I ordered a Quarter pounder, 6 piece nuggets, chocolate shake and a coke. Window guy was very nice. The problem came when I was given the shake and coke, then told to pull up and park. This while they make the food. After about 5-6 minutes I noticed my shake was melting. I had to get out of my car and go inside. When I got inside my food was just sitting there, no one was bringing it out to me. I was the only customer in the entire place. They did not give me a new shake or coke (the ice was gone) even though I asked. Finally the Quarter pounder sucked, the worse I ever had. Mc Donald's has hit rock bottom at this location. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY, IT COST OVER $20 FOR THIS NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.

I used to visit this location often. Over the past 6 months, their machines have been consistently broken, so I have to leave and eat somewhere else. Since menu prices have increased, it seems fair they should have at least half of their menu available. Lesson learned. Meal prep ahead of time! We contacted their headquarters and the owner of this particular location, Mrs. VILLASENOR, doesn't care.

they completely messed up my order, they gave me small fries, they forgot my frappe, they got my cheeseburger wrong I asked for a plain and I got onions, pickles and ketchup this place is horrible! Me and my sister got food poisoning, I do not recommend, I will not be coming back.

I ordered for self checkout and i been waiting for 15 minutes and nothing yes. Not just i placed my own order i had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get simple cheese burger. They very slow

It's hard to believe that I wasn't able to eat again today because of McDonald's. Limited time for my lunch I go through the drive-thru order my quarter pound cheeseburger without ketchup and onions. They take the order correctly but they hire people who cannot read and gave extra ketchup no pickles no onions. It wouldn't be so bad I can usually wipe off the catch up when they make this mistake however they gave extra so I cannot eat it I had to throw it away.

I made an order, I was supposed to get 4 monopoly stickers, they gave me only 1 sticker and they said that they do not have these products, although in the mobile app,It is indicated that for everyone I have to get stickers!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience at this McDonald's location. I’ve always had great service here, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru during off-peak hours and was the only car in line. The worker asked me to park in spot #1, and when I politely asked if I could just wait here (since no one else was behind me) and would gladly park there if a car pulls behind me, she responded in an upset tone, saying, "No, you have to park in #1." I accepted that, even though I thought waiting where I was would’ve been more convenient for both of us, since they wouldn’t have to send someone outside. After parking, I waited over 20 minutes for my order, which is unusual for me because I typically order the same items, a McDouble meal with additional chicken nuggets, and it’s usually pretty quick. When I asked the worker why my order took so long today, she replied, “Oh, I was on my break and just noticed your order.” To make matters worse, when I checked my order, my fries were missing! I had to go inside and wait additional times for the fries, and there was no apology or compensation for the inconvenience or for their mistakes. This experience was a letdown, especially given how great the service used to be here. The experience and interaction with the recent workers there at the drive-thru was horrible. I hope the management addresses these issues for future customers. Note: It was a drive-thru pickup on Tuesday 12/09 slightly before 4pm.

I ordered no cheese on my egg McMuffin and I got cheese no matter how you ask they always screw it up thanks no receipt once again I ordered no cheese I get cheese got to drive through three times to get the order right at this McDonald's
