Great breakfast every time we come here. The fluffy pancakes are huuuuge. Chilaquiles are awesome (rojo and mole) and their speciality breakfast dishes have all been tasty. We’ve tried other breakfast spots in La Paz and keep coming back to this one.
Delightful restaurant with lots of yummy breakfast options. The mole enchiladas with eggs inside are particularly delicious, and the fluffy pancakes are tasty and filling. One of the better cappuccinos I've had recently as well. We'll definitely be back for more.

we went for breakfast and had an amazing meal. coffee was delicious and el pan de elote is a must. ricardo treated us so well and was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and recommending the best options. i had the san lucas plato and it was yummy, the chile con crema was definitely interesting would definitely go back for the food and for the exceptional service ricardo provided
The restaurant was beautiful and the entire staff was amazing with the two toddlers at the table. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious! We split the fluffy pancakes and the massive breakfast burrito. Sofia was our server and took great care of us.

Wow what a great breakfast! Came two days in a row from outside La Paz. Nice portions, honestly the hotcakes are a HUGE serving - come VERY Hungry if you want three.. great friendly servers, delicious Olla coffee, latte, and chai teas.
I found this spot about a year ago and come here everytime I come to La Paz. The best chilaquiles, home made tortillas and the French toast is to die for!! They have fresh juices and various types of coffee. So good!
The food is always great! We come here over breakfast spots due to the service. Today Sofia took care of us and like always, it was a great experience. Generous food portions and try the corn muffin, it’s delicious!
This place was recommended to me by Reddit and I had to try it out. Came the first day at 2:30pm without checking their hours and they were closed already. Bummer! Came back the next day and OMG it blew us away! I LOVED the food here. Would have came back again if we had time but we were leaving La Paz the next day. A reservation is recommended since they seemed to be pretty busy. We were lucky to get seated right away. Typing this review right now wishing I was back in La Paz to come back here!
This is an amazing restaurant. Staff isso friendly and food was fantastic. Best enchilada I have ever had. Fernando was so helpful and advised me on all the good stuff. If you have time you have to come here! You won't be disappointed.
Its so sweet and cozy here. Had one of my best breakfast burritos here. According to my girlfriend, it was the best coffee ever in Baja she had. The staff was really nice and was on the ball. Keep on going that way.

I took a wrong turn searching for another restaurant, and rather than navigate the one-way streets, I pulled into the first available parking spot. As luck would have it, it was right in front of Maria California. The restaurant had vibrant, colorful walls with traditional decor and live music at 11 AM. I ordered the chilaquiles with eggs, smothered in homemade mole sauce, and a rompope frappé. I also sampled their waffles, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and house lemonade. It was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. The service was prompt, and the prices were reasonable. If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and visit this gem.
Love this restaurant! One of the best place to eat in La Paz! The food was very good and come with large portion. Price is slightly cheaper compared to those ocean side restaurants. Services was fantastic, got seated right away. Would definitely recommend this place to try for anyone who’s around. Only thing is this place open for breakfast and lunch only and closes at 2pm.

Food was exceptional in quality, taste, price, and portions! Absolutely loved the attention and care from the staff, especially Fernando. Food was so good we went back a second time. The restaurant ambience is also very fun.
The food here is delicious. So many fresh juices and smoothies to choose from. There’s plenty to enjoy while waiting for your main meal, this is a place to relax and dine not rush in and out like some fast food joint.
This place never disappoints me. Always provides high quality with great ambiance. Their juices are amazing and their food is fabulous. I have been here over and over and tried so many of their dishes and they are all good. It’s hard to choose. Don’t forget to try their fresh biscuits, their chilaquiles is one of the best. ————- Few years later: We are trying to come here for at least one breakfast/brunch, anytime we are in La Paz, and they never fail us. Always a consistent delicious dish, no matter what you order. It always puts a smile on your face when you have the first bite of food. Staff are friendly and welcoming; the place has an authentic ambience. Service could be a bit faster, but I’ll still take it. Well done! Keep up the good work.
