Deliciously fresh burgers and fries! It was clean in the dining room and restrooms. Location is tucked away behind a grocery store, so a little confusing to find. The drive-thru line entrance will not take you to the parking lot.

Victoria, the store manager, greeted us personally and added that special touch that makes your experience a good one. As usual, the food was on par with the high quality ingredients and excellent preparation. Everything came out to order the way we liked it. I also got to enjoy a lovely sunset view over the hills. Can't go wrong within and out especially at this location.

It's In N Out. Who doesn't like it? Favorite fast food burger joint. Good, cheap, which is why they are always busy. They run a good operation and are consistent with all the locations. Clean and fresh. We love all the off menu request and options. They'll literally make it any way you want.

True Oceanside

Tasty and consistent. This In N Out is also clean. The staff was ready and handled a huge crowd as we arrived with little stress. Make sure you get a shake too.

Always a great experience at In-N-Out. Food was great. I could have used more fries. It’s hot or miss most of the time with In-N-Outs fries portion. We decided to eat outside at this location because the weather was nice Summer Evening. The only problem is there were a lot of ants on the patio… like A LOT😬 I recommend calling an exterminator. All and all Food was good. This shopping center is confusing to get into also.

Love In N Out for so many reasons. Its quick and efficient. The prices are reasonable. The food is constantly delicious and made fresh. Their French fries are made from fresh potatoes onsite. Any time I have guests in from another state this is a must-try, usually they are asking for it. Great company, great product.

Brand new In-N-Out with a drive thru, large dining area and plenty of parking. The best location in Southern California. A perfect location to enjoy a double double and animal style fries. There is also outside tables. The dining area is large with booths and tables. The ketchup station has yellow peppers to add a little spice to your meal. There are bathrooms inside and everything is clean. The employees are super attentive and fast.

I love love love in-n-out, but this particular location has very entitled workers when I order at the drive through. Not all of them , but 9 times out of 10 they seem like they rather be somewhere else. This happens so often that I drive to the one on Carlota instead. Today was different though. Eric was so kind, greeted me, responded to my greeting, and repeated my order. Delaney and Caleb at the window were super sweet. I am giving this place another shot.

Never before in my life have I been to an In-N-Out Burger and boy oh boy was it quite the experience. Pulling up to the drive thru, there was a sign that read "No hog cranking allowed brother" and that was kind of a sad thing to hear, but rules are rules. Anyway, the food was immaculate and the service was top-notch. The man who took my order had a button on his shirt that looked like a big "C" so I asked him what that was about. He said it stood for the Carbonaro Effect, the name of a hidden camera magic TV show, like the one you are on right now.

Three words ... busy, crowded, packed. I have been to many In-N-Outs before, but I have never seen a drive thru line so long ... over 20 cars, probably more since it curved behind some buildings. We opted to park it and go in. Crazy and loud inside. Thank heavens for the quieter outdoor seating. Food was okay (cold fries), service was fine (needed to beg for extra spread), and not worth the insanity. Newer location, maybe someday they'll get it better.

Drive through attendant gave me my order incomplete missing multiple items, didn’t find out until home. Please do a better job checking the ticket to the order contents to make sure it’s all there so I don’t have to do that part of the job for you.

This was truly the most disgusting experience of the night. We arrived at 8:30 and got into the back of the line outside. We were calm and excited to have a perfect fnl experience. But we soon were pushed out of the way, yelled at, and ignored by the other people. The worker George was manning the door and saw that we were next in line. All of a sudden a new group forces their way in front of us and George just lets them in. These new people started pushing and screaming profanities at the workers and us. We were pushed so hard we had to leave out of fear. This was the most disorganized and chaotic experience I have had at this restaurant. I hope that this can be a learning opportunity for all of those involved. We soon went to the other San Juan location and were properly served.
