I went there the other day and had ramen and sushi. I thought the service was fast and the food tasted delicious. At first I was not impressed with the reviews, but when I tried myself, I thought the service and food were both good. I would go back to try the other dishes. The portions were good and they were prices reasonably. I would go back again.

New Ramen place in Laguna Niguel. Opened 2/21/24. Food was really good. Staff was helpful and engaged. Location is small, but not atypical for a small ramen house. Roughly 12 tables. Two clean, all gender, bathrooms. Location is somewhat tucked back in the center. It's directly back from Trader Joes. Let's give them a fighting chance. Try it out. I had the St. Louis Pork Rib Spicy Ramen. Good.

Came here for Father’s Day and we received phenomenal service and the food was amazingly delicious. My not-so-adventurous kids loved every bite. We will for sure be back!!! It was not too busy so our food came out within 10 minutes. Thank you, Manny and Ellie!!!

My friend and I wanted to try their ramen for so long and let me tell you - it did not disappoint!!! Our server was Emmanuel and he was literally the kindest person we’ve ever met. He recommended the chicken ramen and it is def going to be my new go to. He was very attentive which made the experience so enjoyable. Thank you to Emanuel! The edamame was super yummy and steaming hot! The chicken ramen broth was delicious as were the noodles themselves. We also had the ice cream after which completed our perfect dining experience! My only regret is not trying their macaroon!

What is with the hate on here? 1 star for oil in your ramen broth? 3 stars for "vibe"? I went for lunch, sat down, ordered, had some really good ramen (spicy miso ramen bowl) and paid a completely reasonable price for a nice dine in meal. In and out in 30 minutes. Vibe was great, music wasn't "too loud", broth wasn't "too oily." Don't listen to these keyboard warriors on here, they hate when actually interesting new places open in Laguna Niguel.

Based on some of the older reviews, it looks like this place may have had a rough start. Today I found the most delicious ramen I've ever had! The flavors were phenomenal and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. I hope people give this a proper try and go there despite some of the negative reviews!

Ramen broth was good with plenty of veggies and noodles. The crispy rice spicy tuna was a good portion. Inside was nicely decorated however the music was a little overwhelming, singing Japanese music. The service was a bit slow and food took awhile to come out, at least 30 minutes. They were busy but seemed to have a lot of kitchen staff.

The spicy Tonkatsu black and Miso broth were both amazing. We’re not ramen experts but loved both of these broths. We weren’t so happy with the gyoza appetizer because we ordered it but when we arrived to pick it up they said sorry sold out and we’re had to try to get our money back from DoorDash. Not a great experience. We’ll know to call the restaurant if possible directly next time.

Came here on a Sunday evening - I am vegetarian and my partner is not. The vegetarian ramen is fine, it didn't have tomatoes or corn (which are listed on the menu and mentioned by other reviewers). I thought the broth was decent and flavorful, and the noodles were okay. My partner ordered the tonkatsu spicy black which he felt was lacking flavor till he really mixed it all up. I did have to add on tofu, and I find it strange that the vegetarian option has no protein included at all by default. I didn't experience any issues with speed of service - the restaurant wasn't too busy so it seemed manageable. There's not really much ambiance, they were playing music from Japanese video games (not super loud so I was able to tune it out but not exactly dinner music). Overall our meal was okay - not the best, not the worst. But something about the ramen took me to tummyache town and I don't usually have issues with food. I was burping for hours after dinner - not sure what was in my meal that didn't sit well with my stomach! Overall, maybe better for non-vegetarians, but definitely not the best ramen around. The staff is nice and this totally isn't their fault - it's just not the spot for us.

I thought this place would get better with time but it's completely gone off course. The spicy tonkotsu ramen was a mess. The pork was dry and overdone and the egg was also overdone. Not worth $20.

I've been here a couple of times. Foods terribly oily and for the price there are way better places to go to. Place is terribly mismanaged. I think his name was Jesus, who was playing the supervisor. He looked like he had no idea what he was doing. Definitely need a management change if he indeed is the supervisor. Not worth the trip.
