QDOBA Mexican Eats

My BabySister and I ate here Wednesday! It was the start of of a beautiful Sunset meal shared by a lake here in Orlando. And, after the chaotic afternoon, nothing could take away from the moment. Sunset view pics are shown. The bowl I created was absolutely amazing. We had a few stops to make on the way to this spot and I had the bowl almost eaten before we got to the Lake. The store was clean, as was the bathroom. The folks that took care of us were kind and friendly. Loved their energy. I felt welcomed! But Amen Hallelujah thank you folks for an amazing meal. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I love this place!! My wife and I come here at least once a week. The food is great, the staff is wonderful and the amotsphere is very chill. They have a variety of options to choose from and the prices are great. I love the ground beef bowl and their Diablo queso is very good. I highly recommend this place if your looking for some good food

Linda and her staff are amazing. We always feel welcome when we visit this Qdoba restaurant in the Disney area. Food is consistent, staff is friendly and Linda makes you feel at home and like we are old friends. She treats everyone that enters this way. We had the shrimp for the first time and it was awesome. Highly recommend. We will be back before we head home. Thank you for making our day!

The best Qdoba I’ve been to. I was visiting from out of town and ended up going not once, but twice in two days because our first experience was so positive. The woman who served us was incredibly kind and generous, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious both times. Such an underrated and affordable spot. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you want a quick bite.

Excellent location! Opened 11am promptly. Friendly staff and Spanish-speaking too! Cup lids have sipper included. Bathrooms were neatly decorated with lucha libre posters and clean.

Good portions, excellent customer service. The brisket birria and brisket very good. I also got free chips and queso for joining the reward program. Stop wasting your money on Chipotle. Come to Qdoba.

We ordered via uber eats. It was fast and delicious! The nachos were super yummy & I love that they put it separate so the nachos don’t get soggy. The quesadillas were huge and super yummy!

Favorite restaurant, this specific location by Disney. The staff are what makes this place better than other Qdobas, especially the two ladies who work here and the cooks. The food tastes super authentic, flavorful and fresh, the portions are always generous. I can never eat at chipotle or Moe's anymore because this place is much better. Nice decor, good prices. But really it's the staff that makes this place better than the rest. I'm a regular customer now and didn't notice

First time here. I had the pleasure to meet Linda at this location. Such an amazing customer service coming from her. I’m sure she’s a manager. Amazing way to treat people and employees. My family was more than happy with Linda. Food is delicious and nice place to eat with friends and family.

My daughter and loved the visit here. The staff was patient and kind hike waiting for my daughter's T-Mobile coupon to work. The food was fresh and tasted delicious. We will definitely visit again on our next trip.

This is one of the nicest Qdobas I've ever been to. Terrific people, clean store and fresh, yummy food. We've been there first thing in the morning and later at night and our experience was the same both times. Qdoba is my favorite place to eat but we live an hour from this store so we don't get there often. Please consider opening up a location near Auburndale, or somewhere in Polk County. We had 137 visits last year, but only 4 this year because we live so far away now.

I had such a great first experience at QDOBA! I was in town for a cheer competition and stopped by for a quick meal. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and delicious. What made it even better was how wonderful and sweet the ladies at the counter were. They were so welcoming and kind, and it truly made my day. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

At the corner in the strip mall, they have all the basics. Servings aren't as generous as in the past as all stores have cut back on sizes (shrinkflation?) but the steak is still tasty and the bowl and quesadilla taste great. One thing- the AC on full blast here, too cold to sit down to eat!

Truly the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because Linda the manager made several comments to her staff about pushing the orders down the queue then conducted herself poorly while verbally telling the gentleman in front of me in line she has to much going on. A food delivery server picked up an order and Linda then got frantic with another employee who attempted to assist in packing the order. Instead Linda told the employee to go around and cash me out while she handles the to go order. I asked the employee if the woman (Linda) was the manager and for her name. Linda then said why did she need my name and the employee said she asked for your name. I stepped in and said is that okay that I know your name and Linda responded with well yes usually they want it cause they're going to complain. I said oh I am. Then walked away after paying and grabbing my food. To witness Linda yell at three different employees who are doing their jobs in the hotline while she couldn't conduct herself professionally with cashing out customers was actually insane. I truly was appalled to watch this women act frantic yet be the one to give orders while falling short. She should not be in a position of authority if she does not even know how to one address customers and two process orders that used a coupon like the gentleman in front of me. What a shame. My opinion, those employees need a raise for just dealing with her.

Uber was the only way I could pay at the moment, so I walked in just to add extra veggies like I always do no problems, no attitude, nothing unusual. But the moment I walked out with my bag, the entire situation flipped upside down. Out of nowhere, the store manager a heavy-set white woman came charging out after me, accusing me of telling her employees that I “wasn’t paying.” Which was wild, because the order was already paid for. All she had to do was check the system. But instead of using the tablet right in front of her, she used her legs and her lungs. She followed me out of the building, walked straight into my workplace, and began raising her voice at me in front of customers, coworkers, and my own manager. I was embarrassed, confused, and honestly shocked. I tried to explain that Uber Eats handles the payment instantly, but she wasn’t interested in facts. She wanted a scene. Then she threatened to call the police on me. Over a meal that was already paid for. Over something she could’ve verified in seconds. And the kicker? After all that chaos, yelling, and chasing, she ended up adjusting the order on Uber Eats herself something she could’ve done from the very beginning WITHOUT following me, WITHOUT yelling, WITHOUT humiliating me at my job. But it gets worse. My stepmom called the store this morning to ask what happened… and the manager profiled her as me, spoke to her rudely, and lied about me on the phone. Imagine being so committed to being unprofessional that you’re now mistreating completely different people because you think they “sound like” the person you already targeted. That’s not a misunderstanding at that point that’s a pattern. And this isn’t even the first issue. Just last week, one of my coworkers also a person of color was treated disrespectfully there for simply asking for more vegetables. I’m not saying anything directly… but I am saying I see the pattern, and it’s uncomfortable. I paid. I wasn’t rude. I did NOTHING wrong. I did not deserve to be followed, confronted in my workplace, yelled at, threatened with police, and lied about. No customer deserves to be treated like that. Ever.
