I've been here a few times now. Service always with a smile. Food never takes awhile. Value is like a new style. Although this place is geared towards multiple guests dining together, I have always gone solo. It can be pretty pricey for the menu items because they are meant to be shared but I save this for when I'm really hungry and splurge a little because it's so good.

The food itself was really good. Other then the kimchi, the "sides" were a bit lacking in flavor. Still good but not as good as the food itself. The biggest issue was a server. She was nice but couldn't understand what I tried to order, brought me the wrong thing, then tried to charge for it. Had to get our original server involved. Definitely would go back.

The food and drink seemed expensive. Spent over 90 dollars for two people. The side dishes were not particularly good in my opinion. The meat for the Korean BBQ was mid. The pork belly came partially frozen. We tried to order dessert but they were out.

Last night we had 2 orders of briskets (chadol) between my mom and me. My mom threw up all night and I'm having diarrhea since the morning. Need to get food expiration/cleanliness check here. *Reply to the reply from the restaurant- We didn't eat anything until the dinner last night. We will report to the Food and Drug Administration for more detailed inspection of the restaurant. Both me and my mom are having issues with food poisoning today.

The orders were brought to the table individually instead of all together so since I ordered Korean ribs it took longer and my gf and friends were almost done. The meat was not good. Fatty and definitely not tender. I will not be returning.

In general, other Korean restaurants have a good guest service. This is a bad service at this Korean restaurant. I hope you guys don't misunderstand and recommend other Korean restaurants with better guest service and better food i has nothing call from the here restaurant. so i drive myself to the restaurant. it was in the diner time . I thought maybe I could order dinner .after we talk of each other. When I arrived, I first asked if I could talk to the manager here. , and the inployee said there is no manager , and I asked if I could talk to the boss here for a little bit. , and boss come out in few minutes. looked at me and so ungry asked me if I posted a bad review on the website yesterday.This was not the way I wannna to talk . I was a bit embarrassed. The boss was so upset with me and asked why I give a bad review on the website. I said that was not the big deal. I asked why she didn't answer the phone . and the boss says so busy can't answer the phone. i called at least 6 times .difren times.she nothing excuses. just keep angry and upset. and she showed me there only take $ 60.77. .but i showed i paid $81.77. the boss she says she doesn't care. says don't complain to her . let me call the Uber eats . just let me get out there restaurant. and she just goes in back to the kitchen. I can't believe it she's act and for the customer service there . of course, I paid a tip separate . normorly, i don't like to stay a review , but it's my first time reviewing like this. Because she was too rude and not even try nice talk with customer . with her restaurant service attitude and rude behavior and words and actions for guests becausea for a americacustomer.? . and said she didn't care and just walked back to the kitchen . So... What I'm talking about right now is about three minutes of conversation with the owner. , and these are 100% true, and I'm so absurd and feel upset .. When I received the delivery food last night, the soup leaked out, so the Korea rice cake tasted bad ,I told her the happn. she said . It's not her fault. don't complain to her . the owner says it's a delivery's fault. because the deliveryman was not good at delivering it. She did not try to listen to me at all. Just keep saying she dont care . had no apology, and keep ignoring me. +++ I ordered three additional white rice in English and Korean. you shouldn't lie that I ordered only Korean in my review reply I I ordered food for the first time here . but I can't believe service like that. i added three white rice and other sauces to pay more than $ 20. and I didn't get anything I extra order . and I keep calld try to ask. but they ne v er answer the phone. and just hang out. so where is my money for the 3 rice and for I pay for extra than ? call me or text me . thankyou. my order code was 8119

I would not recommend this place unless you ok with paying more and getting less. Most importantly, they aren't typical buffet where you pay a price for one person and get more of whatever protein or rice when you want more, here you pay for only an order, everything is individually and not as a set. It was tricky since this was our first time plus the very not helpful server there, zero explanation, zero interaction! Very disappointing experience after paid close to $200 for just 4 people!
