Restaurante ubicado dentro del hotel Hilton que para nuestra sorpresa fue el mejor de los que comimos en la isla. Especialmente nos encantó un plato de arroz con el pulpo más tierno que comimos en nuestra vida (literalmente se deshacía en la boca). Tiene una carta sencilla, sin muchas opciones, pero todo lo que comimos estaba espectacular.
I recently dined here for my birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The plates were delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Watching Chef Joao and his team work their magic in the open kitchen was a real highlight. Special thanks to Chef Joao for his generosity in sharing some of his recipes and for the thoughtful birthday cake he arranged to be sent to my hotel room. It was a wonderful gesture that made the evening even more memorable. All the best,
There are certain fine dining restaurants that know how to do things ‘just right’ and this is one of them. We’ve eaten at Michelin restaurants in Paris and Lima and around the world and this restaurant is just as good. Truly excellent. We had the pork pastor for appetizer, the tuna steak and the macaronesia chocolate for dessert.
It was exquisite 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 We wanted vegetarian and this was just about the best ever. Thank you 🤍🤍🤍
Nice restaurante, we had amazing dinner for Valentine’s Day, so much attention to details, from decorations to roses for everyone. Food was also delicious.

Ate here twice during our stay the hotel. Overall the food was amazing. We had to send 1 steak back but it was corrected to perfection the second time. Everything else was well seasoned, balanced and portioned appropriately. The chocolate dessert was out of this world! You can really tell the chef is creative and wants to highlight natural flavors using local ingredients. Most importantly, the service we received the second night was phenomenal. We experienced subpar service other times during our stay. However, this time he really turned it around. He was pleasant, timely, familiar with the menu and gave excellent wine pairing recommendations. Give this man a raise! 😊
Fantastic. Food was the best we had on the island by far. Extensive wine list. Slightly on the pricy side, but not excessive. Service was extremely gracious. Design and atmosphere of the space is very well thought out. Are the chicken and catch of the day - both of which were delicious and artfully presented.
Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Hotel und haben auch das Frondoso besucht. Das Ambiente hochwertig und modern. Der Service freundlich und professionell. Das Essen leider die Schwachstelle dieses Restaurants. Hohe Preise, kleine geschmacksneutrale Portionen. Das Frühstück allerdings, in Buffetform war klasse.
Very good food and service. Small portions, but this is normal in fine dining. The couvert bread, butter and pork pate was just amazing!
I recommend getting the bread. The pate its served with is delicious. Service is slow so if you’re in a rush this is not the place for you. However waitress was pleasant and patient.
Le lieu est vraiment beau et on s'y sent bien. Le serveur était très gentil et présent, mais en étant seul à gérer toute la salle, forcément les plats traînent. Nous avons eu droit au chef qui s'énerve sur lui alors qu'il est débordé. La cuisine est bonne, mais clairement pas généreuse. Les plats sont minimes, pour un prix assez élevé comparé à ce qu'on a dans l'assiette. J'ai passé une bon moment, mais malheureusement je n'y retournerai pas ...
Surprisingly great but a splurge. A nice combination of a focus on comfort, cuisine and decor in this quiet restaurant in the lobby of the new Hilton Hotel near CUF. We had the chicken and fish of the day, both were artfully prepared, flavorful and innovative in their presentation and combination of ingredients. The crispy skin on the snapper was perfect without the fish being overcooked. The sourdough bread is a highpoint, baked in-house and served warm. The butter would have been better if not whipped, to better showcase it's grass-fed fatty deliciousness. Service could use some refinement but an effort is made towards graciousness and mains were served at the same time which is as it should be (and unique on the island).

Sehr schöne Holztische und -stühle ergänzen das Mobiliar. Es gibt sehr viel Personal. Man ist freundlich und äußerst serviceorientiert! Gekocht wird in einer offenen Showküche. Das Essen ist leider unterdurchschnittlich schlecht! Der Thunfisch wurde Medium bestellt und war durchgebraten und fast geschmacksneutral. Viel zu wenig Beilagen und zu allem Überfluss kaum noch lauwarm. Die Vorspeisen waren besser, aber auch nicht durchschnittlich gut. Es waren nur drei Tische besetzt und trotzdem schaffte es die Küche nicht, die Änderungswünsche korrekt umzusetzen und das Essen heiß zu servieren. Das als Dessert servierte Eis war richtig schlecht! Es machte den Eindruck von süßem, gefrorenen Wasser! Man schmeckte nur Eiskristalle. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist richtig schlecht! Man kann überall auf der Insel besser und preisgünstiger essen. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.
We had dinner at this restaurant. The location is beautiful, and the service was friendly. The food was decent, but considering the price, it didn’t really stand out or feel worth it. The menu felt limited, and unfortunately, two main courses and one of the three desserts were unavailable. Of the remaining desserts, one was just packaged ice cream and another was fruit. Although we got chocolate mousse. Luckily, the mousse was quite good. I also found it odd that there were no classic aperitifs like an Aperol Spritz on offer. Overall, while the setting and service were nice, the experience felt overpriced for what we got.
Terribly understaffed. 2 waiters and 3 cooks for the entire restaurant. It took 20 minutes to get water. 45 minutes to get food, which was the wrong order. I don’t blame the staff though who were lovely, I blame management for understaffing. Lots of other people were complaining about waiting times. The food when it did arrive was delicious.

Дуже маленький вибір блюд у меню. Нема салатів взагалі. Ми взяли рибу, курку, та саме дороге мʼясо. Курка була трохи підгоріла, риба була не погана, а мʼясо не коштує своїх грошей, чесно кажучи не дуже. Але сервіс був просто чудовий і коктейлі не погані.

Hilton has a terrace with a restaurant next to the pool to eat. It was by far one of the worst places to eat on the island (and possibly ever). Everything was dry and poorly made - we couldn’t even finish it. It’s a shame, because the first time we came, we had pizza and it was actually good.

Worst hotel breakfast ever. Very steep price of 20 euros and nothing was warm. Everything was dry.
We stayed at the Hilton and decided to try this restaurant for dinner — a huge mistake. -Appetizers: We ordered the €10 bread appetizer, only to realize it was stale bread recycled from the hotel breakfast buffet (which we had eaten for the past three mornings). The €15 pork spread was also clearly reused from breakfast leftovers. Absolutely unacceptable. -Main Course: We had the “fish of the day,” which was just okay, but it came with a fried potato patty that was cold and half-frozen inside — clearly fried straight from the freezer. -Overall Quality: Don’t be fooled by the open kitchen and the three “chefs.” This place is a tourist trap, serving leftover breakfast food and poorly prepared frozen items. - Price: We paid €70 for this meal — a complete waste. Right after, we went to a Korean BBQ place in the city, paid the same amount, and had delicious Wagyu beef. The difference was night and day.
Do menu de degustação, 2 pratos estavam excepcionais, um não impressionou, e 2 estavam demasiado cozinhados, destes 2 o primeiro ainda fiz o sacrifício de comer mas o segundo foi para trás intacto, não houve ninguém que trabalhasse na sala que se questionasse porque uma mesa tão grande envia o último prato para trás praticamente intacto…. Se eu fosse chefe de sala ou cozinha, chamaria-me a atenção. A água foi convenientemente pousada na mesa para que os convivas se servissem, mas cobraram 100€ por pessoa…. Impressionante… O espaço é agradável, a atmosfera também.
