The food and atmosphere were great but the waitress got a little loud when the food she brought to our party was wrong. I understand it can get hacked but we made a few suggestions on how the orders should be taken so there isn't a mix-up. Maybe next time she'll listen.

We had a good lunch for my nieces birthday. Its cheaper to order a burger, fries and drink here than it is at fast food restaurants. They had a $9.99 deal and it can be upgraded with a beer 😉

Red Roses

Not really a place to sit and eat at. If you get cold really fast bring a blanket because that's how cold this place was. Couldn't really enjoy my food because of it. That's not even all, the service was really slow. Looked around and it seemed everyone was getting their food but the table I was sitting at. When the food finally arrived I wasn't hungry anymore. Chicken that I ordered was cold, but I just ate it and wanted to leave because it was just too cold in there. One good thing I can say about this experience was the fries were really good, and the only hot item on my plate.

Look this isn't the best place. However it is one of those places that if you're undecided and have a larger group, RR will have something on the menu for everyone. The service was good for our visit. I found it very strange that there was a service charge for "Entertainment Fee". Going to guess this was for the tablet that is out on the table... super lame imo.

As a group we ordered my crispy chicken salad, onion rings for the table, one cocktail, and one burger. Two entrees, one appetizer, and one cocktail should not be over $100. Especially if it comes from Red Robin. My friends enjoyed their burger. I liked my salad. I think it’s a tad too expensive for what it is. But it’s not bad at all. Service could be a bittt faster as well. But overall it’s not a bad restaurant at all

Unfortunately our staff never cleared a single plate or empty cup from our table the whole time. They also never came to check how the food was, or if we needed a refill on anything.

Unfortunately had to delete n change my 5 star rating to a 2 star with how the food has been lately and now losing both of my fav burgers the scorpion burger and the burning love and it being replaced with the small disappointing jalapeño heatwave. Got my order and burger as I said disappointing in comparison to the scorpion and burning love. Even the fries when we got there early to pick up and wait for the order to finish(waiting was not an issue).....the fries were cold and soggy. What is going on red robin. At this rate im sry I might have to find another burger place cuz this is just plain sad now. And prices going higher n higher. This might very well be the end for us for red robin if we gonna spend $100+ and get food thats McDonald's quality or worse. Sadly at this point it asks what food id recommend.....im sry I wouldn't recommend any atm

Food is alright but you can get much better for that price. Tables and everything feel grimey. If you go please dont get the tap water it tastes like a mouthfull of pocket change.

My elderly neighbor and myself both ate the bacon cheeseburger. Later that evening we both became deathly ill. It was terrible. It was the only thing I ate all day so it was definitely the burgers.

We got sat down and they gave us our drinks but never came back to take our orders. Waited 25-30 minutes for the waiter to take our order after she said she’ll be back in a few minutes. We signaled a different waiter to see if we could order, he said he’d get our waiter but she never came. Waited so long that the table next to us that was empty got sat, drinks and order taken then served.

WOW what a joke of a restaurant and a waste of money. My husband and I went in for the $9.99 burger/drink/bottomless fries deal. We came in an hour and a half before closing and we were only customers there. Bad sign. As soon as they sat us they turned off the TVs we were watching. Okay guess we’re eating in silence now. Ordered a mojito. No prices on the menu of course so you can’t think twice. Waited and waited for it. Heard the server walking around talking to coworkers about how he can’t find the bartender. Okay great. We get the burger and it was COMICALLY small! I’m talking smaller than a jr cheeseburger! Three bites and it was gone! Ordered garlic fries which they’ve been out of for awhile with the excuse “the company we order them from are on strike” okay thanks for admitting that you guys don’t even make your fries in house? How hard is it to throw some garlic on the regular fries? Lazy, cheap restaurant. Second round of fries were absolutely covered in salt to the point they were inedible. Said forget it at that point. Got the bill and it was $50! Sitting there confused for awhile until the server had to come and fix the bill. All in all $47 with tip for a tiny burger and we were hungry an hour later. Do these greedy restaurants not understand how hard we have to work to afford a nice night out at a restaurant and this is the service we get? Oh by the way that tiny mojito was $12!!! I could have bought a whole bottle of wine for that!! NEVER going back! Shame on you!

The bread on mine and my sons burger was really hard I asked if that was normal the waitress (she was really nice) talked to her manager said he was going to come out to talk to me (he didn’t) Waitress claims held up gave me a coupon for a free entree I just paid for my meal and left the coupon there last time I’m coming here.

We were a party of 8. Seated of to the corner of a crowded room. Server waited & cleared 4 tables as we sat, waiting to order (20 minutes). Then we waited another 35+ minutes for the food. By the time our food delivered, there was only 1 other occupied table (8 tables left.) Ordered a burger medium/ pink and asked for added bacon. The burger was a step below well-done without bacon. Fries and food was cold. Several of us finished our beverages and waited, waited for a refill. The extra cheese quite small, not like a side to share with the table. Total time in restaurant was almost 2 hours.
