU APPROXIMATELY A TABLESPOON OF PASTEY WHIPPED MEAT...??? WHY DO THEY USE A 5 INCH TACO SHELL?? JUST PUT THE TABLESPOON OF MEAT IN A TINY PAPER CUP LIKE THE ONES THEY USE IN THE HOSPITAL TO HAND YOU YOUR PILLS??? OR JUST START MAKING PLASTIC DISPOSABLE TABLESPOONS, AND COVER THE SPOON WITH SARAN WRAP!! BE ENVIROMENTALLY RESPONSABLE AND QUIT WASTING THE CORN USED TO MAKE THE TACO SHELLS?! 😞
it's always the morning crew with all these reviews how with lesser skills deck dealing with customer service cant receive my order without someone getting their order first, that was way behind me in line. very passive aggressive attitudes.
We had to wait for our food I think like 45 min we ordered 3 grimlen boxes and 3 large drinks my first time going there well hungry let's go here it's closer
I ordered two Munchie meals there was barely any fries they didn't even come in the boxes they were supposed to come in I guess so they scam u. And we didn't receive the two tacos for one of them that we ordered. And we upgraded our drinks for large for $0.20 more and we got a medium didn't want to go back because of gas. Somebody needs to retrain these people
I can't say that I will ever return again, for the prices to be high as they are I should have hot food and not have to wait just to get cold food and for the order to be completely wrong. I truly understand why my food was rushed and wrong when I saw the staff sitting outside after messing up my order, they were ready to take their break so that's why my food was wrong.
I normally don’t leave reviews but this location has just continued to get worse. Me and my husband always order late night snacks, this certain situation has happened more than once, we get breakfast sandwiches with no buns. If you are out of something just don’t make anymore instead of half way doing it. Something definitely needs to change at this location
