It's good for having coffee with friends. I do recommend ordering drinks at the counter, because they sometimes forget. Everyone is very attentive. If you're going to play games, I recommend paying for the day pass. The games are good; we only encountered one that was incomplete, but everything was fine.

First time here and it's probably already become one of my favorite places. It's so much better than it looks in pictures. I loved the service, the pay-as-you-go system, and the variety of snacks and drinks (DELICIOUS). You can stay as long as you want, it's super comfortable and modern, and there are tons of games to choose from. Overall, I thought it was the perfect place to get to know your friends better and spend quality time with close friends. I highly recommend the white coffee, the matcha, the taro, and what I loved most is that you can bake popcorn, and they also have oatmeal, chips, and fruit. I definitely think it's worth it. And coming on a Sunday is ideal! Congratulations on the service and the concept. I'll be back soon 🤍🤍🤍

I held an event in Hall B and it was excellent. The facilities are very nice, attractive, and have a good capacity. They have their own snack bar and a Mets screen that works very well. The staff was super attentive. The drinks were very punctual. 🩷 I loved it, I'll definitely repeat an event there.

Excellent service and attention from the entire staff! The drinks and snacks were fantastic and of excellent quality; it's definitely worth coming back. We were there for a little over two hours and paid the premium rate, which came to a total of 450! Truly an excellent value! 🩷✨️ Thank you so much for everything!

I booked a large conference room, Sala B, at Chez Vous #timecafe, Bucareli 35 for two days for our company's annual retreat. The Chez Vous team was so quick at responding to my questions, even at night! Sala B's room size was perfect for our team of 21. The unlimited included coffee and snacks was such a nice touch and so convenient. We originally reached out to our hotel and an international chain specializing in coworking spaces, but chose Chez Vous due to their professionalism, fully outfitted spaces, and unbeatable cost! 10/10 recommend for individual, small, and large coworking groups in CDMX!

El espacio está muy lindo y me agradó que recibieron a mi perrita! Las bebidas me gustaron igual, en especial el chocolate blanco. Solamente cambiaría que pudiéramos quedarnos más tiempo cerrando la barra, pero el concepto es distinto. La atención de los chicos fue muy buena, en especial de Michell :)

El concepto es muy bueno, el lugar es limpio, tranquilo y las bebidas está bien. Lo que no me gustó: que nadie te explique cómo funciona, llegué y lo único que me dijeron en barra fue que la hora tiene costo, sin más. El letrero sobre la barra es confuso y los que atienden no te dicen que incluye (lo tuve que ver por comentarios posteriormente). Lo siguiente que no me gustó fue que tardan aprox 20-30 min en servirte tu bebida (solo habíamos 2 personas en la cafetería) por lo que prácticamente solo te da tiempo de consumir 1 por hora.

Aunque puede parecer "innovador" el concepto, no lo es y no vale la pena el precio por lo que se recibe, lo único "bien" podría ser tener un espacio aislado para estar en grupo, recomendable para alguna junta pero si es reunión de amigos hay mejores opciones. Buscas juegos de mesa? Hay muchas opciones con juegos, dónde además te enseñan y hay mucha más variedad y NO TE COBRAN POR TIEMPO, solo piden consumo de alguna cosa y tampoco exigen un monto mínimo, Cerebum, o Santuario , por ejemplo. Buscas lugar de reunión con amigos o grupo? A la vuelta está la cafetería/restaurante del MUMEDI, buena comida, no te cobran por tiempo, hay estacionamiento. Muy cerca está Café la Habana, puedes ir a la parte privada de bebidas y estar el tiempo que desees, sin consumo mínimo, o por lo que pagarías aquí tres horas, puedes comer y tener mejores bebidas. Botana o extras básica, insuficiente. Bebidas básicas, o muy dulces o insípidas.

More than eight teenagers at the counter, just playing games and chatting instead of serving customers. I don't know if that's what they're paid for, but the impression they give is terrible. The concept is very interesting, but it's not worth it if they're going to make me wait 35 minutes for a flat white, oh my god. I'm never coming back.

I've visited this particular branch at least four times, and each time was a good experience. However, this last time was the only one where I left disappointed and even feeling ripped off. I'd never worried about the wait time because I knew it was worth it, but this time it took them up to 30 minutes to give me a coffee, and honestly, it's not worth the price for the wait. There were at least seven people behind the counter, and both my friends and I could see them playing games and chatting, wasting time. It's simply unbelievable that they were more efficient when there were only two people at the counter than they are now with so many. It's truly impossible that seven people can't make a coffee in half an hour; they've become a blatant rip-off. The cynicism of these people is astounding.

It used to be great value for money, but this year the service is terrible. It takes up to half an hour to get a drink. They were faster when there were only two people behind the counter; now there are about eight, and it seems like none of them are doing anything. I don't know if it's just this branch because I've always had good experiences at the Roma location, but I wouldn't go back to this branch with staff like this. It's a rip-off.
