This is one of my favorite pieces places I love Pizza Hut it's only one or two places that I will eat pizza from and this is one of them

One of the pizzas that was supposed to be thin crust, was hand tossed. My husband who is diabetic wasn't able to eat it because of the carb count. I called today to make them aware of the issue and see if they wanted me to bring it back. Yvette, the Manager was so kind. No only was she apologetic, but gave me a credit for that pizza! #Kindness. I couldn't leave the conversation without complementing the chef Ms. Kris! Last night's Pepperoni, and breadsticks were 🤌🏾#Chef'sKiss AH-MAZING! The bread was crispy/flakey, yet soft in the middle. The breadsticks were seasoned, hot, & fresh! We have pizza once a week, and I have NEVER had it taste like this before! Kris, keep it up! Love my Pizza Hut!

It's been awhile since I ordered from this Pizza Hut, because their service sucks and they don't follow instructions well. Thought I'd give it another try and should've let sleeping dogs lie. I was really hoping this pizza hut made some improvements because they are closer, however the experience is worse. I ordered the dinner box meat lovers and substituted the sausage for chicken however my pizza have sausage on it. I checked the receipt just to make sure I did request the change and yes 1 Itl Sausage plain as day. What did it for me is the rudeness and lack of customer service of the delivery driver. If you hate your job please quit.

When I handed over $1, I was told there was an additional 7 cents for tax—delivered with a smirk—requiring yet another trip to my car. This experience was not about the money; it was about the complete lack of respect, professionalism, and basic customer service. The attitude of the staff made it feel as though I was burdening them rather than being a paying customer. This level of service is unacceptable for any business, especially a national brand. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

I placed an order online 30 minutes prior to picking up 2 personal pan pizzas. When I arrived there was no one tending the counter. I waited five minutes and no one walked up. I could see two employees in the back and called out several times but was ignored. It wasn't until another customer walked in that someone walked up to the front. I had waited over 10 minutes by then. If it wasn't for the fact that I had payed before hand AND added a tip, I would have left and gone to the pizza hut on northpark.
