We saw this place online, the pictures of the pastrami sandwich looked delicious and we HAD to go in. Wow!!! The sandwich was so good that it gives The Hat a run for it's money. The meat is so lean and thin sliced to perfection. The taquitos were also really good but too pricey for a quantity of 3.
Awesome. Read the reviews and passed this place but only had 10 dollars so decided I didn't want the very best, I want cheap. They had a picture of a 2 burger special for $3 so I figured they were sliders and I would need all $10 in burgers. When the very friendly girl passed me the bag it was so beavy i knew i had scored. 6 full sized burgers with a ton of fresh lettuce a tomato, a pickle and thousand island standard. I am sitting at a dog park parking lot with half a sack of burgers and writing my first fast food review. Maybe my expectations were so low, but I this was the best fast food experience of my life. So just remember that you don't want the very best, you want cheap and they GOT cheap.
Back in the 90s and early 2000s I was a frequent visitor to the Greek-Owned establishment known as "Lucky Guys Burger" in Santa Ana. Staffed by locals who knew the menu and food in and out was always a plus in my eyes. Hercules in my mind is like if they took the concept, doubled the space, increased the exposure, and doubled the menu items! Where some folks would say it's American fast food I'd say the mix of America, Latin, and European fast foods and homecooked items bring the perfect balance of flavor and comfort to the table. The prices are a little higher but with market inflation I understand - they're privately owned and operated with a quality standard that puts them in the same league as the "Big Guys" and their friendly staff is more than happy to give you a suggestion based on "what you're looking for".
Depending on the week and chef, we either get some spicy food or non spicy food. The staff are friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations.
Coming from thr 209 I ALWAYS CRAVE these burgers. Always and forever will die for these 🤩
Food is always good. Love the 2 jr burgers for $4 deal, but everything I've tried from the menu is great and reasonably priced Usually pretty big portions too. Especially the breakfast combo meals.
The window gals are awesome. Had a strip of bacon for my Shelby Siberian watching in the back...... Burgers are great and no heavy lettuce. Try the beef tacos..... Easy to eat on the run and tasty!
Obvious goodies/classics like bacon cheeseburger and curly fries. But also the Gyro was awesome! Fried zucchini was perfect 👌 Cut to the right size for the best veggie to breading ratio and good ranch
It's amazing . Service is perfect they go over and beyond for there customers . KERISSA IS AMAZING. had a little issue a d she fixed it and with such a great attitude and service that makes you go back for more for sure! Highly recommend to others!
I previously gave a negative rating to Hercules because they left the lettuce core in my salad. Hopefully they don't do that anymore. The other day I called in an order of eggs, french toast and sausage and it was delicious. The order was ready when we got there. Everything was perfect. A really nice breakfast. Thanks.👍🏼👍🏼
I have been coming here for years even before they changed to Hercules. I started coming in the early 2000 oh, and the food has only gotten better and services tremendous. The staff seems to be a great mixture of family and friends. They work all very well together. Portions are Apple, food is not greasy and is always fresh. We really enjoy the selection of diversity if anybody wants a hamburger and another wants Mexican and another feels like a gyro we can get it all in one place. Also best fries and onion rings around. Thanks Hercules
Prices are pretty good! And everything is very clean. I like being able to see behind the counter and the cleanliness of the chef's kitchen. The chef even came to our table to give our dog a strip of bacon 👍
Friendly staff, they have Family packs with either regular or Jr burgers. We get the Jr pack as the Jr burgers are a decent size. 5 burgers, 5 fries and 5 small drinks for under $20. Always fresh. Breakfast is good. Prices are reasonable for a place like this. Drive thru landscape is really nice and ok for full size pick up tricks. They have picked carrots, pepper bar when dining in or picking up. Haven't tried many items but overall a decent place to eat.
Some of the best burgers around! Great value for the money.
Let me start by saying the prices are not what I wanted to be paying. But, I'm rating this on the fact that the pastrami burger was one of the most phenomenally amazing burgers I've ever eaten. I highly recommend eating here. Everyone really enjoyed their food and I'll definitely be eating here again.
Stopped here on our way home from Newport. We went thru the drive thru, super friendly service, they were very busy inside so it did take awhile for us to get our order but we'll worth it. Burgers are great! Yummy onion rings. Can't wait to stop by again to try something else. Looks like they have great breakfast.
This place was great. The food was good, the service was fast and friendly and helpful. The one thing I really liked was the menu, it was huge !! So many choices almost too many. Our overall experience here was great. I would definitely recommend trying this place out !!
Family owned and operated. Great service and extremely delicious food. Menu has a wide variety of food and beverage options for all to enjoy. Generous portions. My family have been happy and full customers for over 30 years even before it was Hercules and was SG Dukes!!!
The food, service and prices are excellent!! The employees are very friendly all the time...we always go in the afternoons with my family and I recommend them 100%...
Great staff, very friendly and hardworking. Food is good, prices are good and portions are large. I bring my family once a month for our meal out. I would recommend if you're looking for a good burger place, plus so much more, this is the place.
We go here probably at least once a week. They have so many delicious options and it always tastes fresh. We really like their fried zucchini did and they have amazing breakfast burritos.
Been coming to this location since the late 70's, can't go wrong with anything on the menu , food is always fresh, tasty , staff is always friendly and accomodating. Burgers , Sandwiches & Breakfast plates are all plentiful & tasty
Me and a couple of my "study buddies" were looking for a bite to eat in Santa Ana and came across Hercules Burgers. The food was great. Reminded me alot of the burger joints in Los Angeles. It was afternoon noon but a few of my crew had a taste for breakfast. Hercules did not let them down. The meal was as good as if it was 6a.m. l had the Assada Burrito with added pastrami meat. Hercules was not familiar with the order but once we hashed out the details, it turned out to be one of the best burritos I've eaten. Will definitely be back for an encore.👍
Our whole family loves Hercules! Definitely the family pack brought us through the door, but honestly the burgers are fantastic. To me they taste like old school Burger King style. If you get them with grilled onions, they’re even better. 5 burgers, fries and sodas for $20?! And jumbo size for $30 Crazy price for SoCal. Definitely come here with the fam or all the homies if you’re hungry and on a budget.
We're very lucky to have Hercules here in the neighborhood.. reasonably priced, great value, great quality food... Always that treats me to look forward to going over and having breakfast
We were looking for a good burger stand and this place came up on the Google map and we decided to take a chance. They have a drive-thru but you can also go in and order and take your did to go. Since we went at night, this place is well lit and there weren't any people just hanging out. Inside was clean and bright. Plenty of seating once we're able to eat inside again. Also lots of seating outside for a nice warm day. The young lady at the counter was very welcoming and friendly. I ordered a hamburger special with grilled onions, fries and a drink. Hubby ordered chili cheese fries, bacon burger and a drink. Sorry we were hungry so we forgot to take pics lol. Food was hot, fresh and very good. The chili cheese fries were a large amount for under $8. My husband was very satisfied. They also have family meals for 5 under $25. That will be a must do when we bring the kids. Plus I want to try the pastrami. If you're in the area and need a good burger with hot fries make a stop. Give them a try! 🤗
This is now my favorite go to spot. I use to pass by hear everyday fir years and never ate there. I was picking up some food for a gig order and decide to grab something...OMGGGGG....The turkey burger on what bread blew me away. It was seasoned just the way i like a burger to be seasoned. Then the Hercules burrito...then the omelet...Everyday I ate from there is FIRE 🔥 so far. You have to try it.
We came in as a group of about 15 people to celebrate a special birthday. We received excellent service, and our food came out quickly and just as we ordered - it was so much food! Amazing chef salad and club sandwich, both packed with crisp iceberg lettuce and lots of meat. Shout out to the staff for a job well done!!
Service was amazing. Food was even better. We will go back again and again. The food was better than most restaurants that are overpriced and don't give us much food as Hercules
Hired for Taco bar. Was fantastic . Benitos son a fantastic job. Some of my guest said it was the best tacos they've ever eaten.
If you want delicious food this is your spot. Best deals in town. They offer more than burgers they have a Mexican and Greek menu . Breakfast is served all day! They have the best fried zucchinis and onion rings. Family pack is only $29.99 it comes with 5 hamburger meals, you can add cheese for a few cents more . Then you can substitute a side of Fries for onion rings or another for zucchinis for only a few dollars more . Once you come try this spot. you'll definitely be coming back for more .
We spotted this place today 6/23/2023 about 6pmish, it wasn't here when I was growing up. But it's absolutely delicious!!! Amazing food!!!! I'm at a loss for words it's so good. I could only eat 1/8th of my food. It was such an awesome portion!!! We ordered the Hercules Fries, Regular style fries, and onion rings. The taste is just absolutely amazing!! Customer service in drive threw was patient and courteous, I didn't get his name. The Hercules fries look similar to a fry I got somewhere else, but is so much different. The taste is different and in a good way!!! I look forward to coming back to try other food on the menu. Check this place out!!!
Hercules needs to be recognized for one of the best burgers in California, taste is good and burgers are amazing..
Always hits the spot and then some aka delicious food and a lot of it.
It’s a Good Ol Burger Joint. Fries were nice and warm, slightly crispy not soggy (awesome) and the burgers were tasty. No complaints about the food. I noticed they upgraded the inside and gave it a new paint job. It looks really nice. We purchased a family 5 pack of burgers and fries. Super tasty. We also ordered chili cheese fries that came out warm and yummy as well. Only downside was the pink lemonade was out. No biggie. Great spot for a Burger Joint
The dine-in table service was excellent here. Not only did the server take our order and deliver it but I was impressed that he also threw away the trash we had left and we were done. He was a really nice guy and so was the cook that day. I would love to go back there. My friend had breakfast food really enjoyed it. We took a short stack of pancakes to go!
Honestly, the best place to eat if you're a student or just want some good burgers! They offer student combos. It's not on the menu, you gotta ask and show your student id, and it's only 5 to 10 bucks for a burger and fries! (I haven't been there in a week or two, I'll update my review when I get the price) And the staff are really friendly. But mainly there is an issue about the menu's prices not being accurate time to time but again its best to ask and not expect and old price to be honored.
Looking for a good burger joint that isn't IN-N-OUT or Jack in the Box or overpriced Nexx Burger? Look no further!! Hercules Burgers has everything plus Burgers! The food is great, service is phenomenal but the inside of Hercules is not too desirable. Tables and chairs and booths need a bit of a facelift including outside patio decor and the sign itself. The bathrooms are even worse, they need total remodel!! I wouldn't take those negativities as something to pass up Hercules though! The food doesn't reflect the atmosphere or the decor or the bathrooms and oh drive thru is fast! I honestly really enjoyed my burger and fries from there today! So try them out!
Update: I'm sad to say that my Hercules is starting to live up to their 3-Star rating - Big Sigh! It's been a little bit since the last time we were here so we decided to order our favorites for dinner. We usually call-in our order then swing through the drive-thru to pick up. The challenge began with the gal that answered the phone who took our order. She really struggled taking down our order of a Patty Melt with extra grilled onions, fried zucchini, and a sausage breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, I don't think our Patty Melt had ANY onions 🤦♀️, the fried zucchini were wimpy, not crispy like they usually are - the containers of green salsa we got were bloated and I think they were spoiled - and the packets of ketchup were a sticky mess - it was a glob of sticky packets - we just threw them away. It was kinda gross! We bought the burrito for our son so we hope they didn't mess that up too. It makes me really sad that quality of our go-to spot for a Patty Melt and zucchini fries has gone downhill! I'm reducing my rating to 3-stars and we'll probably won't be going back for a while. ************ We are creatures of habit when it comes to ordering from Hercules. My hubby really likes the pastrami sandwich and I just love their patty melt with grilled onions. We will usually alternate which one we order and split the sandwich. Plus we also REALLY like their zucchini fries with the ranch dressing - but every now and then we also like to get the onion rings. Both are really good and we'll served. A couple of notes: * They are usually good at putting the ranch dressing in the bag, but do not leave until you have opened up the bag to make sure you have it. That is a 'must have' if you order the zucchini fries! * And we don't like to order the pastrami sandwich too late in the evening (after about 7pm) because we have done that a couple of times before and felt like we just got a sandwich of the tiny pastrami bits and scraps.
I got thier " herculian " burger and yes it was a big burger but ill admit it was tasty for the size and amount of things on it. The guy working there said he never sees anyone finish it , I told him I could do 2 lol They need a burger challenge , " finish 3 herculian burgers in a hr " and your meal is free if not then you pay for 3 reguardless of how many you eat !
The Place is FULL of absolute bargains. Really good values for almost everything on the menu. Though you get what you pay for in terms of service and product sources. If you're not a diet-monger this place is great.
Ordered the steak dinner. It was pretty good. Came with tons of fries, fried zucchini, and onion rings. I enjoyed the mixture. The Spanish rice felt a little odd.
Classic styled diner. Tastes consistently good. The amount of items on the menu is a bit overwhelming to the point where it's hard to read but I don't think you can go wrong with any choice. Portions are pretty big too.
I ordered a ham breakfast burrito that turned out to be 92% hashbrowns. I couldn't tell you if ham or huevos were involved but I gave a 4 star due to the fact it was the best potato burrito I've ever had. Il try to order easy hash next time see what happens. Thanks Herculez
I have always liked this local restaurant, even when it was called Dukes. The prices are fair and the food is good. If I had to make a complaint it would be about the fries, they are pretty bland. No amount of salt or ketchup can save them.
I had an avocado omelette with a side of the ranchera sause. The sause was pretty mild compared to their normal spicy sause but the rest was great, the place is clean, the staff is very friendly and when we told the girl she talked to the cooks. Can't ask for more than that.
I do like this place my special is the pastrami sandwich and fries but typically their fries are frozen their pastrami sandwiches very very good but pastrami sandwich and fries and an iced tea comes out to about 13 bucks I mean come on folks really most of their dinner specials are really good I would suggest the pork chops that comes with soup or Salad comes with onion rings or zucchini you can get a combination of a couple different types of sides and comes with the role and couple pork chops and usually runs around 11 or 12 bucks that's really the best deal they got going
This is a great place for value. We had just finished a lacrosse game at the high school and it was late. Went into Hercules and they had a special.for 5 burgers, 5 fries, and 5 drinks. Everything was tasty and the staff was friendly.
Love their egg breakfast burrito. It's just under $4 and very large. I usually save half or share it! It's my go to drive through quick meal. It's served all day. I haven't tried anything else there. It's just so good.
Excellent Greek style short order burger, Mexican and gyro style place. Comfortable seating, bright and open. Maybe a little challenging to get a wheelchair in there, but not impossible with help. Food is predictably good.
Best burgers I've had at a fast food place. Very generous serving of fries. I recommend double patties and extra cheese for burgers Staff is amazing The place is a bit run down, but the food and staff more than make up for it
I enjoy their food, but prices have gone up. The junior pack hamburger meal is a great deal for the family. Customer service has decreased as well. Some staff member appear to be annoyed working there and are not that friendly.
Breakfast burritos are good and so are the burgers But don't ask for special requests (no onions on 1 burger) etc. Had my order messed up more than once. Even had it where my whole order was 40 minutes late because they took my order and delivered it to another table who ordered way after.
I order their pastrami and it was not good at all, maybe their burgers are better. Either way I'm not going back
This place used to Ok for a drive thru burger joint. But lately the quality of the food has been really bad, the shredded lettuce they use for their burgers has been Stale tasting the last two times I've ordered a cheeseburger. I have stopped ordering their pastrami sandwich because the last three times I ordered one the pastrami was old like days old with absolutely no favor at all. Tonight I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich wirh bacon, large fries and a "side" of chile. The grilled cheese was OK but the fries were cold and soggy I ordered a large fries but what I got looked more like a small order. They charged me the "full" price foe a "bowl" of Chile but only gave me what could fit in the small beverage cup. Which by measure is only about 1/3 of the amount that would constitute a regular full bowl of chili which is what they charged me. When I brought this to their attention, instead of offering to remedy the issue, the lead staff member copt an attitude towards me, as if I was wrong for wanting to receive what I had been charged for. Well I won't be coming to this place again, and if I want a cheeseburger burger or anything from a burger joint I'll visit John's Place on the east end of Chapman Ave.
Drive thru was empty, so I was greeted immediately and placed my order. When my order was repeated back to me through the intercom box, I couldn't understand a single word that was said, it was completely distorted. Drove around to the pick up window and there was a car/customer waiting for their order, which took a little over 10 minutes. They left and I pulled up to the window to pay and pick up my food, that was already sitting there waiting for me! That's not good! My order of 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries and onion rings was $19.67. Wow... Really?? They offer a family pack of 4 burgers, 4 fries and 4 drinks for $19.99. My order was half of that and no drinks! What a joke! I got home quickly (less than 2 miles & all green lights) but the food was barely warm and the burgers were vertical in the bag with the fries on top of them, they were a bit smashed but they still tasted good and hit the spot. The onion rings were perfectly crispy fried.
Food is good, tables need to be wiped more often. Each time I came here same thing. Coffee doesn’t come around for refills. 6 tables need wiping, unacceptable. That’s management not training their staff properly. Staff is friendly and food arrives quickly.
Typical hamburger joint. Dukes, omega style. Few TVs in this place. Nice enough staff. Good is decent but nothing you would travel for. My last experience was micro problemic. Asked for steak and egg burrito... Young last didn't hear me say steak. Had i not been eating in... I would have been much more upset later. They fixed the issue.. It only cost me extra $2 and 5 minutes of my morning. Overall decent and good vibe.
9/17/2025 = 3:30PM = 3 Star = This is why I put date and history in my review so the owner will know and what happen to their store why the star is going down , today try to order and no one greet and no smile from the counter, use to be better but look like it's changing , minus star because of that . 7/3/2025 = 5 Star = 1st time to try this dinner plate #3 , I think i will try it again. 4/15/2025 = 5 Star = it's been a while I didn't comeback here, try to order same thing and didn't change , love it 11/18/2022 = 5 Star = 1st time here and i notice that this store has a very good costumer service , and serving is huge , i really recommend this place .
I like the burgers, so I deal with the service. The service is fine as far as taking your order and bringing out your food. Issue is no one is friendly. They never look at you when they take your money or give you change. They literally drop your change on the counter while they intentionally turn away from you. They don't say thank you. They don't smile. You don't get that welcome feeling you expect from a small business. Someone trained them to say "welcome" when you walk in the door, but it ends there. When there aren't customers at the counter, they will smile and laugh with each other behind the counter but no smiles for customers.
Food is good, but not better than Johnie's Jrs..... the last couple times we've gone, they messed up my order. Time before last I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, they gave me a fried chicken patty sandwich. When I called to request the correct sandwich be made, they made it seem like it was my fault because they call it a chicken breast sandwich, that is... you guessed it, grilled. It indeed is a grilled chicken sandwich haha. Okay. Now we just went there this last Saturday, sat at the speaker for longer than 7 minutes and got no one, so I drove up and there was a car at the window. I called to place my order because I noticed there was a car behind me and i didn't want them to wait too long. I call, they answer, I explain the situation and tell them I'd like to order. Immediately, idk why you didn't hear anyone, we are here, you should have waited. Haha I did wait, we thought the speaker might have been broke. I ordered a side of sour cream to put on my tacos and they put a big blob of sour cream right in the middle of the chili cheese fries we had ordered. My man doesn't eat sour cream so he wouldn't touch it. I didn't bother calling to complain because I'm tired of it being my fault my order is wrong when I know i ordered my order how we want it. So Johnies Jr will be our go to place. We would only go to hercules when we are lazy because they have a drive Thru. Sad because their food can be good if it's right, I don't understand what happened. Our order problems started around 2 months ago.
Prices were not listed; staff indicated that they change too often. Had the most average $16.50 burger and fries of my life
I like this place they have good stuff, but so many times they mess my order up. I always ask for no cheese bc I'm lactose intolerant and for some reason they keep adding cheese to my order. Two stars bc they have good food, but mess up my order the majority of the time.
10$ just for a burger itself. overpriced and the menu shows no prices at all they only tell you unless you actually order. Quality has went down the last several years I'll go somewhere else from here on
The order was through the phone. It was not taken properly. The wait time once I arrived was over 20 minutes. They seemed to be removing ceiling tiles while the kitchen was active, very unsanitary. This will be my only visit.
I have been coming to Hercules for 10+ years and I’ve always been happy with the food I order and prices are fair. Just went tonight and all the prices have been removed from the menu boards. I ordered 2 pastrami sandwiches, a small fry and a side of onion rings. Total = $46. $23.00 per meal for take out is insane. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
First time here and last. Ordered an egg burrito and a 16 ounce coffee. Total was $8.19 asked to add guacamole total went up to $11.42. Gave the guy my card charged me $12.01. I hadn’t noticed until after he gave me my card and he walked away. He came back to the window when the food was ready, and when I asked him he gave me the breakdown three dollar charge for avocado, and when I asked them why the price difference between the 1142 and the $12.01 he said they charge a fee. I feel cheated and feel like the service fee for using my card debit card by the way should have been disclosed beforehand. The coffee looks like it’s a 12 ounce coffee not a 16 ounce coffee like they advertise on their menu. Coffee was given to me with no cream or sugar. He didn’t even ask Burrito bland never coming to this place again.
The worst breakfast burrito I've ever had. How can you screw up a chorizo and egg burrito? I don't what this stuff was, but wasn't chorizo. There were no eggs. It was something with hash browns and cheese. I ate some it, but threw it away. What waste of $15.
A staff member was incredibly rude, and when approaching our table gave us attitude. I had gone up to the counter because I didn’t get my drink for my combo and asked nicely that I didn’t get my drink. I was replied with “Girl it’s right here,” she then puts the cup in front of my face. This was my first time coming here and best believe I will never be coming back. Their chairs even have spider webs on them and their booths are dirty. The only thing good about this place is their food so if you come here settle for their drive thru. The main highlight of my visit was this lovely lady named Marcella, it’s a shame I had a bad first experience.
I don’t understand. We come here all the time. I ask for powder sugar on the side and they give me literally a pinch of it or they don’t give it at all. Like we’re willing to pay if that’s the case. But I ask for a side because by the time i eat it it’s all melted. Next time do better on customer service please or have us pay for it. That was very unnecessary he knew what he was doing by saying “I put it on the side” where we couldn’t see how much was given until we left. Very disappointed.
The burgers are great. I've been coming here my whole life, since it was Dukes. It sucks now bc the girls at the front desk just Maddog you when you go up to he counter. After looking at you with a cold look for 10 seconds of silence they "what do you want" They look so miserable as if they want to fight you. And i used to leave a tip for these girls... Weird. Other people have expressed the same, other reviews stating the same have been deleted. You lost a life long, weekly customer. They'll make no changes.
Food is good, no issue there. Really the big problem here is that there are no prices anywhere on the menu. You are ordering blindly and you are left to be asking for prices on everything. Essentially you're ordering blindly. Then your receipt doesn't break down prices, only the total. To that, add a surcharge for using a card to pay. Just not a good business practice, specially at a restaurant. MANAGEMENT: i don't believe anyone will read this but please invest on some new menu with pricing. Be upfront and we will have no issues.
I had a really bad experience. The cashier at the drive thru got my order wrong and she told the cook. Then the cook was so rude and told us to go back at the end of the line and re order. I told him no that we had been waiting and we were not going to go at the end of the line for their mistake. But he ended slamming the drive-thru window. Wen at last the cashier gave me my order she gave it to me in a rude way.
Website pricing not accurate, real price is double of what you see on their site. Went out of my way to support these guys, ended up buying nothing.
The prices are astronomically high and they have hidden fees. Their pico de gallo was clearly old. Avoid this place.. dying business
They asked me to repeat my drive-thru order 6 times and got it wrong every time; when I tried to correct it at the payment window by adding the item they left off, they told me I would have to go through the drive through again ... we spend $40 to $ 80 a week there, or at least we used to... unbelievable
The experience was terrible, I had to al for my money back after watling more than 30 minutes. Once I did the mánager was rude and toldo me she didn't have time for me. She slammed the money on the counter and she also grabbed the receipt From my hand in an aggressive Way. This was done even after I pointed out that I was not Being rude or giving her attitude. She is usually the one working the cash register.
I use to love this place before it was changed to this Hurcles so I decided to take a bite. And it was my worst experience. I paid for a burger that was 9.99 called the Hercules Burger? Not even a drink include. The prices are not well. I miss my .99 Burger I had at this previous place. Shall not come again.
👎👎Overpriced eatery. How much paid $16 for scrimping of a breakfast burrito and a side of biscuits and gravy. Went through drive-through no proper pricing on the menu . then got charged $.60 to use my debit card. Definitely will not go back there again. Manager clearly knows the price as in refuses to post them properly in the facility. For the prices are charging you they should have decent pavement I’m surprised my tires didn’t pop going through there drive-thur 👎👎
We went in to get some food. Ordered 2 pastrami sandwichs. Combo. When it arrived the pastrami was chopped like in itty bitty pieces, #1 we saw a damp wet soggy little sandwich sitting in front of us #2 the smell was rancid #3 pastrami was brown #4 The taste horrible, old rotten bloody meat. I threw up there in the restaurant. I had only 2 small bites, so did my son. Today I had to rush my son to the emergency room, they tested his fecal matter and blood work. He got food poisoning. I called to speak to the manager and he won't listen, I didn't argue with him the day we got the bad food nor did I argue today. I just want customers to be careful this place is bad. Very bad. It must be the cook, or the ingredients IDK.....just please be careful I don't want what happened to myself and my to son to happen to you or your loved ones
This restaurant has terrible service. Every time I come they mess up my order. Today I got egg shells in my scrambled eggs. When ordering I was cut off constantly and felt rushed to order. I’m so over giving this restaurant chances to fix things but it fails everytime. The amount of times Ive had to get down to fix my order is limitless. Truly my order isn’t hard and it’s disappointing that this place disappoints so much. I’ve worked in fast food both regular worker and manager. So I know what it takes and I tried giving chances. But things can never be expressed enough. Now it’s just inconsideration and Laziness
My fires are super soggy I will not be wasting money here again, waste of time, and money. I waited in the drive thru for a good 8 minutes, and they give me soggy fries. I should have gone to omegas
The eggs were both over cooked and under cooked at the same time. Sausage were shriveled little sticks. The toast and hash browns were just ok. Almost every seat was duct taped and poorly at that. I had to wipe down the table I sat at. While the manager sat near by eating orange slices and talking on the phone through Bluetooth. With her clipboards and paperwork in front of her yet didn't seem to actually be doing anything. Coming from an ex assistant manager. Oh yeah there is no prices on the menu and I ended up paying 13.00 for crap I took home to the dog, who wouldn't eat the eggs either. Good luck employees
Depending on their mood is the service you will get. I asked for tacos with guacamole last week. The guy rushes me placing me the order and says ok. Of course no guacamole. Today I go in and ask same thing. I double checked and addressed issue. They were so rude and said well it cost more. I have no problem paying more. You never mentioned that. I don't know how from asking to add guacamole they keep thinking I mean green chili.
First time I ever posted a review. I ordered 2 carne asada tacos n a medium soda, $10.26 (no prices on the menu). The recipe didn't show what I ordered or the price of items. Just the total. What worried me most, it says," pin bypassed". Never again..
Walked in and surprised that there was no prices on the menu. I know what the prices are but I think this is so wrong in so many levels. Prices should always be posted, period. Lost my business.
First they tried to charge tried to charge me $35 for two orders of chilli cheese fries with pastrami. When I questioned them about the price the lowered it to $23. When I get home I noticed there wasnt much pastrami on top. They put extra extra salt in my food, I didn’t notice till about halfway when my fingers started to tingle and I was very thirsty. The second order was the exact same. This place is empty for a reason people stay away!!!
