I just went to the drive trough ordered a southwest chicken salad , I get home and there's no chicken on my salad how's that possible?

All right where to begin 🤔 no one inside the restaurant a few cars outside. The tables had crumb dirt debris the floors had trash! And literally there is a broken exit door that anyone can just open and get into the restaurant. Is also a safety concern for the employees and a safety concern for the company because who's not to say someone can just barge in because you have a broken exit door with no locks XD the service it's really good the employees are most part very happy and upbeat compared to some places which is a huge 👍. They might consider refilling their soda machine more often because when I went there is only literally four options lol. If they can just fix that exit door and maintain cleaner standards I would highly appreciate that.

The food is not bad , the reason I am giving 3 points because they refused to substitute my platter sausage with anything else, I don’t eat pork , I want to mention that yesterday a team member at the exact location substituted it with hash browns.

This place has been there since the 70's! Well, one day I stopped in. Waited forever for a hamburger, which was cold!. Fries came hot though. Soda machine outdated. These folks cater to the drive through line; thus my cold burger and long wait for me inside. I may at some future time try the drive through but never inside again it is very dreary. Limited staff of nice ladies doing their best to keep up.

We just stopped for some food by the drive thru, but the guy taking the order was rushing so bad, he just wanted to tell us the total right away, even though we haven't finished to do our order. At the end the whole order was messed up.

I ordered 1 order of tacos earlier this afternoon, by 5:30pm I could not keep them down, tried drinking some chicken soup around 7pm couldn't keep the soup down or anything else, the tacos gave me food poisoning, the store won't answer thier phone, called 5 times, no 24 hour customer service number to call, so I called the store on el pasao in mission viejo, the girl that answered the phone kept informing me the manager was unavailable and insisted I state my reason for calling, when I explained I got food poisoning from the tacos she stated there was nothing they could do wouldn't even try to inform the other store of the situation, well always liked jack in the box, not anymore, if ya eat a jack in the box, buyer beware they dont give a flock weather you get sick from their food, so as far as I am concerned I will not ever eat at jack again and will try to discourage anyone from eating there

Very mean service from JINTBX employees. They stole my Oreo shake and tried to blame it on my door dash driver. Since I fractured my back the guy was kind enough to drive me to jack in the box to get my shake back. Very trashy service

on around 1am at March 3rd, i was recovering from tonsil removal surgery from earlier in the day. i had my boyfriend go to jack in the box to get a chocolate shake and an ice cup. there was a middle aged heavy-set woman that told him she cannot give him the ice cup. he had offered to pay and she still said no. he told her i am recovering from surgery and she still refused. this is HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING customer service. i will not be returning to this jack in the box. who would hear someone had just gotten out of a surgery and refuse a paying customer??? please do something about this, this is unacceptable!

I went to go buy a burger and it was cold and stiff. The fries were soggy like it’s been sitting for over an hour. Worst experience I’ve had at a jack in the box. Will not be coming back. :(

I went to this Jack in the Box (or as I call it, Jack in the Crack) a few times since it’s close to my home. Honestly, it’s terrible. I’ve tried both dining inside and the drive-thru, and every time the experience was bad. The inside of the restaurant was filthy, every table was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned and the food was always old and cold, same with the drive-thru. I finally stopped going there and now I go to the one on Lake Forest Drive, which is always much cleaner and nicer. Stay away from this location. Thanks

I ordered a protein fajita bowl with grilled chicken and they gave me crispy chicken…. I was very specific and they gave me the wrong one… never going to this location again…

Every single time they screw up an order. Whether it's a missing (or 4) sauce, the WRONG sauce, or they dont bother to look when it says NO lettuce/pickles/tomatoes or whatever (still have pickle or tomato juice running the sandwich... nevermind what if im ALLERGIC to one of those ffs. Or the attitude of the manager. Older Hispanic lady, who says "sauce is 50 cents!" Amd slams the window while you're talking. Maybe its a language barrier, but then why is she the manager? So rude. I HATE having to go to this location and avoid it if I can.
