This Carl’s JR is by far the best one I have ever been to, the manager (the manager in the morning is the one I’m talking about), he is great. Me and my husband only go to Carl’s Jr. in the morning because we really like the breakfast items. Our food is always hot, if we ask for extra condiments we always get them, my husband likes the to have one of their breakfast sandwiches made a certain way and they make just like he asks. My coffee is made they way I ask, and it is always fresh, everything is delicious! We did have a small problem a few days ago when we ordered a breakfast sandwich it wasn’t made correctly, so we took it in and told the morning manager and he not only made the sandwich again correctly but he also gave us a second order of our hash browns, and an iced coffee because we told him that we got home and seen that the food was made incorrectly, so we had to drive back to get it corrected. So because of is having to drive all the way back he completely replaced my husbands meal! That was great! Every time we go to this location this same manager always makes a point to say hello,even before we had the small problem with the sandwich! This location is is always clean, friendly staff, and food is always hot(every time we have gotten food here it’s always hot). Thank you for a delicious meal every time, and for the quick and friendly service!

Had a late night dinner at this Carl’s Jr with the family. It was a pleasant experience and have nothing but good things to say. The staff was friendly and they served our food in a very timely manner. The food was delicious.

Great location. Easy to find. This location is actually OPEN 24hrs during the COVID-19, unlike many of the fast food places that are marked 24hrs on google but they aren't once you get there. The food was all prepared fresh, fries were perfect and condiments were given as requested. They gave more than just 3 ketchups like many places, when I asked for "a lot". Thank you. I think I'll be coming to this location more often from now on. Thumbs up!

Jonathan is the reason we are coming back to this Carl's Jr. location. His customer service abilities is the epitome of what should be expected, but hardly get these days at fast food restaurants. Jonathan is courteous, friendly with a huge smile, efficient and he gets your order right. Kudos to the cook too, as the food is delicious and prepared right. Carl's Jr is typical fast food. We all know the menie and it is in my opinion a nice change and alternative to McDonald's. They obviously have always had light table service which is nice for a fast food place to do. The prices have got to the high side. $24 for 2 of us to have lunch but that's more of a CA minimum wage issue than a carls jr issue.

Given that Carl's Jr. is a fast food chain, this particular Carl's stands out for its service and cleanliness. The crew here works hard and does it with a smile! I usually would just go through the drive-thru, but on a whim I decided to eat in the restaurant and I was glad I did.

One of the best of the fastest food burger joints. The meat is quality, cooked when you order, not before, the variety of choices of burgers is unique. The overall look of the stores is stodgy, old fashioned. It lacks the fresh vibe of some other, more successful chains. Sad really, since their food is superior.

Stopped for breakfast around 9 am. Pleasant greeting and I inquired what sandwich specials did they have? Got their 2 Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuit special and was very pleased with the freshness of the sandwiches. All freshly prepared, nothing had been sitting around and then microwaved. A very good restaurant, clean and with a friendly staff.

I've only ever been to this location in the late afternoon, early evening on my way home from work. I've always ordered an app for pick up on my way home, Whenever I've gotten there, the drive thru has never been busy at the most there's been one car. Whatever i've ordered the food has always been good so there's no negatives there. Service has also always been good, However, The last time I was there when I got to the drive through speaker.It was an automated attended that asked if I had ordered on the app and when I said yes I was told to drive to the window. When I got to the window the staff there looked at me and said can I help you as if they didn't know why I was there so apparently the automated system doesn't actually communicate to the workers. That's the reason for the 4 stars on service.Otherwise it would have been five.

It was eh...the first burger I got had a hair in it. They did make another one quickly. The handicap stall in the bathroom had a bent door so it would not close. The staff told us they knew about it and had reported it but they didn't know when it would be fixed. My mother is wheelchair bound, so that was a problem as she could not get into the other stall.

This place has improved in its service over the last couple months, so, Im updating my previous 2 star review to a 4 star. The only thing holding it back from a full 5 stars is location, itself. During rush hour, it can be pretty dangerous to exit the property.

I've lived in California practically all my life and Carl's Jr. has been a major part of it. I don't go very often so coming here is more of a treat. On my last visit I ordered the Double Bacon Beast burger combo. On first bite it tasted like a Super Star with cheese but with added bacon. The bacon strips were pretty long and it was cooked to where there was still some chew to it instead of crisp and crunchy. The rest of the burger has that savory, smoky, charbroiled taste that is distinctively Carl's Jr.

Went through drive-thru, they had signs for fresh fruit lemonade, great I'll have one, "sorry we don't serve those anymore "what ever. Ordered taquitos they came with some type of cream, no quacamole! come on man.

This place is normally the best Carl's jr. In the area and it's good they're open 24 hours but for this last visit it was not so great. There was a longer line than usual and as it turns out there was someone taking orders that was not very good at all and messing it up. I think her name was Kathy and she did personally mess up my order multiple times when I was trying to order. Perhaps they should have trainees do the graveyard shift instead of the evening shift...... Follow up review: 7/3/16: today was very bad. I got in line at the drive-thru I was about the 4th car. It seriously took at least 10 minutes for the line to move it all the first time and the second time it was a very long wait as well. I noticed that the cars in front of me were Coupes with only one person in it so it's not like there were a ton of people ordering per car. There is a lot of complaints here but I'll try to keep it as simple as possible the order taker was very very very bad and he got my order wrong initially and I was very clear and concise when I ordered it. He kept getting parts my order wrong and he wouldn't take any responsibility and then he tried to turn it around on me and then he was trying to say I didn't specify though I did give him a very clear order. He even changed things on the order and added something I didn't say it all! It was a massive train wreck and the only thing right about the order he got was the onion rings. I left in disgust. I would give today's visit a -5 Stars. Seeing the pattern of service here in the last 6 months to a year this place is being driven into the ground at night. The owner restaurant manager needs to address this or they're going to lose many customers permanently.

What do you expect? Breakfast is edible, I like the monster biscuit sandwich or the breakfast burger. The double Western bacon burger is a classic. For cheap eats order a few 'Carl's Big Burgers', the best quantity/value in the menu. I don't care much for the current "fresh cut" fries. The old chocolate chip cookies were great, but sadly gone now.

Good food this visit, but check your order as this location had made mistakes a number of times. When identified they will correct the error but can be an annoyance when it happens about a third of the time as the rest of your order gets cold when waiting for the correction.

40 year old restaurant, offering hamburger or chicken sandwiches with lots of condiments for reasonable prices. This location also offers Mexican food such as tacos and burritos. All you can drink soda pop bar. Dining room is clean and roomy, with lovely promotional banners blocking the views of the parking lot and freeway offramp.

Ordered large fries and received small amount. Worker must have not opened fries container all the way. Shakes only come in small size, yet charge as if large. I give three stars as burgers were made to order and tasted great.

From the drive thru I ordered the basic (aka small) double cheeseburger and a drink. The drive thru service was great but the burger fell short. The hamburger patties were dry and old. I miss the days when Carl's. Jr cooked to order.

They were very disorganized the late night we went. It took SO long to get our order and when we got to the window they told us to pick something other than the chicken strips they were out. Why didn't they say that when we ordered.. Now we had to wait for another meal to be cooked. A late night snack was a great idea in theory.. It just took a very very long time to get.. Maybe lunch or dinner time would be better. They need more people late night.

I was politely and quickly greeted. My order was taken and was accurate. The food was ok, pretty much on par with what you would expect from Carl's JR. The dinning area looked presentable, mind you I didn't go over it with a white glove. Why only 3 out of 5, well, let me tell you. The Men's Room was absolutely disgusting. I almost threw up. The retched smell punched my nose with the ferocity of Mike Tyson. It smelled like a toddler soiled himself, and the full diaper was left out to bake in the Phoenix sun for about 18 hours. Just long enough to allow maximum fertilization of the most disgusting stink on the planet to be unleashed. Aside from the most pungent smell on earth, the Men's Room was well past due for a cleaning. Though I fear, industrial cleaners and solvents wouldn't be enough to brake the grip of that horrendous odor. They would likely have to use a military grade flame thrower to incinerate and cremate whatever is the source of abomination of a smell is. Your mileage may vary.

Love Carls Jr I just can’t understand how a chicken sandwich fries and a soda costs $18 I’m sorry that is too much in my opinion. Just want people to know how much you are going to spend.

I ordered and paid for my food on the app, then drove through. They had no clue who I was in the order of cars that had pulled up to the window, and when they handed me my food it was incorrect. Also the woman at the window had such a thick accent that I couldn't really understand what she was trying to ask me. If you're going to hire somebody to represent you and speak to the public then you should at least hire someone that can communicate properly

Went through the drive thru, placed my order, everything was going well up until she handed me my Oreo shake. I was disappointed to see that she couldn’t mix it completely, I honestly didn’t enjoy it at all.

Needs motivated employees. Seems like that staff were messing around while orders piled up. One guy had been waiting 20 minutes for his food. He got a free cookie. That's it. I waited for almost 10 minutes for my meal. Visually I could see the food station. It was very messy and probably cross contaminated. The food itself was put together sloppy. But hey at least I got a free cookie too.

Can't stop to listen when I order a #11 combo, with (interrupting) large Dr Pepper and Zucchini. Then give me the #10 sandwich. Top that off with me asking for a chocolate cake, then try giving me a chocolate shake, even though i paid for and the receipt says cake, not shake. Again, not listening or maybe they are listening to their inner voice who was wrong. I guess they can't always be 100%.

The people are so mean here. I went through the drive thru and asked about deals and was met with immediate attitude. They only do deals they want and don’t honor any Carl Jr online or national deals. The food was ok.

Drive thru service was good with friendly staff and a correct order, however during midday lunch rush the buns I received on my burger were hard and tasted like they had been sitting out for quite some time. Would avoid this location at all costs. What else is expired inside?

I absolutely love Carl's Jr and hardly ever have an issue, but this last order... No bueno. Worst I've ever had. To be fair, I ordered at like 12 midnight, so I'm not expecting perfection. I am expecting it to be edible tho🤷🏾‍♀️ I got a famous star with no cheese. When it arrived, the bun was hard and did not taste good, the lettuce was old and soggy (I picked it off the burger), and the entire meal was cold. Again, I'm definitely not looking for perfection at midnight, but if I'm paying 20+ I should be able to at least eat it.

Went through drive through and we could not understand a word the employee taking orders said. We finally were able to communicate our order but when we got to the window the girl had an attitude like she was ticked that we couldn't understand her. She was rude and practically threw the bag at me (I remained friendly throughout). The food was terrible. Cold and old. We will skip this Carl's in the future.

It is a hit and miss depending on the way the food is either prepared or the quality is subpar. This has no reflection on Ana at the Laguna Hills Lake Forest Carl's. I just wished the burger buns weren't dry and French fries cold. Hopefully the food can be better

Avoid! Came to this Carls Jr. lady failed at taking my order i clarified 3 times and she finally got it right on the third. Then when i get my food and go to drive off, she kept just staring at me very awkwardly. I give her my card and pay for the food. She then takes it and keeps looking down reading the emblems on my company vehicle. She then walks away and some other dude goes to the register, guy looks at me and then walks off. I get my food and card back. I go to drive off, food order is completely wrong, she gave me less then a small size of fries when i ordered a medium. Burgers were smashed up, cold, and tasted fishy. I would not he surprised if they did something to my food. I ended up throwing it all away and keeping the coke. $20 dollars wasted.

Our drive through order was short French fries and our sandwiches did not have the correct condiments. No one picked up the phone when I tried to call - it sounded like it was routed to a fax machine! From now on I'll just go to the MacDonald's down the street!

Customer service was horrible. Just asking for a senior discount I received an attitude from the cashier, asked another question and still received an attitude. It was like excuse me for being in America and speaking English and not Spanish. When I received my order I said thank you and opened up my lunch box my order was wrong, so I went to the lead person or manager whom did not have his name tag on and explained I ordered box #3, he says I received box #4. So he reaches into my box after handli g dirty money to grab 1 item out of my box and hands it back to me and once again I say thank you. I go to my table to open what I'm think I g will be my burger however it's a spicy chicken. I go back to the same guy without his name badge and explain to hi I'm again even try to shjow him my receipt and he grabs my sandwich to get the correct burger and says sarcastically here. Terrible service.

This location was a disaster. 24 hour service. We sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes for them to tell us the system is down and they cannot give us our food. Employees were very rude and disrespectful. Meanwhile, the area itself is not safe. Will never be returning.

I went in for dessert. Carl's jr. is also a Green Burrito And neither one had any kind of dessert. The only thing they had to offer was ice cream shakes. I asked if they had something that wasn't showing on the menu, and the guy behind the counter who was working more than one area said, "No we ain't got Mam.". SinceI was looking more for cookies cakes pies something, I left disappointed. Even though there was literally only one of their customer there when I was there the place was all so pretty dirty. I used the restroom and there was paper all over in there. Huge point! They have one outlet that stretches a good two feet from the nearest table if anybody wants use their computers there. It is a horrible place to go if you just want to do some writing while you're having lunch or dinner. This is not a place that I will return to you!

Opted to go in and place my order. I ordered 3-sandwiches. Of the three I ordered, they got two COMPLETELY wrong. Now, these were not special order sandwiches, just what was on the menu, yet they gave me two different sandwiches. Bottom line, overpriced for fast food, and the quality offered.

On March 9, 2021 at approximately 6pm ordered a meatless burger, small french fries and onion ring with a $1.79 coupon, Mexican manager wanted to charge me. $7.89, told him that the numbers were not correct. He told me to leave and go to another Carl's Jr. This is the 2nd time I've encountered this very belligerant employee, he should be fured. Don't go to this location.

Bleh. I drive by this location every day on my to and from work and today, I decided to stop for breakfast and try the sausage egg biscuit thing. Why not? I was hungry and needed something different than my usual - PB&J This is an odd spot and can be tricky to get into because it's literally right off the freeway and with all the cars coming and going to get on and off - good luck! I managed to make it in and snake around the enormous parking lot (by the way, why does one restaurant need such a huge parking lot??) and get to the drive thru which is at end of this parking lot and seems to go on forever before you make it to speaker box to place your order. Once I had placed my order, I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my money and give me my order. 10 minutes? Really? People go through the drive thru because it's supposed to be faster than walking in but by the looks of it, it was faster to park, walk in and leave. ugh. Finally the guy gave me my order and when I got to my desk, I was disappointed. The coffee was lukewarm, my hash browns were cold but the sausage biscuit thing was piping hot. Wtf? How could everything be so off? I paid for hot breakfast food not a hodge podge of whatever. Yuck. Won't be back.

I’ve been a twice a week customer there for over 10 years. I went in last week to buy food and they, people I see every week, refused to serve me because I wasn’t wearing a mask. There was no one else in the restaurant and all the employees were wearing masks. They have not only lost my business forever at that location but I will never again eat at any Carl’s Jr. Carl’s Jr. Has lost my business forever.

This place is awful on every level. Service at the drive through was equally horrible to the junk they serve and call food, which was equally awful to the time it took the drive through line to move 4 cars up and out. This is not an In-N-out, I know, but I think I would put Burger King above this Carl's Jr and I don't remember the last time I had Burger King. Those ridiculous commercials sealed their fate. Copying Jack was a blunderous disaster. Anyway, back to the service here: Want ketchup or napkins? You better remember to ask for them, cause they are not a given and they close your bag up tight when they hand it to you. Be aware...Not a single pack of ketchup or any napkins for a medium fries and sloppy Santa fe sandwhich? That's so cheap it is beyond shameful. What isn't cheap and yet equally shameful is their price. $12 for a combo consisting of a Santa Fe chicken sandwich, M fries and a M drink? What a joke! I didn't even get the correct fries I ordered which were criss-cut, at the time I left the menu screen and then became regular when the unfriendly guy shoved the bag at me with my receipt and change. He also changed the screen after the fact cause my receipt had a $.50 upcharge for a Premium Bun? You mean the one that is plain white bread instead of that dense wheat with seeds on top? Isn't wheat bread better for you and generally more expensive? I got an upcharge to have a white bun...kind scary right? Maybe it isn't wheat after all. Honestly, If their menu clearly listed that by going with the "medium" combo (guessing their listed combos are priced as loss leaders and have the smallest size everything and wheat buns nowadays) I would have skipped the 7 extra greasy fries and 4 oz. of flat soda and awful service at the window. We have plenty of really good lunch options around here for much less. My bad and I'll never go back. IMO Carl Karcher would roll over in his grave if he knew what became of his once viable and popular family franchise. RIP

I ask for a Famous Star Meal REGULAR size, Ana proceeded to give me a Medium size without telling me, but she did charge me. I also notice it when she handed me the drink. I didnt agrue or say anything to her. If you are going to upsale for your company at least give me fresh food. I had old fries and a burger missing mayo and onions, but beautiful lettuce.

Just want to say that the older lady took my card for about four minutes before coming back and then when she handed me my food, I said thank you. I was very polite the whole time but she did not say a single word to me the entire interaction I actually am genuinely afraid to go there again.

Food is standard but genuinely some of the worst attitudes you’ll find from fast food employees. They get mad at the customer for when the automated computer that is taking the order messes up the order- Next time- either be nice and understanding or just have one of your $20 an hour employees TAKE MY ORDER THEMSELVES

The customer service really sucks at this location. I’ve only had one person that had good customer service skills. The rest give you such a mean attitude. I also tried to use a coupon and they refused to accept it. They also told my co worker that they applied hers and never did.

Absolutely terrible service. At the drive through the lady took my card and held on to it for a full 5 minutes despite there being hardly any one in the store. Then she finally gives me my card back and tells me to have a nice day. I drive off and park in the parking lot to eat my food and 2 minutes later she comes running out saying my card declined and acting like I tried to steal the food. My card didn't decline, it just doesn't work with the NFC tap service. If she had simply asked me instead of holding the card for 5 minutes I could have told her that to begin with. So I had to go back inside and pay for my food since the staff clearly don't know how to talk to the customer or run a card any othe way besides tapping it against the machine. What confuses me the most is why she would give me my card back and act like the transaction went through, just to chase me down later??? Incredibly irritating. I recommend you eat at any of the other Carl's Jr's in the area because the staff here are clearly incompetent, uncommunicative and terrible at their jobs.

Horrible drive thru. Gave me the wrong order. Order throw in bag and cold. Ana manager does not care about the quality control nor manors. Then when I returned the meal I saw the kitchen pick up a bun with the same gloves she is wearing with a dirty ra in her hand. How gross can you be. Go some where else or you will food poisoning or even worse. So gross. Health department should be called on this manager. So unprofessional still waiting for a call from the corporate and manager. This location you will get food poisoning. This is how bad the food was. And don't go inside it's dirty the lobby and the counters and floors don't look like they had been cleaned since before covid. Also employees not washing hands handing rags then food. It made me throw up in my mouth and if you read the reviews the food and location only has gotten worse. You are as strong as your weakest employee and this is the MANAGERS. Wow today 9/25/22 I get a generic response. So 🤢🤢🤢

The burger patties were hard and cold. I remember when the burgers tasted charbroiled. This burger had no flavor. The food at this location is really inconsistent and now getting horrible. I had to visit the toilet an hour later. Not pretty!! No more Carls Junior for me. I dont want to risk getting sick at $7 dollars a burger.

The food was fine but Carl's Jr. is still my last choice of fast food places because of the unavailability of a phone number to register feedback about the service, or lack thereof. As a corporation they are hiding from their public. If you don't think so, just check the WEB for a number.

In the past I went to this Carl's Jr. every other week. But since this franchise was purchased about 4 months or so ago, this location has gone steadily downhill. The prices were raised, the quality of the food declined, and the help at the drive-thru window was--and is--incompetent. I've gone back several times because it was my favorite place and I wanted to make sure they weren't having a bad day. Every time has been dreadful. Looks like I'm going back to MacDonald's.

Understaffed poor lady doing drive thru and taking walk-in orders at the same time. So expect wrong orders. Went drive thru to make things quick lady didnt get the order correct had to park because she wasnt able to punch in some of our orders. (10/06/24) around 4:00pm

This place first forgot to charge me for the jalapeño poppers I order and I had.to wait until they finished them before I could drive home to eat my already cold food but the 2 girls working only could laugh about it. Thats unacceptable and downright rude never coming back here again

Carls used to have a great charbroliled chicken bacom swiss burger for about $8. today i was VERY DISAPPOINTED to find what they have now is a grossly overcooked piece shard of chicken with two pieces of burnt bacon and a tiny amount of swiss on a tiny sour dough bread for OVER $11... IT'S A RIPOFF! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I WOULD RECCOMMEND NOBODY EAT HERE AGAIN!

I went in there and I stood in line for 15 minutes only for the lady to tell me that they weren’t serving breakfast, but yet the breakfast menu was clearly displayed why you didn’t take it down if you’re not serving the breakfast, I stood there in line Because of me standing in line too long because you guys I don’t get breakfast, so I walked out never to return

Go to In and Out. It's like right down the street right off El Toro. Almost 5 stars with >4000 reviews and food is way better. This Carl's Jr is too expensive when burger tastes like it was sitting, drinks are made with too much ice, and employees noticeably don't want to be there.

Came here for an oreo shake yesterday and even though it cost over $5 they are so cheap that they barely sprinkle in a few crumbs of oreo. Basically just got a vanilla shake. Cant taste any oreo at all. I guess this is how they are cutting costs. AI takes your order and now you only get a few crumbs of oreo in the oreo shake. Rip off.
