The only time I go to Wendy's when I can get quick breakfast. I generally get their egg and cheese muffin and potato wedges. I thing the muffin is too dry and they don't have anything to make it chewable. I have no complaint about the wedges except for the portion which varies place to place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ 3.0/5 I recently swung by Wendy’s on Alicia Parkway near I-5, and here’s the lowdown: The Good The burgers hit—just like any decent Wendy’s, juicy and satisfying. Spicy nuggets? Solid choice—if they land warm. And let’s be honest: the Frosty still steals the show every time. The Not-So-Good The cashier seemed a bit preoccupied chatting with coworkers — I felt a little like I was interrupting. The exterior could use some love: trash cans were overflowing, and it gave off a rough-around-the-edges vibe. If you’re craving a quick chain burger + dessert run, this location won’t disappoint (Frosty lovers, you know what’s up). But a bit more attention to tidiness and staff focus would bump it up to perfect.

Food was cold.. we realized why we were the only ones there.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. It was so bad. Tasted like it was made last week and what they called chicken was barley warm. The french fries were cold and soggy. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. I had to throw it away. How sad this is what you serve your customers and then expect them to pay for garbage.

Really Wendy's? After repeating my order 3 times... nicely.... Requested classic chicken with extra pickles... received spicy chicken, no pickles. Come on... and it's not just you... it's everywhere. Won't be back... Shame... I liked their sugar cookies

too damn lazy to make it quick and easy to give me a delivery order through the drive-through, so I have to waste my time while the food is getting cold, … obviously don’t care about the customers getting hot food and ice melting in the soda while I’m waiting … & can’t even fill the soda up to the top, for the customers

Al most every Wendy's at all Locations forget that Nuggets with the prepare conditions makes meal 🥘 not 5 stars ⭐️ Ice coffee with out A straw is very unprofessional so today I give you guys a 1star because I think it was intentionally and it's fine with me but I'm not gonna let slide 🛝 thanks for ruining your record of perfect experience..

I couldn’t tell you how this Wendy’s is since they wouldn’t take my order after standing there for almost 10 min practically begging someone to take my order. Sorry sir we are busy. I was the only person in there and they had two people in the drive through.

I ordered a double mushroom burger without the bacon and order fries and a chocolate Frosty I got back at work ate my french fries drank my frosty. I went to eat my hamburger in the hamburger meat is raw. I called the store and she said bring it back in why can’t I’m at work and I’m starving so I took the hamburger apart and I ate the cook part and left the raw. I took pictures so you could see that customer service.

Just got food poisoning from this Wendy's after eating a cheese and bacon baked potatoe. Will not return to this location service was horrible as well had to request my order twice and the radio and twice and the window....

Only Wendy's that we've been to out of hundreds that don't give free senior drinks. At least the chili wasn't watery. The Wendy's a little further north have free senior drinks.

My elderly father (70 years old) visited this Wendy’s location in Laguna Hills at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Friday, February 13th. He ordered a double-patty burger, and unfortunately the bottom patty was completely raw. This is absolutely unacceptable. My father has medical conditions and did not realize the meat was undercooked until he had already eaten most of the burger. Serving raw beef is a serious health risk, especially to elderly customers. Situations like this are extremely concerning, particularly when you think about past food safety incidents in the fast-food industry where undercooked meat caused severe illness and even deaths. Food safety should be a top priority at any restaurant. I am very concerned that this location may not be properly cooking their meat or following basic safety procedures. I strongly urge management to review their cooking standards and training immediately before someone gets seriously sick. I hope the store takes this matter seriously and ensures this does not happen again.
