Sweet potato waffle fries are a game changer. Can't tell you how many times I haven't been to Arby's because I don't really care for the curly fries. Best fast food by a long shot.

Easily one of the cleanest fast food places i have ever been to. Huge bathrooms too I know its random but technically this stop was a road break but once again super clean!

Just went through drive through. Pretty quick but I got the cheese bites and fish sandwhich. I had to wait for it to be made but it was hot. That's always a plus.

Food is always hot and fresh!! Loving the Gyro with traditional Greek meat!! Not too many places to get a good Gyro around here! Arbys has the best sides btw!! Cream cheese poppers, onion rings, curly fries. And the deserts...don't get me started!!

Used the drive thru to get a lamb Greek gyro. Service was fast and friendly, prices are good and the gyro was delicious. I go to this Arby's frequently.

Great place new remodel looks ok, You can tell they really try! The staff by far the best. Everyone has equally been kind and know what the answer is when I asked questions. Totally a 5 star I would recommend them to any who's asked

If all people working in service liked their job and treated people the way they did, the world would be such a better place! My sweet goodness. Where do I even start? My friend and I both downed a meat mountain in record time. With our appetites satisfied and taste buds tingled, it is safe to say Arby's does in fact have the meats. And boy oh boy did they deliver. Despite what the doctor said, it was worth it. I was pleasantly surprised! I haven't eaten at an Arby's in over 30 years. It was actually really good. We had the French dip sandwich and the new Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich. It was pretty freakin good.

This spot takes care of their customers by validating the 5 for $5 roast beef deal at drive through. They know that Arby’s email deal system is broken so they don’t require the emails to redeem the offer as the customer service asked. I’m really satisfied with this store, unlike the other Arby’s in Irvine.

Well now, I 💖 Arby's! If you haven't tried out a Arby's sandwich yet, your missing out. The menu is packed full of different sandwiches. Choices to please everyone in your group with plenty to choose from. They are a dine in or take out restaraunt with a drive thru window. The prices good and they always have specials to try the new items or mix and match one of your favorites. Great sides to add or go with a meal. Most restaraunts have been updated and look very nice. They are always clean, well stocked and with a friendly crew and most important, the food fresh and well cooked. I have had only good experiences with Arby's. I recommend you try them out. You might wonder why you haven't tried them sooner!

Arby's is just sooooo different now. They have many great sandwiches. I've always liked how soft and flavorful the beef n cheddar is. Plus so many sauces with some zip you can add to any sandwich. Got the wife one of the turkey ranch sandwiches... she said it was the best turkey sandwich she's ever had, the bread was awesome! I was shocked! I always get an apple or cherry turnover too... ridiculously flakey and tasty and inexpensive. In our rotation now!

Arby's has been one of those favorite places over the years where you know what the quality of the food will be each time you go. I enjoy the cheddar cheese and stuff pepers.

This restaurant is great. I mean it's Arby's so you know what to expect as far as the menu, but the staff are amazing. Over the years I have come here some of the faces have changed but the staff's attention to quality food and service has always remained. The remodel was a good move. The old thing really needed it and the design of the new one is very nice. After a long day of hard work it is so nice to get a good meal in a nice booth!

Wonderful!!! From the staff, the food, to the clean lobby! Everything was perfect! Each employee talked to me and made me feel taken care of. I was treated with respect and everyone was so friendly. I felt like I accidentally met the staff from a Dutch Bros. The lobby was super clean! I loved that so much!! And the food... oh em gee the food!!! Delicious! I barely spent anything and my bag was heavy with food. Every bite was succulent and dripping in flavors that were spectacular! I swear it was like eating food from Food Wars: Shokugeki. They are lucky I didn't dine in and was just picking up my food. Haha! I will definitely be back in the future! Make sure that if you eat here that you buy a cookie! McDonald's cookies are hot, soft and gooey right across the street, but the cookies from Arby's are in individual wrappers, huge, soft, and taste like fresh gooey cookies! I highly recommend the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip cookies!! 10/10! Cleanliness 10/10! Food 10/10! Staff 20/10!! *Double the usual rating because they were the nicest people I have ever met in California! Thank you so much for making me feel valued as a customer!!! :)

Stopped in for lunch and the service was great! Everyone was friendly and our food was brought to our table quickly and our order was 100% correct! The whole facility was very clean and the bathrooms were outstanding! Not only were the bathrooms extremely clean they smelled great which was nice. They also had a lower sink, soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser which was great because my child could actually wash her hands by herself.

Been in Lake Forest for a few years and have been at this Arby's a hand full of times. Each visit has been great. Food and fries were fresh. VERY clean inside. If I didn't have high cholesterol, I'd be here more frequently 😉

One of the few remaining Arby's. This location offers the same great taste I remember from decades ago. They may have introduced many new items, but their original roast beef and Arby's sauce is my go too! Of course you can add an excellent flakey turnover like I do as well.

I only get the Market fresh sandwiches. Great bread good quality meats. The potato cakes from this location are normally a little oily, however on my last trip they were very good. The chocolate chip salted caramel cookie is outstanding.

I always go for the more exotic sandwiches rather than the standard Arby's. I especially like their short-term specialties like the wagyu burgers, but also enjoy the Gyros and the Rubens. If you check the internet, you will find specials that are off menu, such as the double stack Ruben and the meat Mountain. Also, they give a 10% discount for veterans.

I had not been to Arby's in some time someone had recently gave me a gift card. I began to realize how much I really missed it. Over the years they've stayed true to the original recipes their sauces it was just like a blast from the past. And let me compliment the staff as I enter the restaurant they were kind helpful and treating me like I was one of their best friends.

I have eaten here at least 5 times now. I was struck by how professional and kind the staff was on 1st visit, just before closing @ 930pm. On 3rd visit, when they were out if 3 pepper sauce packets I suggested using the bulk supply. Instead of the usual yawn and look of why are you asking me to work, the staff person went and used tiny ounce cups to give me some sauce. I was quite touched by the service and gesture. As for food the meals have been spot on no complaints. I would recommend this Arby's to a friend or someone looking for a good meal. This is not staffs fault but as a whole, I do find Arby's to be on the premium side for cost. However if the portions and value are there then so be it. Helpful note: drive-thru is around back but you will need to also go around the bar next to Arby's, a bit odd but it works.

Get the seasonal Orange Cream Milkshake🍊🍦 in the Summer! The Orange Cream🍊🍦Milkshake is the best machine made milkshake I have ever had! There ARE other milkshakes that have a ~Richer~ taste, with more cream/higher_fat than The Orange Cream🍊🍦Milkshake, but there is not a single milkshake FLAVOR that is better than the Orange Cream🍊🍦Milkshake!

Fantastic roast beef sandwich! As good as it has always been. The fries were hot and crisp! Very happy with my visit.

I took advantage of Arby’s $1 shake with purchase meal deal they have going on through Arby’s Rewards. I originally wanted to get curly fries but with the coupon I had to spend at least $10, so I decided to try their new Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich with curly fries and a chocolate shake. I would definitely try this new sandwich again! The meat and barbecue sauce tasted REALLY good! Their curly fries were on point. I think the milkshake made my stomach hurt a bit, I noticed there was an excess of chocolate sauce at the bottom. But overall, I would try it again (the sandwich).

Got to love Arby's and the classic beef and cheddar. A solid go-to. But let's not forget about the seasoned curly fries. The perfect pairing to the sandwich. This location was friendly and fast to have the order prepared. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and appeared to be kept that way. All and all a great place to get some good food. I just wish the strawberry shake wasn't a seasonal item. But hey what are ya going to do. If you use the mobile app you'll find special coupons to make your next visit a Lil easier on the bank account too!

I stopped by Arby’s this evening to pick up some food. I walked into the location and was very impressed as the store is super clean. The very kind lady working there named Patricia took my order and asked all the right questions. She was busy working the drive up window and making drinks and bagging orders in a very efficient manner. While my order was being prepared, I went to use their restroom and discovered the cleanest restroom in a restaurant I think I’ve seen in 20 years !! While I waited for my order, I noticed a gentleman who was mopping the floor behind the counter, and I could tell from my years in the restaurant business that he wasn’t cutting corners or doing a half job, but was very diligent .My order was ready after a moment, and I left the store. We have eaten our food and everything was great: the Jamocha shakes, the mozzarella sticks, the sliders and the bourbon brisket, which is out of this world. Kudos to management at this location for requiring obviously high standards in the restaurant. And to the staff that takes the time to do such a great job, Thank you!

Arby's is no longer a myth to me. I finally dined at Arby's for the very first time it was a great experience. This location in Foothill Ranch was super clean, and the service was great. I have always wondered what goes on at Arby's because it never seemed busy. Even the drive-through was empty most of the time. I was pleasantly surprised that the Ruben sandwich was pretty good. The fish sandwiches were not bad either. The basic roast beef was basic, but the curly fries and mint shake was a great complement.

Amazing variety of food choices. I was never a fan of their traditional beef sandwiches but with their new stuff, my struggle is only picking an appropriate amount because it all sounds good. Their chicken salad is wonderful. I love the gyro (turkey or Greek), the pizza sliders, the Reuben, the potato cakes, so much good stuff. This location is quick and accurate and we’ve always had great and cheerful service here.

The staff at this location are 5 stars by far especially the lady running the front end I think her name is Patricia. If you like the meats, they have the meats. If you like processed roast beef, they specialize in that. I do miss the ArbyQ sandwich but the old standard like a regular roast beef or a french dip always remind me of my youth, comfort fast food.

Typical Arby’s, great roast beef sandwich, classic. Even better when you can buy the “2 for $7” deal. This location is clean, and a little hard to find. It’s on a dead end street, just off the freeway. Friendly service and easy parking. Recommended.

Food was great and prepared just as wanted. I would maybe avoid the drive thru at lunch on weekdays, took us 20-30 minutes from when we lined up to driving away with food.

Our favorite is the grand turkey club. Very yummy. A good choice for us non beef eaters. The chocolate turn-overs are delicious.

Best Shakes. Great Market Fresh Sandwiches. The Honey Wheat bread used in these sandwiches is delicious. We even asked who makes it.

Havent been in years. Today food was fresh and tasty EXCEPT sandwich bun was a white bread mess. Stuck to the front of my teeth. Time to get a clue and put some whole grains in those buns! Also, Diet Dr. Pepper was watered down-mix just needs adjustment. Will come back for fresh, tasty & cost effective food.

Got our order wrong on one small item but made it right, right away and let us keep the extra sandwich. Everyone was happy. Delicious food sure beats the traditional burger.

The food and the service were good, the workers came around often to wipe off the tables and seats. Food was prepared quickly and served hot. Radio station playing was a nice surprise.

Well...an online catering menu for Arby's Restaurant, by a third part. When I called to order a platter, it had been presumed by the employee a platter could be made. Later to find out, they do not make deli platters. I do not think it had been Arby's fault, so I though a 4 rating would be fair.

I don't come down to south county very often.. but when I do this Arby's usually doesn't disappoint. Clean, fast and good tasting.. not much more I could ask for.

I usually stop by here every couple of weeks or so. Staff is friendly, and they are patient while you order at the drive through. Kind of bummed that they no longer have potato cakes on the menu, but the curly fries are still pretty good. Another plus is that they serve Coke products as well.

Been a fan of Arby's since I was a kid in the 70s. My favorite was the Big Montana sandwich, but I found you can reproduce the Big Montana by getting a 1/2 pound Beef N Cheddar. Load up the Arby's sauce and you are good to go.

The food is fine, just prices are a bit high in my opinion. They do however offer a bit of a unique choices compared to other fast food chains of just burgers, dogs, taco and burritos. I think the best it's are the Apple or cherry turn over. They are a nice lite dessert option.

This Arby's looks like it has recently remodeled. A great improvement from the way it was years ago. The interior was clean as were the bathrooms. All the staff working today were friendly and the food was prepared quickly too.

They made a mistake on our order. at first we only called. the employee was not going to do anything and insisted that we come back with the receipt. Which was omitted from the bag when we went through the drive-thru. I was in the area so I stopped by and talked to the manager. he was absolutely the best. "Manual" made this right! he gave us our entire order again at no charge. I wasn't really asking for anything I just wanted them to own up to the mistake and do a different way of trying to tell people that they made a mistake, instead of trying to put it back on the customer. I would gladly go back to they said entity.

The food was good by fast food standards, better than we expected. Very friendly and helpful service which we appreciated as it was our first time eating there. Plenty of parking and very clean restrooms.

Stopped for a quick lunch. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious . Meat was cooked perfectly and the sauce had just the right amount of tangy flavor without over powering the meat.

Gotta love the iconic regular roast beef with Arby's sauce. Quality same as 25 years ago. Only shocker was 6 regulars and 1 med soda was $45. Wishing for more specials.

I like Arby's, I havent been in a while though. I was a little disappointed. I thought the sandwiches seemed smaller then they used to be. Prices have gone up. No more specials like they used to have. Remember the 5 for $5 deal? I guess those days are gone. Other then that it was the same great taste, same great Arby's. It's good fast food. Good for the whole family. The location is large with plenty of seating. Clean and comfortable. Friendly employees. Good service.

We enjoy Arby’s for their roast beef and the $7 two sandwich deal. Although we prefer our beef and cheddar with a regular bun. We are glad we have an Arby’s within reasonable driving range and make sure to visit as so many fast food restaurants are so cut and paste burger 🍔 joints anymore. We also recommend the curly fries 🍟. Enjoy 😉

Surprisingly good for what was ordered. I had the Turkey Ranch Bacon sandwich with curly fries. Enough to eat half and have the other half for lunch tomorrow. My husband had Chicken Tenders and Curly Fries. We both had bottles of water. I ordered my sandwich as a wrap and got it as a sandwich, but it still tasted perfect and the ask for no onions was good. I am docking them for the quality of the fries and chicken tenders. The fries were a bit over cooked and the tenders seemed lackluster. Service was nice.

Haven't been to an Arby's in years. Not sure why though. Decided to come in and try the Ruben sandwich. Very good actually, was surprised. Only thing that would make it better is if it were grilled (like a Ruben usually is). My wife had the Beef Dip, she said it was very good also. We both had curly fries, yum yum 😆 Surprised this Arby's isn't busier, but that was good for us - quick service. Staff was friendly. Will be returning.

They have gr8 Food. Our order was a special request and they listened well at the Drive Up and Got it Accurate to the T. Also service was quick & courteous!!

Arby's is still Arby's. ...however, I'm docking stars because they got rid of ham as a meat choice. Admittedly, I only went there for the ham & swiss melts or the sliders. Now that ham isn't on the menu, I can't really imagine me going back there. I know ham isn't everyone's thing, so if it wasn't selling well I understand them removing it from the menu. The food is still what you would expect, but it just doesn't scratch the itch for me personally anymore.

I liked Arby's for a long time but fell out of love with it when I drastically cut soda from my diet, namely Dr. Pepper. After that it didn't taste the same. I came today to see if I really missed it and I'm sad to report not so much. To be honest I'm surprised they're even around, I'm not sure what keeps them going as I don't hear people talking about them. I don't recommend this place, not anymore. Sorry Arby's.

Yes I love Arby's I love their beef and cheddar sandwich and they have expanded their menu items haven't tried all their chicken sandwiches but everything looks great on their menu place is a bit run down it's been there for a long time but it's kept somewhat clean can use a remodel

The food is good and reasonably priced, if you have coupons. Our main reason for going is for the apple turnovers, but the last three times, they've run out before we got there. Check your order carefully before leaving the drive-through.

I hadn't been to Arby's in years because of a case of food poisoning years ago. It was Christmas day and no place was open except Arby's and my wife loves that place. I didn't get sick this time but I won't be eating there again. How do they cut the meat so thin you can see through it. Brisket should not be cut that thin!!

Ever since I discovered Mediterranean chicken wrap newly appeared on Arby's menu, it has become my favorite fast food item. We've been to this particular location twice and the first visit was terrible. The female associate at drive-thru was rude and certainly not people oriented. She seemed like she absolutely hated her place of work and the customers as well. The sandwich my boyfriend ordered (chicken cordon bleu) was the worst he's tried of that particular recipe according to his words. The second visit both associates were nice and friendly and my bf loved his reuben, so we'll come back next time we have cravings for Arby's.

The place was clean, but unfortunately we had to yell to the back to get someone to aknowledge us and take our order. People saw us, but since their "job" was not interacting with the customer they chose to ignore us, and not even let a "counter" person know a customer was there. The drive-thru employee was the best person on staff. Once he was available he ran over, apologized and took our order. He even offered a free slider for the inconvenience. He is the one that changed my post from 1 star to 3 stars.

Went through the Drive Thru and it took FOREVER to get through!!!! In all fairness, the woman two cars ahead of us apparently keot asking for things. That poor Cashier must have gone back and forth to her car a half dozen times!!!!

Pre-ordered. Was not ready. Had to ask repeatedly where's my order. Other placed order after me and received theirs before me. It was the special they advertised so ....no excuses. Also tried to contact the store by calling and the number was incorrect and no one answered. Also I attempted to contact customer service to report the poor service...disappointing as well. I actually like the food unfortunately service is hit or miss 😞 Now that I write this I'm dropping it to 2.5 stars and since there is no half stars I will round down. Get your act together ..don't be BK...it's sad to see their Denise.

Very little meat do not compare it to pictures. Not hot bun barely warm...curly fries limp warm. No inside eating allowed...disappointing

The venison sandwich was very very disappointing. The meat had no taste & was not hot, the bread was mushy. Like the whole thing was microwaved from frozen to plate.

Food was ok and part of my order was not hot...it was room temperature when I got home. It was less than a 10 minute drive. Service was adequate but the restaurant itself could definitely use an update.

I use to work at Arby's when I was younger and I know the hold times on pre-made sandwiches and from personal experiences I know my sandwich had been sitting a far too long. Basically my sandwich was cold but got hot fries. The dude who served me was far higher than I've ever been cause he couldn't complete a sentence. This is the last time I'll visit this location, 18 yrs ago I watched 2 residents from seizure world fight each other at this location and that always made me laugh. Not anymore, now I think they're hiring people who can't follow simple rules thus why my most negative review I've ever made per z Google.

This place is a dive. We wanted to try their newly advertised country style rib sandwich and firstly, it looks NOTHING like how it's shown on TV (why is that always the case??). Pork was over cooked, or they most likely just nuked it too long in their microwave, meat didn't taste good at all and there was too many odds and end pieces. Weird. It was doused in the sauce they put on it and left the bun soggy. Fries were cold. Obviously this store lacks good management. Won't be going back there

I have been to this location many times. Today was my worst experience. We ordered in the drive through, and the employee repeated back our order correctly. When we got to the window to pay, the employee started asking questions about one of the items that we ordered. It turns out, “the system” messed us up, our order was not in the correct sequence. Someone else’s got put in front. So we had to start repeating AGAIN what we ordered before the staff figured it out. We also parked before leaving just to make sure it was alright because we didn’t have confidence anymore. We did end up getting the correct food, and it tasted as expected, but it was an unnecessarily long and confusing experience. Note: Chik-fil-a Mac n cheese is better than Arby’s, although Arby’s is not bad

Glad I didn't post until the day after. I don't recall the cheese sauce tasting quite so petroleum-based. It's a very strange experience and I knew it was going to be because it's been years since I've been to an Arby's but now I remember why. So weird

This location will rip you off at any opportunity. Stay away! I thought I finally found a decent Arby's location. The beef dip was decent and as expected. The beef n cheddar... Totally different story. A tiny dap of cheddar on the time of on side of sandwich. Another ripoff location. Welcome to OC!

Unfortunately my order was heard wrong through the speaker. The person that took my order also gave me my food. I let him know there was an incorrect item. He did the right thing and said he would make the correct item and was going to let me keep the wrong item (since it would have to be tossed anyway). Then the manager walks up and asks to look in my bag (I thought that was odd). She said "I was listening closely and never heard jalapeno poppers" (she wasn't even the one who took my order). I said well that's what I ordered. She handed my bag back to me and to my surprise she had taken the mozzarella sticks (which was the incorrect item) out of my bag! I didn't realize that until I got home.. Wow! So they make a mistake, then say it was me who ordered wrong, and then go back on their word... I'm glad I moved away from this location and will avoid it next time I visit this town.

The food is good. I got a combo meal with the Gyro pita and I liked it. I got the farm fresh lemonade with it. I've had it before and it's delicious so I got a large this time, but it was filled to the brim with ice. I asked for a refill but they said they don't do refills on those. Understandable, but I didn't get to enjoy much of it because it was mostly ice.

Shame on you Arby's. The place smells like mold. seats end tables are awful. Food is disgusting

The lady took my payment should not be working at customer service field. She is not fit. Bad customer service. Void at all time.

the worst customer service ., from the manager to the staff. . The store is closed and they only serve through the drive thru. They ignored my position without asking or greeting if I needed help and they made me feel like I was a homeleess in short without heart and un respectful All crew

Just rolled through Bridger Street Arby’s. The woman at the drive-through told me there was no specials whatsoever offered so I left. There’s obviously a lot of offers and this woman shouldn’t even work there.

I've had too many bad experiences to come back to this location, which is unfortunate since it's so close to my house, and I'm rather fond of Arby's. The final straw is, this evening after ordering, the two people behind the counter get into discussion about how they use "humor for a defense mechanism", and start bantering back and forth about who among them or their friends have it worse, from being misgendered to defending special needs kids earlier in their life. That's all fine and good, had they actually decided to make my order before getting into their heated debate over who is the most unfortunate among them. So, later Arby's at this location, this coupled with other ridiculous encounters with your employees means you no longer get my business.

Drive through experience was not good. Placed my order then pulled around and there were 2 cars ahead of me. Sat there for 18 minutes with no movement. I gave up and left. I won’t be going back to this location.

Used to have lunch here with my dad every Thursday. He has been eagerly awaiting dining in again as he lives in an independent living situation. Although most everyone around them is open to dine in again,, Arbys is no hurry to open their dining room. We will not be back ever. Although my dad really enjoyed his Arby's fix it's not worth it when they wont open. Every business had 3 months to get a plan in place for opening. Have no idea what Arby's did with that 3 months but obviously didnt use it to come up with a plan.

Terrible service. Ordered the 2 for $7 deals. Told it would take over 10 minutes to make the mozzarella sticks. Had to waite in parking lot for my order. Never going using drive thru again.

Now I know why it took ten years to try this location again ... Attitude from the staff was like we were bothering them ... Got a COUPLE minutes down the freeway ALL the food was COLD ....Not even warm enough to melt the thinest piece of sliced cheese we paid extra for instead of the liquid kind ??? If you dont like your job quit ... Why take it out on hard working people / public trying to get a quick hot lunch ??? You should be ashamed !!!

First time ever in an Arby's at 12:30 PM PST. The roast beef tasted like ham, the cheese tasted like canned, the fries smelled like onion rings, yet tasted like bitter fry oil that hadn't been changed. The best thing about this was the vanilla shake, and it was standard fare.

Arby we don't have much meat at all? Very dissatisfied with my 9$ meal. Rueben had 2 bites of meat and the rest was just bread. Won't be returning
