Postino is a popular spot known for its great food, drinks, and amazing service. The bruschetta board, charcuterie, and meatballs are highly recommended. The atmosphere is vibey, classy, and cool, making it perfect for a fun night out.
Tip: Come after 7:45 and get a Bruschetta Board and bottle of wine for a really nice price!
When you enter the Postino Park Place, you are greeted by trendy music and a decorated indoor space. There is both an outdoor sitting area and an indoor sitting area. The indoors have three different kinds of seats: bar, booth and table seats. The booth seats have a wall covered with radios next to it, while the table area has paintings on its wall and lastly, the bar area has two televisions, perfect for watching games. In the meantime, the outdoor seating area is nicely decorated with flowers and yellow umbrellas to shade the customers from the sun. Along with this nice atmosphere, their food is also pretty delicious. Their menu has a huge variety of different kinds of foods, from great appetizers to their signature bruschetta plates. As well as their bruschetta plates, their crispy cauliflower is also a fan favorite. The cauliflower is nicely cooked, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, and is served with their romesco sauce, sultana raisins and capers. Their cauliflower is a competitor against The Cheesecake Factory’s cauliflower dishes. The portion of the Postino Park Place’s cauliflower is way bigger compared to The Cheesecake Factory’s cauliflower, and it is also cheaper. But one difference is that The Cheesecake Factory’s cauliflower is an alternative for the orange chicken, while Postino Park Place’s cauliflower has a Mediterranean-inspired flavor. Both have their unique taste, but Postino takes the win here. Another nice aspect of the Postino Park Place is their kind waiters. When you enter, you are not only captivated by how nice the restaurant is, but their friendly workers also take your attention. The waiters really pay attention to you and make sure your food comes out as fast as possible. Postino Park Place is a great restaurant with unique flavors and delicious recipes. Their decorations and attentive staff make the restaurant a whole. This restaurant is a great place to hang out with your friends and eat great food. Ultimately, I would recommend trying the Postino Park Place at least once when you are in Irvine.
Postino at Park Place is the kind of spot you walk into for a quick bite and end up staying far longer than planned. The atmosphere is upbeat but relaxed, with a stylish indoor bar and plenty of space to settle in with a glass of wine. It feels like the perfect neighborhood hangout—come for the signature bruschetta boards that Postino is known for. We ordered the bruschetta board, and every slice was a standout. The apple + brie combo was crisp and refreshing, the tomato bruschetta was bright and perfectly seasoned, the mozzarella and tomato was a classic done right, and the date + pistachio topping was rich and addictive. It’s the perfect shareable plate and surprisingly satisfying. The vibe is social and lively, but you can still hear the person across from you—always a plus. Postino is an easy place to return to again and again. It’s simply a great spot to unwind, snack, sip, and stay awhile.
Great food, ordered the prosciutto & brie pannini. Also ordered the meatball appetizers, hummus board & cauliflower, took most of it home. Food is delicious. Service: exceptional Atmosphere: Casual, modern but upscale
Our bartender Mindy was awesome. She had great energy, suggested great dishes and adult beverages. The music selection was on point and the ambiance was top tier.
What a little gem!! The food was very fresh and I appreciated the creative menu- it was different and very delicious! Sit outside if you can! Seemed like a lot of fun!
We had such a wonderful evening at Prostino Park Place! We ordered the bruschetta, charcuterie, and meatballs, paired with a great glass of wine. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the charcuterie board was massive—definitely a showstopper. The service was outstanding, with three different staff members checking on us, all incredibly friendly and attentive. The outdoor seating made the experience even better. I’d go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this spot!
Wow. Come after 7:45 and get a Bruschetta Board and bottle of wine for a really nice price! Food comes out fast. Servers are excellent.
I had such a fun time at this vibey little wine bar that knows how to balance classy and cool. It’s the kind of spot where you feel a little fancy, but not in a “pinkies up” way—more like sip your drink, laugh too loud, and still fit right in kind of fancy. Let’s start with the star of the show: the bruschetta boards. Oh. My. Goodness. These weren’t your average bread-with-toppings situations—these were mini works of art. You get to choose four out of twelve different creations (yes, twelve). I went with the smoked salmon + pesto, warm artichoke spread, classic tomato-mozzarella-basil, and the sweet & spicy pepper jam with goat cheese. Each bite was a perfect little flavor explosion—familiar but upgraded, comforting yet exciting. Honestly, it felt less like eating and more like a tasting adventure. Now, I’ll admit—I’m not a wine girlie. But this place clearly takes its vino seriously. The selection was deep enough to impress a sommelier, while I stuck with a cocktail: a margarita with a black salt rim that was equal parts dramatic and delicious. The vibe itself sealed the deal for me. The decor leaned retro-cool with a wall covered in old radios, stereos, and boomboxes—like a hip time capsule with great lighting. Add in the mix of indoor, outdoor, and bar seating, plus the crowd (lots of young, energetic people, but not in an overwhelming way), and the whole place felt buzzy and alive. One note: this isn’t the place to come for giant entrées, but honestly? That bruschetta board was plenty filling, especially if you’re into the idea of grazing, chatting, and sipping instead of tackling a steak the size of your head. All in all, I’m so glad my friend dragged me here post-breakup—it turned out to be exactly the kind of night I needed: fun, delicious, and a little bit glamorous with just the right edge. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot that’s part wine bar, part hangout, and 100% good vibes.
We had a good time here. It was almost 10pm on Monday and the place was almost packed. We ordered a non alcoholic wine and some snacks and it was great. The waiter was very friendly and nice.
Great place for a sandwich or charcuterie board. Nice selection of wine. On the small side so you may experience a little bit of a wait time at certain times of the day. There is limited outdoor seating as well.
Ambience was amazing, our server at that time was really nice. I had the moscato not sure which one but it was the sweetest one! 8/10 would go for 3 glasses. Food was great, tomato soup was warm and flavorful, the bruschetta was on point! Had to order it again for delivery one time during cravings- although they did burn my bread, not too mad about it bc the flavor was still good lmao, def worth dinning in for the food, ambience and service. Probably not gonna order again online though
We only shared a small snack, but we were very happy with it. It was relatively quiet that day, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was friendly. I actually wanted to come back again, but I didn’t manage to fit it into my schedule.
We got the bruschetta board - French onion, pepper jam and goat cheese, dates pistachio ricotta, and artichoke, and loved all of them! Especially French onion and pistachio ones. The salad and panini combos are so fun and convenient too. We had the donut holes for dessert - our server Isaac got them for us! They were excellent too. Isaac was incredible, he gave us great recommendations, helped sub for vegetarian options and so. Thanks for making it such a great expense, we’ll definitely come back.

Cool place! Perfect for meeting friends and sharing some plates (they have entrees too tho) Cozy atmosphere and some delicious options for food, cocktails, wine and beer. Recommend building a bruschetta board and one of their preset boards if you there with a group.

10/10 food, 100/10 service. Alejandro was initially our server and helped us craft the perfect spread, everything was so yummy. (my fav was the mushroom fondue) kennedy took over as our waiter and kept the amazing vibes going. cannot wait to go back for more 🔥food and cute vibes!!!
Visited Postino Park Place and was genuinely impressed! Their $25 bottle and board deal on Mondays is an absolute steal, offering both great value and quality. I also tried the salad sandwich combo, and it was nothing short of delightful. This place knows how to satisfy its patrons. Highly recommend giving it a try
Everything was great! Satisfied! Reasonably priced! Chose this place for the dog friendly outdoor patio. Was looking for a nice happy hour spot to catch up with a friend. This place did not disappoint! Parking is ample, easy, free. Happy hour wine selection was great. Knowledgeable server will guide you if you don’t know exactly what to choose. 🍷 Yummy bruschetta! Bread was so fresh. Delicious flavor combinations and all ingredients were fresh and delicious! We also had the nine iron panini with focaccia bread and side soup of the day (cauliflower, so good). Everything was great! My friend enjoyed her mocktail, a fruity berry lemonade. We didn’t feel rushed and all the staff were friendly and helpful! With all the food and drinks, I think the total bill was more than reasonable. Would go back for sure. Please excuse my thumb in the photo! 🫣
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Postino and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We started with the olives and sweet potato wedges, both of which were delicious and perfectly seasoned. The bread board was a great addition to our meal, as the freshly baked bread was soft and warm with a crisp crust. I ordered the West Coaster panini on gluten-free bread, and it did not disappoint.Overall, I highly recommend Postino for anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner for two or a fun night out with friends, Postino has something for everyone. I will definitely be back!
This place is popular and crowded most of the time. I have been this place for more than five times since it opens. I always get bruschetta platter and also some typical tapas style plate because they bring quality food. Their selection of beers are also great. I have also purchased their year end discounted gift card and I will defiantly come back.
Vibe was trendy casual. We enjoyed the wall of cassette tapes. On a Monday around 6:30p, We walked right in, really quick service. The staff was friendly. We loved everything we tasted. That cauliflower on that Romesco sauce was unforgettable we could taste the red peppers and golden raisins. We wished we had mor bread to dip into that generous sauce. The bruschetta pack was also amazing. We had a full range from sweet, acidic, and fresh flavors. Our faves were the Apple Brie and The Sweet and Spicy Goat cheese. Definitely happy to come back and try other dishes
@postinowinecafe hit the spot last night. Super chill atmosphere with yummy food and good service. I had to try the bruschetta board! There were so many great options it was too hard to narrow it down to 4, so I got 5. I had the prosciutto di parma, fig & mascarpone, warm artichoke spread, smoked salmon & pesto, sweet n’ spicy pepper jam & goat cheese, and burrata, bacon, arugula & tomato. I honestly cannot say which one was my favorite. They were all great! The articoke spread was probably the only one that didn't stand out. It was good...warm and flavorful, but probably a little outshined by the others. The food was good, the vibe was on point and my server was awesome. I'm glad I stopped here before my 3 hour drive home. It was just what I needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This place is so fun. The board was amazing, the bread for the panini was perfect. The atmosphere is so cool. The cauliflower is a must try. I know it's crazy. Most my posts are meat, but this cauliflower is posti-yes. The salad was great. I couldnt find a bad thing to say. Try this place out everyone.
I have been here a handful of times in the past and i've always received great service, delicious food and wonderful wines. Yesterday I visited again with my in laws for the first time in about a year. They are wine lovers and I was so happy that the quality not only held up but actually was surpassed because they've added Marine Layer wines to their wine list, which is one of my favorites. Luis was our server an offered impeccable service.
A hidden gem! This nice restaurant serves the most amazing bruschetta and wine. The perfectly toasted bread topped with different toppings is a flavor explosion. The extensive wine selection complements the bruschetta perfectly, creating a delightful dining experience. The attentive staff and cozy ambiance add to the overall charm. Highly recommended for a memorable culinary adventure! Perfect delight for Vegan & vegetarian folks.
LOVED this place. We went for lunch and it was busy, but not overly busy where I couldn’t hear the people I was with. The restaurant gives off such a good vibe, has impeccable interior design, and great food. Outside had misters to keep cool and inside was air conditioned. Was very pleased with the looks of all our meals as well as the taste. The host and our waitress were cool and edgy in a sophisticated New York way. Loved it all. Will be going back!
Went here during week day happy hour. Was not crowded at that time, and I had to finish some work, so they gave me a quieter corner booth to sit in. The staff were all super nice and helpful for ordering suggestions. The bruschetta options are awesome - I love that you get to pick 4 and try different ones! My waitress even suggested a wine pairing to go with what I picked. Will definitely be back!
LOVED this place! Cool atmosphere/decor; had the half tuna panini and tomato soup combo which were both yummy and decently priced; also the Tre Cucumber cocktail was also really nice and refreshing. All servers were great and so friendly. The food and drinks arrived quickly. I have nothing negative to say about this place. Absolutely will come again!
Fun atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating available plus a bar area. We had the olives and salmon appetizer and both were delicious. Then we shared the Chef's Charcuterie Board which was also very good and plenty for two. Not your typical "dinner" place but great for grazing, drinking and chatting. Service can be good or not as they share the tables and sometimes your original server disappears and leaves you with a server who doesn't care about you.
I had a fantastic dining experience at Postino Park Place in Irvine, California! The table was loaded with delicious options, including a creamy dip with fresh veggies and chips that was packed with flavor, and a hearty sandwich filled with fresh ingredients. The roasted cauliflower and sweet potato dishes stood out—crisp, perfectly seasoned, and a joy to eat. Paired with refreshing drinks. Highly recommend this spot for a casual, tasty meal!
We went here two Sundays in a row after finding out about Postinos! The food and service here is amazing! Our friends that we took here really enjoyed the $6 glasses of wine (that is available daily before 5) We had Kate as our hostess both times we went and were impressed at her knowledge of the menu and wine selection which was so helpful because they have a lot of wines to choose from. So if you don't know what to get seems like the servers are all passionate in helping you find something that meets your tastes. We will be back, bruschetta boards are a must!!!
Vibrant Ambiance and Delectable Delights at Postino Park Place As a devoted food blogger and enthusiastic Google reviewer, I recently had the pleasure of experiencing lunch at Postino Park Place, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an exuberant host whose energy set the tone for our visit. 🍽️Our table, strategically placed for two, offered a prime location within the vibrant and uniquely styled space. Every corner was adorned with colorful details that beckoned attention, enhancing the overall dining experience. 👍I wholeheartedly recommend Postino Park Place for a friendly hangout or gathering. The atmosphere fosters a sense of warmth and camaraderie, making it an ideal spot for connecting over delicious food and drinks. Speaking of which, the appetizers surpassed expectations, boasting impeccable quality and flavor. 🍕Each bite was a testament to the culinary expertise behind the dishes. And let's talk about the wine and beer—here, you truly experience the essence of each sip, elevating the dining experience to new heights. 💎The service was top-notch, with servers who were not only fluent in the menu but also offered insightful suggestions to enhance our meal. Among the highlights were the fried cauliflower and bruschetta, both bursting with bold flavors and expertly executed. 🍺Our decision to indulge in a pitcher of beer was met with sheer satisfaction—the brew was nothing short of amazing, perfectly complementing the array of flavors on our table. The meatball was a revelation, tender and fresh, while the sweet potato wedges left us craving for more. 💚In conclusion, Postino Park Place exceeded expectations on every front. From the welcoming ambiance to the delectable offerings, it's a culinary destination that warrants repeat visits. 👍Whether you're seeking a casual meal or a memorable gathering with friends, this establishment delivers an unforgettable experience that will leave you coming back for more.
I went to Postino Park Place in Irvine to celebrate a friend's birthday and everything was delicious! They have a great atmosphere - especially for a casual get-together. I got a tuna sandwich and a salad, which were both perfect. They also have a great cheese board selection - my friends raved about theirs. Since there was this great $25 cheese board and bottle of wine special on Mondays and Tuesdays after 8 pm a lot of people ended up sharing that. The overall ambiance in the evening gives an intimate yet modern type of vibe. The service was great and it's a great spot for a fun and tasty meal with friends.
Food was good. Came in shareable trays. I thought the onion soup was ok. My favorite was the mushroom fondu I forgot to take a pic of it since we ate it so soon. The hummus platter and bruschetta platters were good as well. Nice bar food experience. The drinks were really good! I enjoyed the prickly pear margaritas & the cucumber cocktail! Nice place to hang with family. The weather was perfect. No waiting at all when we got there for dinner on Mother’s day - did not have reservations.
Intrigued by their Happy Hour, we stopped by on a Friday afternoon around 3pm. We were seated right away, and our server mentioned that they’re best known for their "Wine and Boards." When we saw $6 pitchers of beer on the menu, we couldn’t pass that up! However, we quickly realized that their "pitchers" were only two pints instead of the usual four. Still, at $3 a pint, it was a solid deal! For food, we ordered the Mushroom Fondue, Bruschetta Board, and the PREAM Bowl. The standout? Hands down, the Mushroom Fondue—rich, truffle-packed, and absolutely divine. The other two dishes were decent but didn’t quite wow us. Service was excellent! Our server was attentive, frequently checking in and keeping our table clear. Overall, a great experience—I’d rate this spot a solid 4.5/5!
People are nice there. The food was excellent. I had the Garden chicken sandwich. Excellent choice for me because I would have it again. Reasonable prices also.
Postino is one of my favorite spots! I love coming here with friends—the vibe and atmosphere are always perfect. The wine and bruschetta never disappoint, and the wine selection is amazing. The staff is always welcoming, and Nikki was so sweet and attentive, making sure we were taken care of the whole time. Diego was also great and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. They both added to such a great experience!
Great spot - very pleasant atmosphere, cozy and comfortable, not hot at all. The service is outstanding - attentive and genuinely caring staff make you feel welcomed. The food is absolutely delicious, every dish is prepared with love and beautifully presented. A perfect balance of quality and service - definitely a place worth coming back to!
This is a very nice restaurant and bar. Their food selection, especially their charcuterie options to share are delightful. Enjoy the atmosphere, excellent service and good vibes here. Definitely a trendy spot so I suggest reservations for dinner.
Great lunch spot—especially if you don’t mind $7 wine. 🍷🍷🍷 I’ve tried the bruschetta boards and the sandwiches, and both are consistently satisfying.
Postino Park Place is the perfect mix of trendy, cozy, and delicious. The atmosphere is lively but not overwhelming—great for date nights, brunches, or catching up with friends. Their bruschetta board is a must-try, with creative flavor combos that never disappoint. I also love their wine selection—affordable, varied, and always served with a smile. The service is attentive and friendly without being pushy. Whether you're stopping by for happy hour or a relaxed dinner, Postino nails it every time.
As ‘out of towners’ we stumbled across this place on our way to the airport. The service was above and beyond. The food- incredible’s an understatement. We were seated with kindness and everything was 10’s across the board. Everyone should come here.
1000/10. Can't recommend this place enough. Every single plate we got was so full of flavor and amazing. Cocktails and wine were top notch. Shout out to Alejandro, our server. He was the absolute sweetest. So attentive, made sure we had everything we needed, and recommended some really great dishes. The manager Louis was so nice as well. He made sure we were well taken care of and you can truly tell he cares about his employees and the customers that walk through the door. Will definitely be back. Officially adding this place as one of my top favorites places in Orange County.
Such a great experience at Postino Park Place! The quality of the food, service, and overall vibe is consistently top-notch. Special thanks to the manager, Luis 🙏🏻, for setting such a high standard of hospitality, and also to Isaac for his wonderful service — truly attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend!
We first tried this place out in Dallas and loved it so we were so happy to see they’ve opened one close to us! We got the goat cheese meatballs (a must-have) and chose 4 of the bruschettas to split. I feel like you can’t go wrong with any that stand out to you. My favorite is the Brie, apple, and fig though! Cool spot to hang with friends or go on a date.
Had such a great experience at Postino Park Place Irvine thanks to Jason! He was super genuine, friendly, and made us feel right at home. You can tell he really knows the menu and talks about it in a way that’s both helpful and easy to connect with. The rest of the staff were also incredibly helpful and inviting—everyone made the atmosphere feel warm and relaxed. The food was amazing—especially the Bruschetta Board (so many fun flavor combos) and the hot donut dots were the perfect sweet ending. Definitely planning to come back soon!
I love Postinos. I have been to a few locations in Arizona and one in Dallas. This is the first one in California and closest to my house. I took my mom and some teacher friends on break to the new one in Irvine which is about 55 mi from my house. Everyone had a great time, the food was fantastic, the service was awesome, and everyone was friendly. The decor of every location never disappoints. Really eclectic and interesting stuff from the light fixtures to the crazy cool bathroom. I screwed up my photos and didn't get a good picture of the boards we ordered today. But we did discuss our favorites. Many loved the prosciutto big and mascarpone. Many also loved the ricotta dates and pistachios. The seasonal was delicious and all of the regulars were fantastic. We ordered the soup at the moment which was cauliflower and super delicious. We also each had some wine from the $6 before 5:00 p.m. special. You can't go wrong there. We also ordered Nick's board that had pimento cheese nuts pickles sausage sweetie peppers and the most soft and delicious pretzel with killer mustard. It was so good we had to order another pretzel to finish our pimento cheese. The staff was awesome and brought us over complimentary chocolate lava cake with ice cream and a creme brulee. Both were also incredible. Everyone had an awesome time and enjoyed all of the food. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
This is a great wine cafe. If you love wine and bruschetta then this your place. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is relaxing and outstanding food. I've been coming here for years and never been disappointed.
Rarely leave reviews but this place left me no choice. We haven’t had a restaurant experience like this in quite some time. We went for lunch today and the vibe was energetic and alive, the food was excellent, and the service was top notch. We took my parents who are in town visiting and my 70 year old mother even started dancing (she NEVER does that lol). Thank you so much for the great memory!
Came here to have a drink and appetizers, before we attended a wedding reception. The atmosphere is casual and fun. The bartenders are wonderful, very attentive and friendly. The drinks are delicious, I ordered an old fashioned, it was made well. It was happy hour at the time. Mini pitcher of beer (about 2.5 glasses) or glass of wine for $7. Sitting at the bar which is wide open, was really nice. There was a nice breeze, the weather was perfect! We ordered the meatballs and skewers. Which were both good but I enjoyed the meatballs a bit more. They are known for their different bruschettas, which we did not order, maybe next time. This place is a great place to hang out and enjoy a drink and a small bite. I'm definitely returning.
We were greeted by the General Manager when we walked in. He was so gracious and helpful. Our server Isaac was top notch. We met the manager who was also great. The Bruschetta board was fantastic. I’d give 10 stars to this restaurant. This was our first visit here, as we are visiting from Chicago. Thank you to all the management and staff. Well done!
Great place to grab a quick bite. Parking can be challenging, there's valet service that helps at the other end of the parking lot. Today there was a server that grossed us out, the high top tables were too close together and the server taking orders next to us, her long untied hair was rubbing the edges of our table.
Stopped by for a bottle night...man was I impressed. The food, the vibe, the service. Good stuff, will be back. Shout out to our Server Tizzy, loved her recommendations:)
Love this place. Very cozy and good atmosphere. Great spot for group dinners. Charcuterie board was bomb and had the nicest waiter, Alex. Very bubbly and friendly and had great recommendations!
Great place for a happy hour and to catch up with friends! The food is super yummy and comes out fast. The service was great; we had Alejandro and he kept checking in on us and made sure our water was always full. They don’t pressure you to leave once you are done, so it is the perfect place to chat and hang out!
One of best places to hang for great drinks and great food! The service is absolutely amazing. We always feel so well taken care of here. Mindy, Bobby, Ricky, and Diego are so much fun to talk to. I highly suggest sitting at the bar, you will have the best time! Everytime we come here, the experience is always amazing! Love love love this place!!
My wife and 3 girls visited Postino’s in Irvine for the first time for dinner! We were so beyond amazed by the over all service from this team. They truly shine and have the best hospitality we have experienced! Truly very kind, caring and warm welcoming! We were amazed as well with the food, by far the best panini’s ever! Thanks to Alondra, Amanda, Iranna, Cecil, Brenden and Diego! This team has by far set the bar very high in what exceptional service and food is all about. Thanks to the chefs and this team for giving us such an amazing experience today! Keep shining!
We enjoyed a great evening with a selection of appetizers and a lovely glass of wine. The bruschetta, meatballs, and charcuterie were all outstanding, and the charcuterie board was huge—truly impressive. The service was top-notch, with multiple staff members stopping by to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was friendly and attentive.
I can’t say enough good things about this place, and especially about our server, Tizzy. She is hands down the BEST. We had her for the first time about six months ago, and ever since then we always request her — even if it means waiting a bit, because she’s absolutely worth it. She’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes you feel genuinely cared for. Her recommendations are always AMAZING, and she treats us like old friends every time we come in. Service like hers is rare, and it’s a huge reason we keep coming back. Truly outstanding service - 10/10!
I love a good charcuterie board and this place did not disappoint. Met a coworker to catch up and I’m so glad he recommended this place. We had the Chefs Charcuterie it was delish, followed by Chefs Choice Bruschetta, a couple a skewers and a bottle of Mary Taylor wine. It was a red with great notes, really good. Service was great. Patio was warm. We will returning. (next time I will bring the man 😘)
Can't say enough good things about this place! The vibe is wonderful (love the wall of vintage boom boxes) and the food is super creative and delicious. The best part of our experience was our server, Jamie. Her smile and personality made everything even better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Postino is a really cool place to hangout with friends and share delicious and innovative charcuterie and bruschetta boards. It is totally unique and unlike most restaurants/bars in Orange County. It has a very chill vibe with really unique retro 80's decor with a nice bar, indoor and outdoor dining and lounge areas. Their Happy Hour deals are really good too! Good spot for date nights or girls night!
I’ve been to Postino’s a few times now, and we absolutely love the vibe. It’s such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The small plates are always delicious, and our favorite is the bruschetta board, you get to choose four different varieties, which makes it perfect for trying new flavors. We’ve had Ashlynn as our server each time, and she is consistently sweet, attentive, and professional. She really makes the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!
Postino is hands down one of my favorite spots. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. From the bruschetta boards to the salads and paninis, everything tastes thoughtfully prepared and high quality. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and perfect whether you’re meeting friends, going on a date, or just unwinding after a long day. What really makes the experience stand out, though, is the service. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They check in at the right times without being overbearing, and you can tell they actually care about making sure you enjoy your visit. Postino is hands down one of my favorite spots. Postino is fantastic and reasonably priced. The bruschetta board is amazing and can't go wrong with any of the options. The service is perfect everytime I go. Brendan was such a great waiter on Valentine's Day :)

One of best places to hang for great drinks and great food! The service is absolutely amazing. We always feel so well taken care of here. Mindy, Bobby, Ricky, and Diego are so much fun to talk to. There's a lot of creativities here at POSTINO, as the way they serve their food is really "out of the box" Ordered their Raspberry Chicken salad 🥗, it's served on the board that chicken salad (chicken mixed with mayo and celery) on the right , and greens on the other side, raspberry jam in the middle, you can either dip it with the chicken salad or the greens, works both ways and delicious 😋, especially when the jam lights up the entire flavor. The specialty here at POSTINO is their Bruschetta, you can mix 4 kinds of toppings out from the list of 12, I personally like "Prosciutto/Fig/Mascarpone", a very good chemistry of the salty of Prosciutto, sweet n sour of fig, and the rich of Mascarpone. Brie/Apple/Fig is another good one 😁.
I came for happy hour, $7 for all the wines on menu. My bruschetta board was pretty tasty. I got 4 different flavors, my favorite was the apple and fig.
Great place. Had a lunch and the quality of the food was great. Had meat on a stick with amazing Tsatsiki and also had what you what you can see on the picture. Will absolutely come back and try other things on their menu.

Great little wine bar that focuses on innovative food that goes with everything on the list. Tons of fun international wines by the bottle and glass are featured here. Think high-end bar food with local fresh ingredients emphasized. Service is always been on point and very personable. Keep in mind not they do not have a full bar. No liquor, just great wine and food.
I was diggin' the vibe & music variety inside Postino's that night! The awesome boombox wall caught my attention and the circular corner couch is the chill spot. The staff made sure to take great care of us. My friend and I started with 2 glasses of wine and a bruschetta board. Our board had Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil, Burrata, Bacon, Arugula & Tomato, Prosciutto Di Parma, Fig & Mascarpone, and a seasonal mix that I wish could stay on the menu. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi. No shrimp was left behind. Delicious! Meatballs with goat cheese. That was mouth-watering. I had the CRÈME BRULEE for dessert. I took the rest of my dessert home & shamefully demolished it in my bed!
9/19/25: We went for simple dinner first time. My PREAM bowl was good but not great because of couple of things: the grain, like barley or farro was so crusty and bland; the Broccolini was raw rather than cooked and crunchy, also very bland, could use some seasoning or salt and abit of cooking oil. However, the steak cubes were well seasoned and got good flavors, the romanesco was delicious. Hope this helps. ##### It is a fun place to hang out, especially after work. Food was good enough to snack on while having a beer. Pricing is reasonable for both food and alcohol. Bradon, server, was great.
Postino provides the ultimate hipster bar experience. The interior is decorated with 90's style boomboxes covering one wall and colorful glass pendant lights hanging throughout. The bruschetta board is their go-to menu item and a can't miss. With various combinations ranging from savory (bacon/tomato/cheese) to sweet (figs/brie/jam), you'll enjoy a fun eating experience that you'll want to do with a group. The bruschettas with tomato were particularly juicy and delicious. Memorable appetizers include a golden roasted cauliflower head, moist baby meatballs with pockets of gooey goat cheese, and crispy maitake mushrooms with smoky notes and a citrusy yogurt (lebni) accompaniment. Their paninis and salads are decent as well, but the best bang for your buck can be found at their late night happy hour during weekdays from 8pm and after: a four-piece bruschetta board and bottle of wine for $25. Service is definitely hit or miss. With communal service, you don't have a single person attending to you. During my first visit, one server was extremely attentive (visiting our table every ~10 minutes). On my second visit, we waited 45 minutes for our check after finishing our food and were pretty antsy by the end of our 3-hour service for a party of 2. If you're in a rush, avoid busy dinner services and weekend dining here. With good food and a fun vibe, Postino Park Place makes a great addition to this Irvine business district.
Great hangout place to catch up with friends. Their food menu is not extensive, and they don't have the conventional main entrees type dishes. However, what they do have, such as the bruschetta board, charcuterie board, grilled cheese sandwich, and meat skewers are pretty good. For a big chain wine bar, their wine selection is surprisingly limited. We tried a couple of bottles from the regular wine menu, and they are decent. Probably need to go for the higher end bottles to get better quality wine.
Service is absolutely amazing! Food ingredients are fresh! Roasted Mushroom Fondue and the Bruchetta with the bacon are my faves. Crispy Cauliflower is delicious. My friends enjoyed their Paninis and skewers. Beer selection is fun. The place gets very LOUD so not a good place for date night unless you don't mind conversation where you're yelling the entire time.
Our server, Alejandro, was incredible! I hadn’t been to this location in a year, and did not realize it would be *this* busy. However, Alejandro always took great attention and had yummy recommendations for us, especially for drink choices! I love sweeter ciders and wines, so the recommendations for the woodchuck cider and Perfekt riesling wine were wonderful—not too sweet or dry. Despite how packed this place was, my friend and I never felt neglected or like we couldn’t order or ask for help in a timely manner. 5 stars of Alejandro! ⭐️ Thank you, Alejandro, for being so kind and wonderful! P.S. Make sure to park at the parking structure across the street to the left of the LA Fitness for 2 hour free parking. No validation needed (as of Jan 2026). I went to a random parking lot to the right of the planet fitness and ended up having to pay!

All of the reviews I had read are correct, just most of those reviews fail to accurately portray the experience of this very busy trendy eatery. So why the 3 stars. Because the experience was really 'not all that'. Carbs and more carbs as everything was served atop bread or bread was included for dipping on each plate. I swear there must be one person's job in the kitchen to ensure all of the bread is grilled to perfection. It was perfect in every application. Yes, a person's Keto diet can eat everything else besides the toast, but the meal would be rather empty since the menu profile supports every method of serving grill-toasted bread. It seems rather obvious that sharing is the way to enjoy Postino, and be sure to take advantage of the everyday/all-day special's of the happy hour beers menu. I think ours was a $7 picture (32oz) of craft beer. Excellent for sharing during lunch. So we started off at 4 stars, but the noise level is high and it just got worse. As the crowd inside (neat decore BTW) got fuller, so did the outside patio area that faces the parking lot that sits below the takeoff and approach to, I think, John Wayne airport. We had helicopters, jets, small commercial and private planes overhead about every minute. So each time an aircraft would fly over, the now gathered lunch hour crowd would start talking louder. I think the music level was fine because all of the yelling made it barely audible. UNTIL, the Sysco restaurant refrigerated delivery truck parked in the lot directly behind my head (maybe not directly), about 40 feet away. One of the guests sitting with us was telling a story and when the truck showed up and parked with the refrigerator running, our story teller began yelling their story. We had mentioned to our server about the loud noise from the truck. His excuse was that the deliveries are supposed to be before the restaurant opening hours for the area, but “sometimes we just have to put up with the it”. The truck was there making our restaurant experience “very uncomfortable”, I told the server. Maybe these types of ‘trendy’ restaurants like the Shabu thing are just not to my likening. Too much self/customer involvement with the dining experience. Why do we tip so much? Dicks

Food wise was just average in my opinion. The bruschetta boards are unique and fun to try. The meatballs were nothing special. The mushroom fondue was inedible (way too salty, but the waitress told me it was an off day and gave us a discount for it). The ambiance is nice for a hang out with friends. No wait on a Sunday for lunch. Parking is available for free in the lot or garage
The staff at Postino in Irvine are friendly, but it seems like they could use more training when it comes to communicating with customers. I ordered a Caesar salad and asked if I could add chicken. They said yes, but didn’t mention it would be an extra $7.50 or that it would come as chicken skewers. Had I known the price and style, I might have ordered something else. Clearer communication would really improve the overall experience.
I wanted to like this place, but the service missed the mark for me. I sat at the bar, ordered immediately, and then didn’t have a single check-in until I asked for my bill. I never got a steak knife for my skewers or limes for my Diet Coke, and I would’ve happily asked if anyone had come by. There were only three groups at the bar, but one bartender was deep in conversation with a couple and giving them free drinks, while the other stayed busy with side work. Nothing was rude, just inattentive enough to make the whole visit feel a bit overlooked.
We waited for service almost 25 minutes. We got sat down and looked at the menu, no one came to serve us or even get us a glass of water. A particular server kept helping the tables next to us but would skip us & not even acknowledge us. My boyfriend told the hostess about this and said he will tell our server to come help us right away but it was already 5 minutes later, I grew impatient and left. We went to Olive Garden instead, at least they will serve us a lot quicker than this place.
Came for the board and bottle special but was overcharged! I checked the receipt carefully before paying and the total was correct. Then found later that my credit card had been charged 50% more than I should have been.
Came on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:00. They refused to seat us indoors, even though there were tons of open tables. My 3 year old had irritated skin and couldn’t be in the sun. When asked if the patio had shade the rude man at the front simply responded, “no.” The staff also made it clear we had to leave before 3:00, as a large party was coming in. We told them we did not plan on staying even an hour, but they still would not seat us inside. We should have walked out, but sat under the only umbrella with shade and hoped for the best. As we finished, my son started to have a reaction and we asked for a cup or small bag of ice. The waiter said they “wouldn’t even know what to put it in.” A cup. Or a small bag. I get that it’s not the staff’s job to accommodate a child with a skin reaction, but it is their job to accommodate simple, easily fulfilled requests. We’ve been going to Postino since they only had one location in central Phoenix. But it’s pretty safe to say we will not be going back to the Irvine location.
