Not usually big on fast food places but this one exceeded my expectations. Food was made fresh to order they even made the biscuits fresh! 10/10

Love the food and milkshakes, better than McDonald's. Took no more than 10-20 minutes to get our whole order in. I loved the taste of the Double Famous Star. It tastes exactly what a burger should be, unlike McDonald's which pretty much don't have taste for their burgers these days (based on what my taste buds tasted)

Miguel, the day shift leader at the Indian Wells Store not only had wonderful customer service skills, but was doing it all! Great employee!

Nice staff, they always do their best, and I always get greeted when I come in. The team communicates well even when it's busy to let me know if I have a couple orders ahead of mine. They've even brought out my food a couple times to my car because it was ready early, even though I ordered to walk in for pickup. Great experience every time.

It’s fast food. What you would expect. But it’s the people who make it the perfect place to stop for a quick snack, a soda, or a meal. Roxana is the manager, and is the best at keeping that restaurant running. Miguel, Gloria, Jocy, Yolanda-they are all great. Make sure you stop by and say hi. It will make their morning!

Gloria the supervisor at Carl’s Jr. in La quinta on Highway 111 is one of the best supervisors in fast food. I don’t visit this Carl’s Jr. often but because of her service and professionalism, I will return to only this Carl’s Jr.. Please acknowledge her as she well deserves it.

Yesterday me and my friends went to eat at Carl's junior. While we had went to other places none would accept our 100 dollar bill which is reasonable. This place was the only place that took it and we are so thankful for that. It was 10 almost 11 and they still had a positive attitude to serve us. The only thing that had me concerned was the car in the front parking lot, risky move there. Just kidding. This is one of the best carls junior in the valley. Keep up the good work and I would most definitely will be telling my friends and family to go to this carls junior.

Of the fast food restaurants there are to eat, Carl's jr. Is one of my favorite places to go. I love the Western Bacon Cheeseburger and I often eat the Guacamole Bacon Burger. Carl's Jr is fast friendly very clean and I've been going there for over 15 years.

Stopped here for lunch two days ago after shopping at Stater Brothers. They were advertising a deal on the "Cali XL Burger. I don't usually do fast food or drive thru but the food was tasty, the person at the window was polite and I had a very positive experience.

Found a long hair inside the burger. 😤 and I spent 50$. Seen that the workers don’t even keep their hair up properly. They have hats on but still have some of their hair down in front of their faces. Never going back to the La Quinta spot.
