I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I called in an order at the Manila Food Mart, but I decided to save myself some cooking time and ordered some Filipino food to go for a dinner with friends! Got the Pancit Bihon, Lumpia Shanghai (which they nicely offered to do as a half-and-half of pork and chicken), and some delicious pork skewers. The flavors were fantastic, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The place had a charming mini mart vibe, making it a perfect one-stop shop for a variety of delicious options. The service on the phone and in house was great! Give them a visit!

Wow! This was a great find. Not only was the food tasty, but the dessert (halo-halo) was the best we had all weekend. They had a cute little grocery area that had garlic peanuts that tasted just like my Tito (uncle) used to make. My mom was also impressed, which is extremely rare. Definitely recommend this place!

I am from San Diego and will always choose to stop by at Manila Food Mart whenever I’m in Orange County. Their food is always fresh and delicious, and their Halo halo is the best I’ve ever tasted. They also have a mini grocery mart with a variety of selections. The employees and the owners are very kind and always greeting their customers with a smile.

Excellent quality food. Taste fresh and not greasy. Lots of variety. You get free soup with combo. They even offer whole pig and catered food tray. Seating is plenty and clean. They offer canned goods and chips. Excellent service and priced affordable. They do close at 7pm so food selection will be limited if you arrive late.

Cool mechanical cat greets you at the door. Food is tasty & affordable. Just make sure that they tightly seal all of your to-go containers. Trust me, you don't want to spill lupia sauce in your car, yikes/lol!

We were next door when we saw this place, we had the one and two item specials. Pork and chicken kabobs, and menudo. Very good and the ladies were very helpful explaining the dishes.

I purchased a Too Good To Go order for $15 worth of food for $4.99. Location and atmosphere feel fine. I received a bag with a to go box of 2 scoops of rice, 6 pieces of lumpia and a small serving of Chicken Ginataang Langka (Jackfruit in Coconut Milk). The chicken was mostly bones but the flavor was good. The lumpia was the star of this surprise plate.

Disappointed with the Service. Hoping for Better Customer Care I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my recent experience in hopes it helps improve customer service here. I placed a phone order for my niece’s small house party with a few of her college friends. The person who took my order gave me a total and said I could pay in person at pickup. Later on, I decided it would be easier for my niece if I paid ahead of time, so I called back. That’s when I was told there had been a miscalculation on my original total. I completely understood, mistakes happen and I was fine with the updated amount. However, I was caught off guard by the tone of voice and it felt a bit dismissive when I asked for an itemized bill, which I think is a fair request. What really stood out though was during my next call to make the payment. The original staff member that took my order, answered the phone pleasantly at first, but as soon as she realized it was me, she was SHOUTING “CALL IN 5 MINUTES!” without any explanation and hung up. It felt unprofessional and left me really disappointed. I understand that things get busy and mistakes happen, but a little patience and kindness towards customers goes a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve communication moving forward.
