This Denny's is one of the best Denny's we had been too. It is one of the newer design restaurant. It had very polite professional staff and was very good. Do not understand why the low ratings because they do not deserve it. I wish our city had a new Denny's the closest one to us is the old design been there for years and food sucked just as bad. Denny's need to build more new ones and get rid of the older design, it reflects on the service and the food that is served.

The food and service here is always good. I had the Value Grand Slam breakfast and a mango smoothie. I didn't have to wait long at all for the food to come out. The smoothie was really nice. That was my first time trying one of the Smoothies there. The dining area was very clean. My waitress was nice and friendly.

My husband and I came for breakfast today and let me tell you the food is way better than I-hop. We only go there because it’s right around the corner from our house.. south Austin . But today we decide to try something different. The service was great our waitress Brandy was awesome and very nice. Fastest we’ve ever had gotten our meal. I got so full I had to take my French toast home 😁

Went with my husband to this location (today) Sunday. It was packed and very busy, but, we didn't have to wait too long for a table. The server was new but very nice, helpful, and attentive. We shared a brioche french toast plate, and a breakfast skillet plate, the photos that I added. The brioche french toast was delicious. The breakfast skillet, I don't remember the name of it, was ok.

I don't think Denny's gets the credit it deserves. The food was good and the service was great. There's not much you can say about the atmosphere of Denny's. Although it's more than a breakfast restaurant that's one of their strong suits. The prices were good for the food that we got.

The service was excellent! Food was great and the waiting time was short. Our waitress (Elizabeth) was always on the move but was always asking if everything was good. Great job Elizabeth! I would defenetly come back. And thank you Elizabeth for the customer service you provide.

Made an online order. It was ready in 20-30 minutes and still hot when I picked it up. Generously packed and gave plenty of utensils, butter, syrup, and my order of an extra egg. They kind of lacked on the hash browns and they could’ve been more crispy, BUT everything else was great. Will be back!

Second attempt to eat here. First try was right after they opened and after an hour wait, we went to IHOP down the street. This visit I was seated within 5 minutes and my order was take almost immediately. Got a bunless double cheeseburger with steak fries and diet soda. My waitress appears to also be the hostess as well, seating people, taking orders. and delivering food to the tables. She was courteous and friendly and was working pretty hard. She did bring me a drink refill just as I finished my first glass. My drink came out in a few minutes . But my food took a while. I waited about 45 minutes which is too long for a simple burger and fries. They also had a lot of orders for pickup siting behind the counter. The inside decor was good but the building seems small for the amount of tables and booths inside. It says the occupancy is 185! Good use of space on their part. They also disinfected and cleaned tables as soon as customers left. Inside tables and floors were very clean. When food finally did start coming out, they brought several table's food out in quick succession, but mot mine. My cheese burger was very good when it finally shows up. This place could be a 4 star but the wait for food is something they need to work out. Not sure what caused this but I feel the wait is excessive compared to other similar style restaurants right down the road.

No waiting. I ordered sirloin steak special. It was med rare instead med well. My salad was supper soggy. It was replaced but it was the same. And get this. The table next to us asked the waitress a question. Her response was I just work here, I don't eat here. I couldn't help but bust out laughing.

Second time eating at this place, service sucked both times, everyone was in the back playing around dropping stuff, my husband and I could have easily walked out and not paid for out meals both times but we stayed and waited for a good 25 minutes both times before someone checked us out. There was three tables dirty when we walked in and still dirty when we left. Food was horrible like they really didn't care to make there customers happy not once did they come check on us. Not coming here again like second time is enough they need better management and team for the night time I know there not much to do but when you have people check on them. Just piss poor.

Was quiet and comfortable nice atmosphere. But the service was a different thing. Once she sat us down brought our drinks she just forgot about us. Our food was brought some time after and it was definitely not what we expected. We ordered a sirloin steak and got some thin, flat peace of meat. Our veggie delight was more of a crispy veggie. Not sure what is was. Told the server about but nothing was done about. Definitely not going to Dennis again.

I had a very disappointing experience on Sunday evening. I waited in the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes for my order. After waiting that long with no movement, I went inside the store to check what was happening. When I went inside, the employees at the front counter were talking to each other instead of helping customers. My order appeared to be ready, but no one was giving it to me. When they noticed I came inside, they walked away from the front desk and avoided facing me. Even when I called out to them, they continued moving around instead of helping or handing over my order. After waiting so long and finally receiving the bag, I left and drove home. When I got home and checked the bag, I realized they had given me the wrong order. It was someone else’s order, not mine. After making me wait more than 20 minutes and then ignoring me inside the store, they still managed to give me the wrong order. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. A drive-thru is supposed to be quick, organized, and accurate. Instead, I experienced long delays, staff ignoring customers, and finally receiving the wrong order. Simply saying “sorry” does not fix this kind of situation. Management seriously needs to look into what happened during that shift and take proper action. This raises serious questions about staff training, responsibility, and customer service standards. Customers should not have to deal with this level of carelessness.

I waited for about 20 minutes just for a straw. Asked for over medium eggs with my meal. They completely forgot my eggs. Brought me raw eggs. They weren't even over easy. The whites weren't even cooked. Just liquid poured out of my eggs. I asked if I could just be charged for the crepes I ate and she said she didn't have a managers code. She didn't even apologize for the experience. So... $15 for one crepe.... service was horrible and food was even worse.
