This place and staff are simply amazing!! Heather was our server and she didn’t miss a beat - prompt, courteous, professional and every order came out perfect with zero mistakes!! The Assistant Manager, Greg, was also amazing! He accommodated our group with open arms and made the night extra special - he’s one of the BEST managers I’ve come across in the service industry in a very long time. Another Operations Manager, Maunia, was spot on, as well!! She didn’t miss a beat and did everything possible to make this evening extra special. Thank you, team, for a great and memorable night - we will be back.

Five stars for Lucky Strike - Ladera Ranch! First visit tonight and I'm officially a fan. I live five minutes away and we came on a double date with friends (plus their two‑year‑old). From the moment we walked in, the team made it effortless. We'd reserved a lane in advance; the front desk immediately knew our name and lane, got our shoe sizes in seconds, and we were set. The place was packed--in the best way. Every lane full, tons of families, great music, and so much energy. And the food...way better than I expected for a bowling spot. The pepperoni pizza had this delicious, unexpected kick to the sauce, the fried cauliflower bites were the best I've ever had (I'd come back just to grab those to‑go), and the fish tacos were excellent. Service was the standout. Slade, John, and Dre (manager/ops/our server team) treated us like VIPs--warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. The ops manager even entered our names into the scoring system for us, which was such a nice touch. Later, when an arcade game glitched, a staff member came right over, reset it, and added extra plays so we could keep the fun going. Zero friction, all smiles. I'd seen some low‑star reviews, but our experience was the exact opposite: organized check‑in, fantastic food, thoughtful service, and a buzzing, family‑friendly vibe. We left happy and already planning the next visit. Lucky Strike Ladera Ranch earned every one of these five stars.

We love Lucky Strike in Ladera Ranch! The atmosphere is fun and the staff is always friendly. Whenever we have company in town, this is one of the places we take them. There is something for everyone. There are fun music videos playing at the end of every lane and they always have great music playing. I love the arcade games and there are lots of awesome prizes. One of our favorite things though is the food! This is not your typical bowling alley food. They have everything from standard chicken fingers and fries to birria tacos, bao buns, and hot honey pepperoni pizza. Sometimes we go just for dinner. I highly recommend a visit to Lucky Strike if you are looking for good food or a fun night out.

First of all, great to have a place like this in Ladera. We had fun bowling as a family of 5. On the negative side, the acoustics are horrible, someone messed up with the audio sync in there. Also, the $17 Cocktails taste like 90% simple syrup with a small splash of alcohol. I don’t mind the $17, but please make it worth it.

You like bowling? You like being able to bowl near somewhere to your high score? Well that may not happen here because they put more money into there arcade than into the actual bowling alley itself. When walking in, I thought I was at the wrong place because I was literally flashed with bright lights from the huge arcade. For a minute, I thought I was in Dave & Busters. Not to mention that I couldn’t even see the bowling lanes until I got to the front desk. I feel like if you advertise as a bowling alley, you should probably have the bowling alley visible first before the arcade. First, never go to a corner lane next to the wall as you will feel cramped. I personally felt like this as I was placed in lane 2. Compared to other reviews I read, there was no complications with getting a lane. However, I would rather be put next to people with no sense of bowling etiquette then be next to a wall. Second, if you bowl with some type of spin on the ball and don’t have a lot of power, you might as well give up on that because you will just gutter every time. I have been bowling for 6+ years consistently and I have never gotten scores so bad since I first started bowling at the age of 5. I couldn’t even use my $300+ ball at this lane because the ball wouldn’t even cross halfway through the lane without it swerving back to the area I just bowled from. Even when I switched up the bowling balls to the ones provided to you, the holes in the bowling ball were so greasy and slippery and they were inconsistent when it came to how much spin I placed on the ball. Third was the bowling lane itself. Besides the horrible placement of the lane being next to a wall, there was little dents on my lane as well has a hitch in the lane that made my ball bounce while spinning. Not to mention my ball was chipped because of the hitch. I couldn’t even move where I wanted to go because there would be a wait. Not to mention that there was strings on the bowling pins which I absolutely hate because they effect the motions of the bowling pins when hit. There were certain points in the game where pins would just fall because the strings would knock them over when they stretched across the lane. I even tried calling this place in advance before going here to ask about this specific feature and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone for 3 hours! You could imagine my surprise when I showed up to the place and there were 3 young men and women standing around doing absolutely nothing behind the counter. I understand that this place is new and there are many changes that needed to be made, but I have never felt so horrible coming out of a bowling alley. I do have to say that the staff and customer service was excellent although the prices for food were outrageously high. 18$ for a burger and fries is literally highway robbery. To conclude my statement, if you’re just a family just looking for a fun experience, go here. But if you’re competitive or even slightly competitive about your game and you have some type of spin with not as much power, don’t go here. You will feel frustrated bowling even if you adjust your form or foot placement. Again, this place is new so I’ll give it some time and maybe I’ll come back but as of right now, I’m sticking with the Bowlero in Corona.

terrible service! They took my friend’s real id and broke it. The part that scans is now damaged. When we claimed it was real. We Called the cops on them to get the ID back. The cops confirmed it was real. Literally waste of time for the cops to come and inspect a real ID. The service needs to do better, and they said they can’t pay to fix the ID that they broke and bent. But if I broke something there they would make me pay so what a joke of a business. If I could give it less than one I would. A general manager can’t even read a legit ID.

Positive first - nice facility, clean, and everything seemed to work. Negative- unreasonable policy regarding outside beverages. My wife and obviously senior citizens. My wife must drink water. She walked in with a clear bottle that had WATER. The staff were rude to her and told her she couldn't have her water. She walked out to drink it. Next, now I'm standing alone. The staff for some reason charged me for two bowlers...I was the only one standing there...new math ? And next - since I brought my own shoes, they had to be inspected. Poor customer service pushes customers away...no customers, no business Lastly, the alley is poorly oiled, preventing my quality bowling ball from hooking
