TGI Fridays

Arrived @Fridays around 5:30pm. When we walked in we didn't see anyone around to seat us but after about 5 minutes someone showed and took us right in to be seated. We had the long Island ice tea, water, sweet tea, the bucket of bones and the cajun and shrimp pasta. I was quite surprise since my experience at another location was not good with the food. They have truly changed their menu. The was exceptional good. Our waiter was on point and so was my drink. I think Jason was his name. Lighting can be improved since it's a little dark in there. For a couple it may be fine but not with kids.

Our server Chad was absolutely fantastic! He was welcoming, checked in us, and was very friendly. My appetizer was the warm pretzels and beer cheese dipping sauce. It was delicious. My entree was their famous sesame jack chicken strips. They were yummy. Love the look of the restaurant especially the wall with different facts about the company. If you are visiting Disney or Old Town in Florida then absolutely try this location and ask for Chad as your server.

Karaoke Wednesdays!!! Incredible time! The foods is so freshly prepared. Loved the drink options. Appetizers are Amazing. The restroom was clean. The servers were all incredibly friendly and they seem to really get along with each other! The place seems really relaxed!!! T.G.I. Friday's thank you for the fun we had! 🤗🥰🤪👍🏽😊😍👽 If you are visiting on a Wednesday, keep your drinks with you at all times. If you leave it at table someone might take it away and no one knows how to handle this situation. I just left restaurant after that. Period!! Still had fun but.

The host/server showed us to the table and asked for our beverage orders whilst giving us menus. Our server then gave us ample time for our meal selections. I ordered the “Choose 3 Appetizers” ($19.09) and my husband ordered the Ribs, accompanied with Cole Slaw and French Fries. (Price unknown; it was priced @ least $20 or so). My word—we dug right in our meal(s)! Very delicious! Our server did a fine job; my husband had a hard time understanding him; since I’m fluent in talking fast, I had no problem hearing & understand (ha ha). There was another party of guests when we departed. We practically had the restaurant to ourselves. Great place, Delish food. Perfect-o!

Were in town for a business trip and went for a late lunch around 3:00. Honestly we were a little hesitant because outside of building is older and not updated, but we went in and there was 1 gentleman who was seating, taking orders, taking payments, bringing food, etc. He was smiling and our order was perfect and the food was great. Came out hot and we ordered a few things special and they were all correct. Would definitely go again for food quality.

The food was great and so was the service. The restaurant was very clean. Our sever Thomas was awesome. He was funny and made sure our drinks were always full. We even returned the following day. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Eating at Fridays is a tradition for us when we travel since they closed all the locations near our home. It was a favorite date for my wife and I when we were first married. We went to this location on a family vacation hoping for a fun family dinner and they totally delivered. It was clear they were a little short staffed but they were friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. It was exactly the evening we hoped for!

I haven’t been to a T.G.I. Friday’s in years so I was excited to try it out again. Everything was amazing. The general manager was very friendly and helpful. The potato skins were literally the best one’s I’ve ever had!! I definitely recommend going here

Good food, it took a littke long for the table but the service was great!

Due to the times we are living right now it was pretty good ... The service and the way the are handling the situation was up to standards ... The menu was limited but then again understandable due to the situation ... The food was good and hot and everything that we ordered was right to the point .. very very delicious ... the music that was playing was good too ... I have gone to other Fridays and the music is either soft rock or country (not that i have anything against country music) but there is more diversity nowadays so the music selection I think it was up to everyone liking

Always a fun place to gather to eat and drink. Good food. Wings were a bit small but tasty.

I have had everything from wings to steak and ribs and the best option is still the apps. The drinks are actually really good! If you stop in ask for "Waylon" "fresh" or "Thomas" they make the best drinks and have excellent costumer service.

Even the fries were delicious & I'm a fry foodie! Had to get a drink on my vacation so decided on the Ocean Oasis, which was amazing! Comfortable atmosphere, too. I only wish we had one😒

I recently visited TGI Fridays with my boyfriend , and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was okay—not extraordinary but still decent. However, one standout dish was the potstickers. They were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and an absolute reorder for me. If you visit, I highly recommend trying them! The menu offers a good variety, and while my main meal was enjoyable, it didn’t particularly stand out compared to the potstickers. On the other hand, the cocktails were fantastic. I had the royal LIT. They were crafted with precision, bursting with flavor, and incredibly refreshing. It’s clear the bar staff knows their craft, and the drinks truly elevated the experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a casual yet inviting vibe that makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal or drinks with friends. It felt like the kind of place where anyone could feel comfortable, whether stopping by for a quick bite or spending a leisurely evening. What really stood out was the service. Our server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great time. Our server was amazing. On top of everything!!! Food was good. My Philly was a little dry but very tasteful. The burgers and chicken sandwich were amazing according to my family. The Mac n cheese was AMAZING!!!!!! (9 year old daughters description) will be visiting again. The apple butter BBQ was good, a little too heavy on the apple butter in my opinion. Still very flavorful

The food was pretty good. The atmosphere was ok, not that many customers, so it's was pretty dead. We almost left but decided to stay and eat. It was close to our resort. The glazed ribs were tender but the sauce was sweet.

We stopped in for a drink from the bar. Our bartender was wonderful. Very attentive. I was surprised it was so empty for a Sunday afternoon.

Food was good and filling however in the hour we were in the reasurant there are at least 3 tables full of dirty dishes, and service seems slow and a little less friendly than what we have had experienced in the 2 weeks we have been here.

When first sat was greeted by server, took order and drinks. After a while a different server came with our drinks.. forgetting one out of four of them. After a while we received 3/4 meals. Saying had to wait for kids meal still. One order was sliders, they were charbroiled. One order was a flat bread and was made incorrectly. Nothing wrong with the third order. The kids meal was undercooked burgers and cold fries. The correct order was endless apps and had long wait times in between them the restaurant is not even busy at all the time we came at 12:00 am on a Wednesday

The plates are honestly too big for the tables our waiter had to put stuff on the ledge next to us. It was super dead but the service was pretty slow. The food was decent but not really worth the price. The whiskey glaze was pretty good though.

Understaffed and dirty. Our server did his best but the place was gross. I'm just hoping the kitchen was better than what we could see. The food was luke warm at best. The bathroom was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The only good thing was the server and the cold beer.

Honestly, My family and I were and still are on vacation. We all decided to go out to T.G.I Fridays only to have a close to near awful experience. After the stress of just moving we all needed a relaxing break so we thought this would work out in our favor but honestly it didn't. The waitor was highly inattentive to our needs. We waited ten minutes for him to even greet is. He was very friendly at first but the whole night went down hill after the pleasantries were all said and done. He didn't pre-bus the table so we were surrounded by clusters of plates, He didn't write our orders down on paper which i know some servers are capable of but something so simple like drinks he ended up messing up in the beginning. He was hardly around (granted it was busy but not that busy) we waited patiently for him but after having our food come out wrong causing us to get the manager which we then complained about the lack of attentiveness she brough us our refills. A manager shouldn't have to be asked for simple refills especially since a waitor or waitress was suppose to be paying attention to their table. Now another topic must be discussed.. The food. When you walk into a restaurant a foundation of trust is there well T.G.I.F broke mine. I didn't have a problem with my food since I ordered a salad but my family ordered steaks and shrimp pasta with modifications.. Well the steak was undercooked, the shrimp was raw, they forgot to take out the shrimp and replace it with chicken instead on my fathers dish, the fries were cold. The manager had to retake the steaks and shrimp back into the kitchen to recook or replace them. Well, she really didn't see the problem with the steaks yet she was the kitchen manager. My father, at a different restaurant works as a kitchen manager, he could tell the steak was under cooked for what my mother ordered. My family was very unhappy with their food as well as service. My friends mother , who happened to be with us, cancelled an order for shrimp she placed on her two for twenty dish mainly for the fact the kitchen was slow as well as her displeasure for being handed raw shrimp yet we were still charged for the shrimp she never ate. Thankfully we had a nice employee who happened to be working in the same area we were eating at. I want to assume that he was a busser or a host but I'm not sure and unfortunately we didn't get his name. He was just a very sweet and friendly youngman who was very willing to help us out when our waitor was no where to be seen. He gathered is silverware when we were never handed any, he helped us with many simple yet tedious tasks since he was not our server. We tipped him kindly though for his work. After this whole charade that we call dinner.. We got comped five dollars off of the meal.. Very... Displeased.

If u go on a night like tonight which it really was not packed plenty of open tables expect mediocre service a manager who is unapologetic and lastly either your meal to be incorrect or dry as hell I ordered a salad and the chicken was Soo dry it was ridiculous although my children ate my husband and I took our food to go as it did not arrive to the table until 45 minutes after our children's all for it to be wrong I asked that the food be packed to go and that too forever then I asked an alternative server where I can pay as the check was just put on the table without anything being said and I was told my server had to check me out because heaven for I'd the lazy bastard would have charged my card after we waited for 1 hr and 45 minutes for food oh and my daughter's Fry's were soooo salty and the waitress tried to tell us they come that way I left a tip for two reasons 1 my OCD makes me when I'm balancing and 2 because I was a waitress before (although I was well trained and never left to insult anyone's intelligence) and needed those tips to survive after finally...our spinach dip came out by a member of the kitchen immediately saying it would be comped due to the our wait on it but I'm sure it was just comped because of their stale chips. Only "highlight" was that we recognized "von" lmL

Sometimes I’m so amazed by how such popular places like Fridays can treat you so bad, and just allow to serve you such a bad quality food. Dishes looked totally different that shows on the menu. And tasted just blah... like their ‘all time favorite’ chicken wings, they just little pieces of dried up bones. Or this egg roll...would you eat that? Blue moon was the best part of our meal :)

When ordering house salad with breadstick wanted to upcharge me for breadstick when it was included. Had to ask for silverware. Then breadstick was fried not baked. Who needs all that grease. Always known breadsticks to be baked and not fried. Got 100 worth of gift cards. Never again. Been here two times a and and both times not a good experience. This place used to be really good in the past but not anymore. Maybe new management who knows but beware and double check your charges so you are not overcharged. They also have no idea what very very light on the sauce means. I got my wings swimming in hot sauce when I asked for very very light on the sauce

Skip this place. Went in, sat at bar, ignored for 20 minutes. Learned that the bar tender, only one, was serving the whole place. I had 5 long islands and left feeling like I had only one. Very weak drinks. We left with a dessert to go and we found later it was wrong. Also got baby back ribs to go and the pic is the amount of Cole slaw we got that went with it. About 1 heaping table spoon (the pic makes the cup look big because I got so close with the camera, but it's about the size of a small cup you get when you get ketchup to go from some place). We wondered why this place wasn't really that busy because we're from out of town. We thought we got really lucky because everywhere else was so busy (being so close to Disney, etc.), but no, I know why now. Do yourself a favor and just go a little further out from this place.

Did not follow instructions! Asked for season fries and got burned, uneatable onion rings instead. Also asked for BBQ sauce and Alfreda sauce on the side and received none.

Food wasn’t at take out area you now have to wait for someone to bring your food out to you ! Ordered a side of shrimp with my salmon and paid 7.00 for 6 baby shrimp very dissatisfied with my order will bring shrimp back for a refund !!

Terrible Service... a server told us they were open, but had a lot of Doordash and GrubHub orders. Place was empty... We waited for 15 minutes (a couple was behind us too, waiting and they left), while 3 servers and a bartender stared at us... Noone came to help... We thought, after big letters that displayed "Dine In" we'd be welcomed, but guess not... I don't recommend going here if you're hungry, or looking for a place to sit down. Clearly "Friday's" is not ready for service or needs the business...

If I could be able to put a zero I’ll definitely put that rate. Or even better: If I could turn back time and decide not to go there I would. It’s the most messy, disgusting and irresponsible place I’ve ever been at!! I’ll definitely tell my friend and family not to go there NEVER. While I was there celebrating a friends bday, we were watching two shows. The first one was when the server spilled the Coca-Cola on a client by mistake and the other show we saw was when one of the customers were complaining and looked very upset about a problem they had with their orders. They were screaming and arguing with the manager! How can it be possible?? Last but mot least, our bill was supposed to be divided in like 7 parts and them the waitress didn’t make it like that she just brought us the whole check with all together, it took too much time for the food to be ready. Horrible experience. Don’t go there.

I can NOT complain about the service! It was very good! However, the Cobb salad had half an egg, a piece of bacon , and 2 pieces of avocado. SAD!! I have never seen in my years of eating chicken wings, a "ball" as pictured. These chickens died in vain (if chicken at all??) Its unacceptable that the quality at different locations is not on point.

Was seated at a 6 person booth and there was 8 people in our group. Finally got our whole table sorted out, ordered our entrees with drinks only to sit for another 25-30 minutes. But it was alright because we were told it was shift change. Keep in mind there where four other customers in the restaurant at the time. The food was terrible. The floors where sticky Only reason for one star is because reviews will not go lower than that.

Food, decent. Wasn't memorable but wasn't terrible. Husband ordered an 8oz steak, definitely looked more like a 6oz. Service - good. No issues there. Restaurant - gross. Everything needs a deep cleaning, tables, floors, booths, ect. And not to mention the restrooms, they were pretty disgusting.

My family and I walked in and there was no hostess nor any waiters or waitresses coming to greet us. We decided to wait because we assumed it was a busy time and we ended up waiting for about 15 minutes simply standing there. Despite many cooks and waitresses making eye contact, we never ended up being seated or even greeted

Went in, I thought they closed at 1am, just wanted a quick beer but he said he already did last call. Found out they closed 30 minutes after I arrived. The worker rudely turned me away. I wouldn’t have minded not getting served but his attitude was poor. So for that never coming back just cause of his attitude and making me feel like it was my fault for not knowing. Do better, it’s easy to be nice.
