Coffee Bean makes the best hot chocolate! Way better than other coffee and fast food offerings. Great treat in the winter or for those cold early mornings heading to the kids' sports games.

Good place for a coffee and light snacks(from a bakery). Visited first time & impressed with the staff and freshness. Tried frappe and pastry and both taste good. Place is quite clean and relaxing. Staff is very friendly and service was fast. Good place to stop and have a coffee.

I'm obsessed with this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf! I've been going here for years and they never disappoint. Sometimes I go inside but most of the time I go through the drive thru. I pretty much know everyone and they know me. Super friendly and they all memorize my drink. I was bummed when they didn't offer the sugar free dark chocolate. However I spoke to the manager Kahi and asked her about that and to my suprise she made it work. Literally my hero!!! Kahi is a super awesome with top notch customer supervise skills. The vibe is always good and upbeat and I love all of the employees at this store. Super personable and always professional with an amazing attitude! Thank you Kahi for my SF Chocolate ! You da best! 🙏✨️🫶

Staff is great......very friendly , professional and quick service. They are really nice! Always treat their customers with absolute care and pleasure. I love their lattes. Absolutely the best hazelnut latte ! Never bitter, always the best. Very nice patio seating area. They have drive- thru also and there is never a line, which is great. I don't mind tipping, but can I get something for it? A couple minutes after placing my order I hear someone on the other side of the restaurant calling out my name. Then again louder. And again louder. I go and pick up my coffees. A couple minutes later the process repeats when my food is ready. "Service" means I "get served," not just my food gets prepared correctly as ordered and paid for. What is it that I'm tipping for if there is no benefit to me? Even worse, there's only one trash can in the place and it's even farther away than where my food was served. It's not even by the door! 2 stars instead of one only because the cashier was friendly.

Ordered an iced coffee that showed a cold foam top in the photo. They gave me a very warm, very little ice coffee with no cold foam, and it was nothing like the photo. Had to wait a bit to get them to come back to the window to fix it and it was still very warm. First time A Coffee Bean has been a let down.. 😢

Drive through. Not good listeners, had to repeat my order. I Asked for a hot drink and my mom a cold one and they gave my mom the hot drink and me, the cold one. Bad switchup. No napkins or extra sauce with my order of burrito as well, didn’t even ask.

So I don't know if they were busy inside or if there was a new employee but I was the first one in line at the drive-through around 930 am. I didn't think anything would be wrong with the order but it surprised me and I was kinda disgusted. I ordered a bagel/cream chs and a caramel cappuccino. So hot. Right? I didn't say cold and a cold cappuccino is weird. When I ordered I did say large but I didn't know they only do 1 size just a different shot amount. Not a big deal I would think but maybe it through someone off. It felt like it took a bit long to get my drink and when the guy brought it it was a caramel slushy drink thing. He gave it to me fast so when I went to say it wasn't mine he was fast leaving. Like I blinked and the window was shutting and he was running to do something else. Didn't even say hi or anything just Here's your drink and gone. So I am thinking he was panicked but idk. So the lady gave me my bagel after warming it up so that took a few minutes and i told her it wasn't my drink so she went to fix it. Then some other guy i hadn't seen yet came and confirmed my order so I was like okay, finally getting my drink. I got it and started to drive to Aldis which is right there and I went to drink and it was cold like sitting out for a while cold and I opened and it just looked old...like i was drinking an employee coffee from earlier that they couldn'tget to drinking. I felt so gross after. Idk what i just drank. I don't care unless something medically happens later from this (probably not) but this was really gross and annoying. I had my 15 month old in the back and we were busy with errands so this kinda sucked. Not coming here again.

Absolutely terrible service. Literally minutes ago I went there, order 2 ice blended drinks totaling $12 and change. Loaded $10 on the app and had 495 points. I redeemed 425 points for a Free drink (earned points) and I asked the drive through attendant to scan the app. He did and I told him. I’m gonna use my free drink and the rest my account balance. Couple minutes later he opens the window and says that’ll be $2 more. I’m like what about my free drink points? We forgot to redeem it and instead cashed out the whole $10. Got his manager and they half-way reserved it. Used my Free Drink reward and didn’t give me back my remaining money. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager Eva? Came over to the window and she brushed me off and said it will reload in the app later. Well my points have reloaded. While trying to talk to her she wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. I asked her, can you take a note down so if my money doesn’t come back to the account you remember? And verbatim she said “I’m sorry it happened, do you need napkins? It will reflect your account soon. Thank you bye” and closed the window and walked away. Eva I hope you’re reading this, because you are an absolute terrible manager. Deflecting customers and basically stealing their money and never acknowledging your employees mistake nor offering anything to make the situation better.

I start off with the good first. Love your coffee and their drinks. I love their variety and especially the dark chocolate that they can add. They have great specialty drinks and you can tell the ingredients they use are high quality. The bad: customer service at various locations is wildly different. For example, the coffee bean nearest my house on El Toro road and trabuco has good customer service. They're usually quick and eager to please. They are friendly and have a great attitudes. On the other hand, the coffee Bean on Moulton parkway just south of El Toro is one of the worst ones I have ever been to. The manager has a terrible attitude. Just doesn't seem to care about anything and just brusque bordering on rude.. Even though I'm a silver member, he would not honor the email that I got from coffee Bean that would have given me half off my drink. I showed it to him and he refused to honor it. He gave me a bad attitude about it and resentfully said the best he could do was take a dollar off. This is typical of this location is I've had terrible customer service one time waiting 20 minutes in line while one car in front of me ordered two drinks and it took them 20 minutes to get. I would avoid this location like the plague. It is terrible. The ugly in general corporate customer service is terrible. They have never responded to anything. I have sent them text wise message wise or a phone call wise. I have heard this from numerous other customers. When they put in their new rewards program the app wouldn't work for 10 days and I missed out on several things like the half Price coffee, all the points I could have earned during the 10 days etc. I could not use the app at all because it wouldn't work etc. Customer service never responded and I have heard that this is common with many people who have the same problem. That's why I left a maybe review because it depends on which coffee bean Location you go to. The one by my house is excellent. The one on molten parkway I would quit going to if it was my only location near my house. It was terrible

But they’re not for some reason. I get it, it’s Christmas Day. But don’t post hours and not honor them. 4/8/2023 Just went in to order and Kassandra at the front didn’t say any pleases or thank yous at all. I did, I always do. I even gave a tip against my better judgement, which I know she can see at the end of the transaction and STILL no thank you. I believe a thank you is justified regardless but a tip didn’t even motivate her enough for a thank you. What a joke.

arrived at 5:35 for a TGTG order. was told it would be at least 15 more minutes. These things are scheduled well in advance and are supposed to be READY at 5:30. the dude was so rude and said they had until 6:30 to get it ready which is wrong. Pickup window is 5:30 to 6:30. he was a jerk. I took time out of my night, dinner time with my family to drive out to get this and wasted gas.

I ordered an avocado TOAST and it came not toasted and tasted like not even fresh avocado , don’t order this 🥴 they also fill their drinks with ice to the top so order light ice or u barley get anything to drink i also watched an employee save some of a customers drink so he could drink it, like what in the high school musical is this place
